Thank you for your questions, starb! I know Footballcoin but did not follow their development much, following up in their Bitcointalk-Thread now. So far, I do not think their ICO was a fiasco because they issued their cards on top of Counterparty, or why do you think was it? For us, Counterparty offers everything we need plus they have some great implementations coming up that make Counterparty even better for us to use compared to other blockchains. Plus we highly value security Counterparty is a protocol running on top of Bitcoin, the blockchain with by far the highest hash rate. Moving to our own blockchain would rather be bad than good news as it would create lots of additional risks with no added value. your artwork videos are just awesome

OutlookBesides this, Waldemar and myself are doing heavy playtesting during these days to finalize the game mechanics for the prototype. Creating a card game with rules that make good sense and are fun to play is a very iterative process with every match we play. I would have liked to come to the release of the prototype this year but considering the duration that all the processes connected to the creation of our prototype take, I expect the prototype to be ready by spring 2018. Rather than creating false hype around roadmaps based on nothing, I prefer sharing my honest opinion with you. What we are doing here is trying to create an epic game under a very limited budget (we have not done an ICO so far). We have already come a long way and I know we will get there, it only needs time to reach the quality we seek. Also, I would like to speak out a huge thank you to all AoC supporters! You are the ones making this possible. If you ever happen to be in Berlin, I invite you to a physical playtesting Age of Chains match, so you can start experiencing the feeling of the game yourself. |

Nice to see how this project has been progressing. I would love to dedicate a card within Age of Chains to Bismuth. Some real effort has been put into this and HCLivess had been very responsive to questions I had in more early days. |

Is this an inactive Altcoin?
I'm surprised that programers don't merge Inactive (MMO) massively multi-player online games and Inactive Altcoins together into a cool MMO that makes you Altcoin.
This would resurrect both projects and make it a stronger product.

2. You can store AGRS safely by transfering them to any Bitcoin address that you have the private key to. Later you can import them into the omniwallet.org once the swap to the coin on top of Tau-Chain is being done. Is this still the case? I can send my Agoras from Bittrex to a Bitcoin paper wallet to which I have the private key and later do the swap? If yes, will I be "in danger" of missing the date and the tokens might become worthless if I'm too late? Thank you! Edit: To clarify, I can basically create a Bitcoin address here: https://www.bitaddress.org , transfer a small amount of BTC (for later fees) to it and then transfer my Agoras to it. And later at some point import the private key into Omni? Could somebody please answer this? I would really prefer to keep my Agoras on a paper wallet. Thank you. Exactly right. This way you can store them even as a paper wallet. |

In 10 days it is 9 months since this thread started. Can we see:
A timeplan with realistic estimations.
Pictures from a game prototype or an early version.
Statistics and pictures of the complementary cards.
You will earn more money from this project delivering a working game than from new card sales.
Thank you for your questions! Most technical development so far went into getting the backend on track to achieve the kind of structure that is being described in the OP. As we are dealing with a synchronous mulitplayer game, we had to give it extra care to make sure everything runs as expected. Currently, we have a very talented 3D Designer to craft out the arena for the prototype so soon we will have more visuals to show that demonstrate the environment wherein the matches take place. As said before, I want to be extra careful with speaking out particular time frames for achieving certain milestones, although I understand your curiousity. My personal goal is to come out with a playable prototype within this year so that our community soon can playtest an early version of the game, allowing them to give feedback and therefore enables us to further improve the game. The prototype will be web based (as opposed to a desktop version for the final release) and in particular serves the purpose of improving the game mechanics and card balancing. We have several spreadsheets with cards worked out (some of them being outdated due to revisions of core game mechanics) and are currently working on finishing an all-around rulebook that gives a good overview of everything we have so far. To prevent copycats, we will hand out the rulebook only to a selected number of trusted community members who then may review it and add their feedback so we can further improve it.
