I hope PIE will do better soon, because i hold some coins. For everyone's benefit, let's support this coin.
A lot of people hold the coin, well anyone who was smart enough to not sell IT & keep staking IT. The faucet gives a couple coins every visit & the staking weight = well over many of the PoS coins around, but always do your own research in comparing altcoins. I still remember testing the faucet with DNET \ PIVX, even send 25 back to IT twice & some times the faucets are quite lucky.

@lupanar An average of 500k can be sent Sometimes 1000k is also possible ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) From a large sum of coins the block will not tear ? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Keep the other wallet for mining
Thanks, good idea Agreed that it would be very wise to mine to one wallet & send to another (50 small tx < 1 tx) , might even want to use a new mining wallet after it reaches so many MB. I have seen people keep the same .dat or .wallet with giant files & still work, but wouldn't recommend it. Also always back up before you start to use the address, never save over your starting file & always save a new backup (keep the 1kb file is key). Just my 2 sat os hi, as the testing never stops & can't be fully automated just yet.

Errors found well testing BitDirect (BITD): 1. addresses have a space in them (79-80th letter of 99) & could create major losses when sending via copy & paste 2. doesn't open an encrypted wallet, freezes the GUI app & might only be recoverable with the simple wallet? 3. no debug console in the GUI, can't remember if bytecoin, ducknote>darknote>digitalnote or now monero GUIs have a debug consoles? //hope to see those errors fixed, mostly for anyone new to testing & not having a loss in testing. even though bata or testing always has bugs, but these are copies from the original cryptonote coins & not forked from them? They seem to have a new cryptonote coin now more than years ago, having watched the very first ones start many years ago & can't ever forget the Dosh idea if I recall right ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Edit: epicfail seems about right for most of these test, but once in a blue moon it's well worth IT & or knowledgeable Error no 2 should be fixed in the windows wallet. If you use linux, the source is fixed...dont know if the dev have already compiled a new linux gui wallet. Did you observe the adress problem only in the linux gui wallet? Or the simplewallet as well? The debug console would be nice..I agree *g The 80 bit space error was in the Linux GUI & the windows GUI missing a dll file, the simple wallet works without any know errors.

was this community takeover ot original dev?
**Previous Developer/Promoters/Community efforts done to rebuild FIRE** ~The original developer (Carson K.) & the second development team (tom14cat14, s3cr3t1, DrSnAzZy, CryptocoinTools) have left FIRE. Thank you for the efforts you made to build FIRE. Also a thanks to Earlz for testing with FIRE, as well as any others forking FIRE to launch other coins. Looks like edn247 also tried to help FIRE with an update, making FIRE PoW & PoS again? A true community coin since launch, lets show the world FIRE wasn't a wasted resource. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=669757.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=702951.0//FIRE & TECH started days apart in 2014, they were both dumped & abandoned by who ever the origianal developers were. Not sure if it's true, but it was said to be CK & now this new account saying they are CK? Then TOR coin starts, so I'm guessing that maybe it's them & hard to say what or who is behind each user name on this forum in most cases? FIRE has been rebuilt a few times by the community, but hasn't really got much attention due to 100 new alternatives each month. All turned into ICOs & go fund me money pools, the mining fairness of the 1900's has also come & gone with the wind of time. Hey guys, Glad to see TECH is still going strong after I sold it to the community. If you guys ever need me again, I am back in crypto ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

BTC some don't understand the marketing world for far to long, but after many years we see it's everywhere & we can gather much useful information from it (far greater than text on a page, image says 1000 words). Many have text based ideas & don't like seeing all the lets say marketing spam images everywhere, but that would just be the way the world rotates. everything you see in this matrix came from some point of sale, the idea of design becomes on-line & everywhere you look in our future of technology. each & every one of these post in the future can be a complete website webkit type marketing if you look @ it, the video (image) or text (writing) are the world evolved. 8 billion, there has to be ways for all of us to make a living & service the world of advertisement ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) + the deep idea really saves much old resources of paper into data, a greater design of 1 page (paragraph) an hour, in a digital world ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) //timestamps are like time can stand still or move like the blink of an eye (image or videos, text based thoughts & the quickest way to acknowledge the reason of point of sale marketing) 1 hour age of when you can watch or do something in the world with some type of marketing a point of sale idea, that's not possible in todays era & having choices in brand unlike anything we seeing in 100's of years (great divide). Many of the 8 billion have no choices like the rest who have more option than they even know what to do with, one path or multiple choices of an outcome to earn keep or keep busy ![Lips sealed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/lipsrsealed.gif) //data never stops working, even in sleep mode & what does data save if we really had deep thought about it ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Don't even remember writing ^, but do understand why I wrote IT kNOWledgeR & very thankful for the future time stamp memories of thoughts ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif)

looking forward to claim the test!
Like 2017+ test coins before, time travel io (8 or 10) seems like this idea happen many times before (pink BTC logo & the key words in the OP) & reminds me of the 99 coin that I tested more than once to realize "hmmm wait a minute". Nothing could ever be as fair in mining as the years bitcoin has aquired (some are close to replay tho), but also doesn't have certain things the testing of alternative coins do & that's how the software world works if you research enough. In a world were it takes a team just to understand anything, what a world we live in & if only we could just input or output all knowledge around us. // 1 cpu idea lasted less time than it would take to travel in time

i was on the forked chain deleted all data and added connect bit to the config now stuck @ "blocks" : 50030 any ideas ?
Can you post a copy of your .conf file? Did you resync with a new wallet.dat or the same one? I can see you on the network, but will need a little more info on why it stuck @ block 50030 & that has happen to me a few times (on other networks). I just resync with a new wallet.dat & then once it sync up to the top block & then close the application to swap with old wallet.dat. Also helps to keep new wallet.dat for the future, make several backups & then when your current wallet.dat gets bloated (around 1MB+) then transfer everything to the new wallet.dat you used to get resync. Make sure once you do get all syncd, you change the .conf file back to addnode= & remove the connect= only for the fresh sync. { "addr" : "86.184.84.190:36018", "services" : "00000001", "lastsend" : 1493331704, "lastrecv" : 1493331403, "conntime" : 1493331401, "version" : 60013, "subver" : "/Satoshi:1.0.0/", "inbound" : true, "startingheight" : 50030, // try to start with a rescan=1 or a fresh wallet.dat (make sure to back it up first!!) Yeah I'm sure that's all it is, they just need to update nodes & am not worried enough about it to fill out a support ticket.

DKV2 closed down about a month ago, loss of data. I'm working on a new game though that will use much less resources and will be faster.
Yeah I read that last week or two, it was a fun game & looking forward to testing the new one in the future. Blockchain at my side is fully synced, so if you pass me you old wallet file I can swap your coins without a hassle, if you have any left. Otherwise welcome back as said before, new wallet works great. And as you already found out http://hyper.thecryptochat.net/ is currently inaccessible. We will just have to wait to be back online. Thanks crazyjack

Almost missed this one (thanks to crazyjack for the PM), HYPER was a great one to test with new wallet updates & will have to watch how the new chain turns out ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I am glad i woke you up from the deep Hyper-hibernation state (damn, this sounds good). You are welcome to test new chain, by the way, it works flawlessly. Many stuff need to be added but first, swap process is a priority number one. If you need any help let me know? Just to satisfy my curiosity, when was the last time you open your (old) HYPER wallet? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Anyway, some additional changes might happened in the future, nothing seriously, take a look at this voting poll and leave your vote if you have not yet. Click on picture to vote (it will take you to "Google Forms")![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi68.tinypic.com%2Fqz4zmq.jpg&t=663&c=c1BMaQ9SxhsnmA) And RESPONSES can be seen here. I have opened my old HYPER wallet a few times last year, but with a long wait to sync & giant blockchain. I just couldn't use HYPER, a new chain with less time & resources are great. I did test the Dragon Knight game for a day or two, but other than that only tested the version 1 back in 2014-2015 & am now going to test the version 2 ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) //edit: anyone have a peer to connect too, the block explorer is 503 service unavailable right now & am 0 (In: 0 / Out: 0) without a addnode in the configuration file?

Block Explorer shows the fork: http://chicks.acc-pool.pw/YoBit on the right chain: Wallet status: Online (55404 blocks) Nova in Maintenance @ block 55025 2017-04-14 12:44 My win wallet on the same block as explorer. Then you are on the forked network (you would have been staking with only 4 or 5 peers), any stakes or sending are not going to work & or the Dev wants to go with the longest chain? I'm sure the block explorer just sync to the wrong chain, it's easy to sync to the wrong one & does require additional tasks. Have you tried to resync, if not you will be on the fork & the 2 chains will continue? //just use connect with Nova & YoBit nodes that are on the right chain with these nodes //then after you resync (always close & restart the app when confirming changes to the .conf configuration file), keep rescan=1 or any commands you like & replace connect=1.1.1.1 with addnode=1.1.1.1 rescan=1 connect=13.93.84.61 connect=149.56.154.75 connect=94.37.12.233 connect=98.115.147.74 connect=89.12.147.200 connect=75.130.162.248 connect=75.72.134.175 connect=169.0.100.49 connect=217.175.119.125 connect=148.251.54.6 connect=50.83.4.208 connect=94.23.102.99 FORKED NODES86.189.217.251 main port 88.88.166.130 main port 80.101.81.37 185.11.195.45 2 ports open 151.80.46.154

If someone (or an exchange) restart his wallet or resync it, he can very well synchronize on the other chain. Temporarily, it is possible to choose which string using the connect=<node> command instead of addnode = <node> but this is only a temporary solution. To the dev to bring a "hard" solution (new version of the wallet).
true=1 {if they} forked nodes don't all use this option (resync) to Git rid of the fork chain all together & then you wouldn't need check points hard coded? if the idea of every fork had to be hard coded, then that would be all the 2014 craze for coders & in no way suitable to do with what it takes to complete software updates. most of the original PoS coins didn't have a limit set on staking, so if someone opens the app to stake with 100 times the network weight & forks the network every few months? then what, set a limit on stake weight & not be able to open it 6 months later to fork the network? many have done that, just like check points & it's all about updates it seems for most. I'm all for updates, but have watched how updates are not as simple or useful as one would have thought for software. An update would be great, but if code & a new compile are done & only for checkpoints would be a waste. find all of the possible changes from the last 3 years of code & fix any future problems all @ once? could it be done, the real question & what would that all detail in time?
