201  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: LOCALBITCOINS account for sale Great Rep and feedback $20 on: July 25, 2018, 03:49:08 PM
Warning to users looking to purchase this!

Localbitcoins accounts verified with ID means that after sale is complete seller can contact LocalBItoins support and recover his account. Most common scam with localbtc accounts is this:
-They sell you account
-Wait a week/month/year for you to deposit funds
-Contact support, recover account
-Steal your BTC

Now I'm not saying that those are seller's intentions but I saw a lot of people scammed this way so please understand what you buy before you do it  Smiley  Smiley
202  Economy / Digital goods / Re: For Sale: Peer-To-Peer Monero Exchange (ASP.NET - UNIQUE CODE) on: July 25, 2018, 03:42:14 PM
0.7 BTC is waaay too much for something like that. Hiring a freelancer to make that from scratch would not be more than 400-500$ and you are selling it more than one time so price should be around 100-200$. Just my opinion as a developer  Wink

204  Economy / Gambling / Re: Project Bravio on: July 18, 2018, 03:18:27 PM

Every gambling website is more luck than skill. Bustabit is about being lucky enough to cashout before it crashes on a certain number. PrimeDice is about being lucky enough to get below/above a number. SatoshiMines is about being lucky enough to not hit a mine.

Luck and skill aren't mutually exclusive. Both can exist. It's just about ratio of luck to skill. It's possible to be strategic in games like BustaBit, PrimeDice and SatoshiMines but at the end of the day they all depend on luck. That's gambling.

no not really , all the games and sites that you mentioned are purely luck and there is no skill involved
but you are tying to promote your site as a skill game but there is no skill at all not even 1% , it's a pure lottery and it's so wrong to say it's skill

I think there is a misunderstanding as to how this works. Please allow me to clarify: this isn't just a lottery website. There aren't any tickets to buy. There will be a count down. This is when people will be able to enter. You can absolutely skill and analyze whether to enter or not. There is skill, but it is luck as well, just like anywhere else.

I don't think you understand how it works. THERE IS NO SKILL there. And let me explain why. You claim that timing is important because you can "snipe" someone by betting big if you see small pot. But let me ask you. Does timing affect my chances of winning ? In other words will I have better chances of winning if I come in late ? The answer is no. And lets see the example. There is 100$ pot and I put in 900$ before timers runs out. I own 90% of the tickets and have 90% chance to win. The other scenario, I put in 900$ straight away (people may or may not want to bet after that) and someone put in 100$ after me. I still have the same 90% change of winning. So the conclusion is timing does not affect my chances of winning so I don't need any skill to win, just luck.

And you should understand what your game is, which is a lottery. Yes you cannot buy tickets up front but its the ticket system in the back. Each satoshi = 1 ticket maybe or something like that. So, it is just a pure lottery website.

I don't want to be misunderstood, I have nothing against you or your website but what you are doing is false advertisement which is not okay. I told you before and I'm telling you again, those type of website don't work with Bitcoin community. They work with CS:GO skins because its mostly kids trying to "get rich" and then loosing it all. Bitcoin community is a bit more mature than that in my mind. There was a lot of attempts of creating (copying) CS:GO jackpot and all of them failed.
205  Economy / Gambling / Re: Invest in Gaming Website on: July 17, 2018, 02:47:12 PM
My questions is  how can you guarantee the returns and you also didn't specify for what exactly do you need money for.
When playing against the house, gambling sites need bankroll in order to provide payout, bigger bankroll = ability to take bigger bets => bigger profit. You don't need any bankroll since its PVP site. Will you use money for advertising and paying out your programmers ? In that case its a VERY bad investment for anyone, since you are not needed (unnecessary middleman), because if there is no site running investor can just pay the coders himself and earn 100% of the profit. I also doubt that your game is revolutionary, since most PVP games are Coin Flip and Jackpot, and they are not loved by the crypto community.
206  Economy / Gambling / Re: Project Bravio on: July 15, 2018, 04:44:32 PM
Not a game of skill.

What I can say, I've been here for years and you are not the first one to try this with Cryptocurrencies. What most people do is find some csgo betting site for free and pay someone 50$ to change the deposit/withdraw system. You wonder why you don't see sites like this ? Its because they all failed. People are just not interested in "betting" this way with crypto.
207  Economy / Services / Re: [SPECIAL] MINING VPS UBUNTU ETH/XMR/LTC [PAYMENT AFTER DELIVREY] TRIAL OPEN on: June 24, 2018, 11:52:22 AM
None of the VPS configs so far are profitable if you purchase them to mine. If yours are, why are you not mining yourself, and you are selling them instead ?
208  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: We build 2nd biggest cryptocurrency exchange. Features and ideas. on: June 23, 2018, 11:56:54 PM
Just read trough entire thread. As a developer myself I can tell this was one of the best threads (well most fun for me at least...) I saw in quite some time. Really good job making all this information open for everyone that might need it in the future.

Anyways not sure what your current application structure is, but I'm a big fan of Go and NodeJS. Try the microservices approach, it will be worth it long term, trust me.

Keep up the good work !
209  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How expensive is to create your own coin/token? on: June 23, 2018, 07:06:12 PM
It depends on your idea. 99% of ICOs are plain stupid. They don't need blockchain or their own token for anything but they are still making them because its basically free. There are already published contact codes for Ethereum and only thing you will be paying is tx fee for publishing contract.

On the other hand, if you really have an idea that would need to be realized with coin (new blockchain) then its very expensive and very very hard.
210  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I am the creator of an internet project and I am looking for 300 investor in BTC on: June 21, 2018, 07:54:13 PM
Honestly, website looks very unprofessional. I think you should put a bit more effort into it if you want serious investors.
211  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I want to create a new Blockchain using Python on: June 19, 2018, 12:31:52 AM
I don't think Python is good choice for making a blockchain. For one is not as "secure" as you think it is. Other reason is, its really really slow. I know it does not matter RIGHT NOW but as blockchain becomes bigger you will notice the difference. I see a trend currently, making a blockchain with Go which is a great choice if you ask me. Anyways I just looked over an article that you posted, making a blockchain is easy in any language if you understand the theory behind it. What is hard to make is consensus algorithm and peer connection.
I agree with you.Although python is super fast when it comes to stuff like AI and calculations but building a scalable architecture is always been the C++'s thing. On a design level, it falls down to the language you're using is compiled or interpreted.Although Go is suitable for such project, I wouldn't recommend it since it doesn't have a big of a community hence C++.

Back on topic, Python is very accessible and you might get a lot of help since its considered the easiest language to learn, but trade-off is that its slow because its not compiled to machine code (its does not run directly on CPU), but instead to bytecode and its running on VM ("interpreter" they like to call it).
We're on the similar pages here. Smiley

Agree 100%, of course the C++ would be the best choice here, but lets be real Smiley I mean writing C/C++ code is just not fun (you get me ? xd) and not to mention productivity with them...
212  Economy / Services / Re: Cryptocurrency Instagram Usernames For Sale (@ico, @eos, @lisk & @kraken) on: June 18, 2018, 09:12:11 PM
Can you prove that you actually own @ico ? If so, send me a pm with a price (don't tell me make an offer, you should have a price if you are selling something). If you can do that I may be interested to purchase it. Looking forward for your PM

btw, your other names are under trademark violation

214  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project badly in need of work on: June 18, 2018, 08:39:17 PM
Is there a project that badly needs to be implemented and for which it would be easy to raise funds?  Say one that would yield around 36k over a year. Funds could be sent to a multisig and then used to pay for development.

I don't understand, you are asking if someone have an idea that would make around 36k a year and for some reason does not want to realize it and wants you to realize the idea for him ? Or I understood it completely wrong ?

Hello! How can I buy your script? Can I see your script in operation? Can there is an example of a ready site?
Hello,
If you take a closer look to my first post, you will find demo link at the bottom that will take you to the "script in operation". Create a new account then if you want to see all features (admin panel etc...) click on a link in red navbar.
217  Other / Meta / Re: Will Merit system turn to decentralized ? on: June 01, 2018, 11:34:38 AM
It must have some kind of control. If its "decentralized" then someone can create 100 new accounts and just spam merit which would be bad, right ? Also if there is a restriction for example only member+ can give merit then it would encourage account trading which is also bad...

219  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Steam Game Rights (I'm Developer) [$2200 per month] [Scrow accepted] on: April 30, 2018, 11:29:34 PM
Hello,

I would like to sell rights for a Steam videogame, revenue for this game is $2200 per month and the price I'm  giving it's pretty good since I need money right now.

I accept scrow for this transaction but this will not be needed since all this will be under contract and scrow will be Valve. Send me a pm or a skype message: dosanegames

When you say "scrow" throughout your post do you mean escrow ?

When you say all will be under contract do you mean legal contract ? (That I can send to my lawyer to check before purchasing your game). If so send me link of a game and price in PM.
220  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: In Need Of Help (Programming) on: April 30, 2018, 11:56:11 AM
Well a most basic program is a console application that will do a job for you. What you want is pretty simple. Sounds like you have a list of addresses, so all you have to do is send http request to a service like blockchain.info to query balance for each one of them.
