201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin still have a chance to goes 15k by the end of 2018,Really? on: November 27, 2018, 11:44:08 AM
I had to read the article because I thought it was a joke. Unless Tom Lee himself is planning to buy all the necessary bitcoins until the price reaches 15000 dollars I don't see how his prediction can come true.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FIAT pairs in exchange on: November 27, 2018, 10:54:36 AM
To offer fiat pairs, deposits and withdrawals, exchanges need to reach an agreement with a bank, and it seems there are not many banks willing to offer this service right now. On the other hand, exchanges have realized is more comfortable for them to offer stablecoins pairs since, for some reason, users believe they are really backed by real money.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been scammed? How did they approached you? on: November 26, 2018, 08:38:35 PM
I do not understand why people are very gullible and ready to send their money to unknown people who write them personal messages. Administrators of telegram groups (ico projects) never write first. Why people are not smart enough to check the information, setting it in a group where the person is supposedly the administrator.

I guess most of their victims are people who are not familiar with telegram or even with ICOs. Maybe they don't even know what a pinned message is. In addition, it seems clear that they are a little naive as well.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Network on: November 26, 2018, 05:46:57 PM
I've been reading for some time that these coins/projects were going to take Ethereum's place but, until now, and despite the problems Ehereum occasionally has, they haven't done and it doesn't seem they will do it in the near future. If you take ICOs as a reference, you will see the majority of them still use Ethereum based tokens.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you support the idea that ICO's are killing the crypto market? on: November 26, 2018, 12:45:49 PM
When bitcoin and altcoins prices drop in the way they have done this year, it's usual to look for explanations, but in the end, it's just a phase. Crypto market moves by cycles and now we are in a bear one, that's all. ICOs are not to blame.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Analysis Technique is Not Working Anymore? on: November 24, 2018, 07:40:45 PM
I just read a few articles on a website, some expert traders say if bitcoin has oversold and other even say if reversal candle has appeared, meaning that bitcoin will soon to the moon. But the fact is that until now the price of bitcoin continues to decline and even tends to be stable, does the analysis technique is not working anymore or this is only a fake statement to make fud?

give your comments below!

The same way you have found analyses that suggest that bitcoin price will rise, you can find other analyses suggesting the opposite. At the end, these analyses are just predictions, somebody puts the focus in one point of the chart and tells you what he thinks will happen, sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don't, that's all.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Scammer Can affect the ETH price. on: November 15, 2018, 03:11:26 PM
The fall of the Ethereum price has nothing to do with scammers, it's just the consequence of the market situation, all coins prices are dropping, it's just that.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP №2 in the cryptocurrency world ? on: November 15, 2018, 11:23:19 AM
You are overestimating the importance of market capitalization rankings. In reality, they are worth nothing and can be easily manipulated. Ethereum and Ripple are the same thing they were yesterday.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Tokens Replace Cryptocurrencies? on: November 15, 2018, 10:26:42 AM
I don't think so, despite their advantages, tokens depend on the coin in which they are based, and that is a possible handicap. For example, in the case of the ERC20 tokens, if the Ethereum blockchain is congested, tokens are seriously affected and can't be used. This is one of the reasons why there are some projects that create their own blockchain when they can. In the future i think coins and tokens will keep co-existing as they do it now.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid MEW Phishing on: November 14, 2018, 10:56:55 PM
I have tried it, is it possible to send ethereum without downloading app? I couldn't find it.

Yes, you can, but if you are going to access your wallet with your private key, you need to download the app, if not, it's not possible.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid MEW Phishing on: November 14, 2018, 02:44:08 PM
I haven't seen a single phishing attempt yet targeting Mycrypto, most likely because hackers are not really aware of it as of now as not many people use it. Either way, the domain name is shorter so It's unlikely that you'll fall it.

Maybe the reason is that the website version of Mycrypto doesn't allow users access their wallets with their private keys, they need to download the desktop app to do it.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto Rise If the Global Financial System Collapses? on: November 14, 2018, 11:27:54 AM
The system will not collapse, at the end, most of the debt will be condoned in exchange for something. Anyway, in that hypothetical situation, I think people would rather invest in gold than in cryptocurrencies since they conceive them as a risky investment. In any case, it could happen that some people would invest in Bitcoin, and maybe Ethereum, but not in other coins.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC and the hopes of a price surge on: November 13, 2018, 11:48:40 PM
I think no one really expects Bitcoin price to rise within the rest of the year anymore. In fact, some people aren't still sure that the price has already bottomed out. In my opinion, there will be some months of accumulation before any significative move to happen.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Walmart is suggested to issue their cryptocurrency to get more customers on: November 13, 2018, 09:27:11 PM
If your customers are crypto users, the idea can work well, but if they are not familiar with cryptocurrencies all they will get will be some loyalty points that they will not know how to use and will easily forget about. Things works the other way round, first you have customers that are into cryptocurrencies and then you can think of creating your own cryptocurrency for your business.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ShapesShift CEO] Cryptocurrencies will boom during the financial crisis on: November 13, 2018, 08:20:10 PM

The volatility of cryptocurrencies are always going to be reasons for the dislike but there are much more to like in crypto because of blockchain. I think the stablecoins are the ones going to be there that will make this economy greater than the old market. Crypto will be the fall back whenever crisis happen and the 10 years of BTC is strong proof for them to see things.

The problem with the stablecoins is that they are allegedly backed by fiat money, is people going to run away from fiat money to take shelter in fiat backed tokens?
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BULL RUN! BULL RUN! BULL RUN! on: November 11, 2018, 10:20:54 PM
Expecting a bull run now can only be a wishful thinking or being a too optimistic person, especially when the only thing that could have triggered it, a Bitcoin ETF, seems that will not be approved anytime soon.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Ethereum core developers have agreed to a hard fork in mid-January of 2019. on: November 11, 2018, 01:53:19 PM
As we know that news about hardfork tends to have a good impact on crypto prices because the hype about free coins still works for this market, I think it will also be a hype that makes ETH prices rise

This is not one of these hard forks, no new coin is going to be created because of this fork, it's just an improvement of Ethereum.
218  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: ¿Podría alguien del futuro robarte tus Bitcoins? on: November 10, 2018, 08:39:10 PM
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Ether? on: November 10, 2018, 06:05:36 PM
Vitalik Buterin and his colleagues make a high-quality product, in one of the interviews the phrase slipped: "Ethereum is good, but because Vitalik Buterin is involved". What do you think: can Vitaclik be like cryptocurrency Jobs? What if he leaves? What would happen to Ethreum? Or only teamwork is important for a good crypto?

If that happened, the Ethereum project would weaken since it's strongly linked to the figure of its founder. If he suddenly left it would be a shock to the Ethereum community.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin ABC on: November 10, 2018, 02:57:02 PM
It's curious to see how this bitcoin fork that some people claimed it was going to become the real bitcoin has ended up this way, consumed by an internal battle and childish fights.
