201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: “RISK” - Motivating factor rather than a Prevention factor in Gambling? on: July 26, 2016, 04:18:31 PM
Do you believe that “risk” is a key motivating factor, rather than a prevention factor, in engaging in gambling?
Were you became engaged in gambling because it was risky and exciting or there's any other reason? What's your position here?

For me, risk is a prevention factor in Gambling. That's the reason why I'm not really into it. I'm more on thinking that, "what if I lose?" more than thinking "what if I win?". Maybe some of you will say, "gamble just for fun", well for me, losing is not fun, maybe because I can't afford to lose the fruit of my hard work.

For some people, risk is what motivates them to keep on going. Have you heard of a phrase called with every risk comes a reward? thats what actually drive people mad in gambling, although they have lost a big amount however most of them will keep on gambling to get their hands on those rewards ( addiction of gambling is killing them )

Crazy thing is that Juventus paid Pogba just 1 million Euro  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
And now sold him for 125 Million! Shocked

124 million profit  Smiley

No player should be worth that much money, it's insane but I guess that's just the way the game has gone with all the TV money & foreign ownership.

Football is a cash cow ready to be milked.

Actually there is and Some player could worth that much if he is actually good ( messi or ronaldo ) but for pogba to be worth at such a crazy amount means the world is insane. I wonder how players could worth in the next 10 years, it could go well over 200 millions for someone talented
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 21, 2016, 12:13:58 PM
as many people speculated juan mata are a slow player and mourinho did not like it.

The situation can be heated day by day , so the best option are a statement from mourinho to the press.

A slow player? as far as I notice, matic is a slow player as well but mourinho keep using him. Oscar himself is not way faster than juan mata but mourinho was using him as well, things are very personal between juan mata and mourinho , I doubt that it is something to do with mata's performance on the field for sure

West Ham United have beaten Paris Saint-Germain to the signing of Carlos Bacca as the London club have agreed a deal with AC Milan.

This is one of the best deal in premier league, I wonder why people dont fight over carlos bacca because it seems to me that this player has a great talent, he was one of the best striker for ac milan obviously if he is in the right team then you can start to imagine what he can do, he is totally going to be a candidate for top scorer
205  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: July 21, 2016, 06:34:51 AM
Bitcoin is decentralized, while governments want things to be centralized, that's why it's not something they would want to get involved with. Governments would have to have some kind of advantage, to start using bitcoin. Or, if the majority of people start using it, and therefore businesses and companies, then governments would also have to start using it. Governments might actually try to create their own version of bitcoin.

Why people stubbornly continue to repeat that mantra about Bitcoin being decentralized? It has long ceased to be...

that only proves that mining is being done by those who were willing to invest a lot of money into buying equipment and start a mining farm and have a cheap electricity.
but it doesn't change anything about bitcoin as an Decentralised financial system

decentralized in bitcoin means it has no central control, so if anybody like a developer or a mining farm decides one day that he wants to change something about bitcoin like block size he can't unless there is a consensus.

unlike a bank that can decide to take your money away from you and there is nothing you can do about it.

Decentralized is only happening when there is no pool with 51% or more hashrate than the others. So far it hasnt been however it is only a matter of time until those pools realize and starting to form some kind of alliance however one thing for sure, majority of miners are chinese or located in chinese
206  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 21, 2016, 06:32:41 AM
Well you are right with it saving money must be done by all people and it is a good attitude if you are going to save money and you are going to get used to it. Because if you are going to be ready and prepared for anything to happen and you have savings for sure you can have something to pull into your savings account.

Or some bitcoin from your stash, either way it is fine. Either saving in fiat or saving in bitcoin has different purposes so the best thing would be to find the most suitable option for the necessity. Some people will still prefer in fiat rather than bitcoin due to its volatility, this is what keeping people away
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 21, 2016, 06:27:20 AM

So you think Arsenal will breeze through the season and get to top 4 easily making those odds justifiable?  The sportsbooks are exploiting us.  At least look for a better line.  Last year sure, easy top 4 with a weakened Man United and an under performing Chelsea.  This year?  I doubt Arsenal will find it easy.

And a sloppy liverpool as well. It wont be easy for arsenal however it will be interesting to see them try. Afterall leicester made it to the first rank and took one of the spots for the champions league. They could not be the champion next season so there is atleast some spots for the champions league
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: July 21, 2016, 06:22:41 AM
Arsenal will pay 2 million £ for Rob Holding, not a bad deal. He's also playing in England U-21 team. Arsenal is also interested in Arda Turan and the price would be 20 million £. I think that would be a bad transfer and I hope Wenger cancels this deal. He's overrated money eater.

Rob holding could be a great investment for the future anyway. Btw Wasnt arda turan a new player in barcelona as well? Does this means that arda turan is not fit enough to play in barcelona and could be sold soon? This is crazy, that guy should never leave atletico madrid in the first place
209  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 20, 2016, 03:37:10 PM
I prefer saving and then next is investing.
With these two you are saving your profit and with help of investing your money is in a cycle.
Profit,save,then another cycle..

If life could be so easy then everyone doesnt need to work isnt it. The fact is , life is hard and you cant do both at the same time. Life teach you to prioritize and some people will choose saving over investing which is why it leaves out the option for someone to do both of them
210  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: July 20, 2016, 03:28:43 PM
There is no devotee of bitcoin who doesn't think about profit. If bitcoin goes down to $1, then what's the use of it?? Why would I devote time to earn bitcoin then??

I think that Satoshi himself could be well considered Bitcoin's most fervent supporter, yet he shows total lack of interest to the Bitcoin price moves (given his 1M bitcoins sitting idly in his wallet)...

Provided he didn't lose the keys, of course

He is the creator of it and he is the true supporter and believer of bitcoin. Either that he lose his key or that he knows that this is not the right time to sell yet, also that if there is an indication that he is moving his bitcoin then it could create FUD for the market , price could go severely down
211  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: July 19, 2016, 04:55:37 PM
Yeah everything will be paperless in future but there will be certain percentage of people who will be comfortable in using paper money even if everything goes digital.

The world is changing and if someone could not follow the change then he / she is the subject of 'annihilation' ( I exxagerate this ). I believe you have heard the phrase of " eat or be eaten " and this means that if someone doesnt used to the new things obviously he will be left behind everything that he had fought for
212  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: July 19, 2016, 04:08:11 PM
FUD or maybe because they have nothing better to say

Some people are afraid of bitcoin, bitcoin has the power to change the world's economy system now and then which is why this could be a plan from the top brass to stop people from trusting or even wanting it to know it further and it will slow down the progress that is being made right now
213  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: July 19, 2016, 04:02:51 PM
There is always risk involved in buying and selling bitcoin as no one is aware what is the perfect price to buy it or sell it as price keeps on changing every now and then.

There is no such things as perfect price, if you purchase bitcoin and X price than that would be the best price because you NEED to purchase it therefore unless someone is a trader and of course majority people isnt a trader then we could both agree that there is no such thing as perfect price
214  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: July 19, 2016, 12:03:28 PM
If the world needs bitcoin like situations like britain and turkey and other finaincial mess.

Its a much needed situation - the price of things will never ever be down due to simple demand.

Apart that bitcoin can give some more security to people with fiat money, bitcoins role can provide an investment role too.
For this is mandatory the price will remain well above 200 dollar since it is good to have a floor.

Id you say security in term of real security then bitcoin is the answer for that however some people will keep on avoiding it or denying it because of the volatility. There is a flaw in everything and bitcoin current flaw is that the exchange rate is volatile which means not a stable investment
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 14, 2016, 11:56:00 PM
Yeah chelsea is lucky can get kante if that offer deal, in the rumours said kante will be new makelele if he play as box to box midfielder.

Only if conte choose him to play because he might not be suitable for conte's strategy. There is no news regarding chelsea trying to start a serious bid for kante yet which means that currently they are still debating on wether will he fit for the team or not. As far as I can tell the current chelsea's midfielder is much better
if they sign him chelsea will be on the way to fix their team and forget that catastrophique season that they have also chelsea wil need to bring a fresh defender and they may compete city for signing stones

The fact is that money is not growing on trees so eventhough conte doesnt want the whole squad of chelsea, he still needs to make a good use of the current squad as he cant sign a whole new team of superstar. The current defenders of chelsea is actually good enough if you ask me and stones is going to manchester city

Brondby are an absolute lock to beat Hibernian. Hibs are in the second division and not taking this game seriously. Right now they don't even have a recognized goalkeeper. Both goalkeepers from last year are gone and it's an untested kid in goals. This is the biggest lock of the week.

Easy money  Wink
Next time let me know when there is a sure game being played that you are foresure on.
I could use some easy money right now.  Embarrassed
Too many losses in the last month from my soccer picks.  Sad

This was the biggest sure thing I had seen for months. Hibs have barely started training and didn't have a goalkeeper. 15 seconds in and the young keeper screwed up. I expected Hibs to lose by 2-3, surprised it was just 1-0.

There is still some time before the transfer period closed so there is still some time for improvement. Given the recent form of the young goalkeeper, I dont really see anything really bad though. He just need more experienced and thats it, he is not really that bad though
217  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Win a share of 3000 mBTC every day during EURO 2016! on: July 14, 2016, 11:04:08 PM
Hi everyone!

Smiley To those of you who used to accuse SportsBet.io of tampering with the results of our previous lottery draws - here's the VIDEO showing how exactly the winners of our latest ADDITIONAL 5,000+ mBTC raffle were chosen at random.

As you know, we arranged this raffle for our active users not involved in cheating previously (yes, unfortunately, this was the case in many of our draws), and each of the 50+ lucky winners got their up to 1,000 mBTC prize.

We would kindly ask these winners to confirm their wins here in our forum thread (if any of them is a member here). Smiley

Thank you for watching, and have a nice day!

You guys showed the raffle in the video but didn't mentioned the prizes for each and I am totally confused about it
This 5000 mbtc raffle should contain 66 winners according to the previous one but you guys chose only 50. You also didn't provided us any breakdown of prizes

I think this is just an example of the  created few  hours ago this is not the last  lottery
Because I do not see some of the winner's name there like MrK**** MrV ** and Mr. more
My advice to the lottery in the future should upload a video in each drawing

Video is only worth if it is live stream

Atleast this is much better than nothing at all. Some more clarification regarding why is there only 50 people instead of 66 were choosen would clarify everything and also sportsbet should make a list of the current winners on their said because I still see the last unfair 5000 mbtc raffles' winner there

But the thing is, that's not the media.  That's the chef that cooked them dinner that night.
but media already made a different story here http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/07/14/manchester-united-transfer-news-and-rumours-live/ , they make it exagerrated as usual. several media saying that pogba future at juventus still unsure but he is happy at juventus too. many speculation about pogba transfer to manchester united because of this picture.

Isnt the picture taken in LA and manchester united has nothing to do in LA I supposed, the next international champions cup for manchester united is going to be on china so unless both of those photos was taken in china then people should not be speculating at all. People are exaggerating the news too much imo
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: July 14, 2016, 06:33:53 AM

i do agree with your opinion about balotelli talent.

Is this supposed to be a joke or what? Balotteli has no talent at all, he is nothing and he is just a player that got lucky and signed by manchester city, that is all with him. He started really well but his attitue is the main problem and oh yes he got a talent as a troublemaker and nothing more

totally agreed that he got a talent as a troublemaker...lol
but really think he also has talent in football too, but just never used of it...
he can be turned to a good player, but he is still young,
maybe he still can grow back

A person with his attitude wont be able to change, he has no future in football anymore. The best thing that he could get right now is to accept a deal from some china league offer and set to be a superstar there. Live a rich life there as a superstar if people stil have a demand for him
