201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Is for the strong. on: March 11, 2023, 09:57:07 PM
And in that case, should such person stop gambling and rather divert such monies into something else since he/she ain't making corresponding wins or more, checking his bet history, Or he should carry on with hopes that winnings will start creeping in someday gradually?

Adding another risk after doing an already risky action?

How sure that person will have another lucky win that will come to him? And even if does happen, are we sure that the person will start doing the things they planned originally during the time of feeling regret after a loss?

Sometimes, we are good at planning the supposed thing to do once we win. But when the actual winning happened, we will just continue to do gambling and will disregard those plans because of the thinking that we are currently lucky on that said session.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 11, 2023, 09:52:28 PM
I agree, there's exactly nothing we can do about it. What we can do is to support the fights that they organize and if these fights are not interested enough to get our support then it's better for us not to watch it

It's not that promoters are the only ones to blame why we see failed negotiations of some of the most failed anticipated fights that are being looked forward to witness by most boxing fans. Sometimes, the boxer themselves is doing a clear ducking and will just consider fighting depending on what they think is the right time.

Lots of expected fights already were expected to happen during the peak but just happened later on which is not totally exciting anymore.

Notable examples are, Pacquiao vs Mayweather, Canelo vs GGG trilogy, Crawford vs Spence, and many more.
203  Economy / Gambling / Re: they are scamming us? on: March 10, 2023, 09:14:58 PM
I will likely say that the manipulation of the outcome of a game can only be common when it comes to slot games

Regarding this, don't just look at the reputation of the gambling site but rather the reputation of the game provider.

There are game providers that are proven to have a fair algorithm that everything is really random.

I don't like to play on a game provider that is not popular and is not supported by the most popular online gambling sites.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about stop gambling services issued by gambling platforms? on: March 10, 2023, 09:08:34 PM
If a gambler is already to the point that can be considered as the worst addiction, gambling services issued by a gambling platform won't do anything and can't be a big help. Their service for someone who needs to take a break from gambling can only be followed by a gambler that can still control themselves. It's good that these gamblers can still understand what they are doing.

Those purely addicted gamblers already that don't understand their boundaries and limit should need serious treatment from a gambling rehabilitation facility.
205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Too harsh on user? on: March 10, 2023, 09:05:54 PM
Is it right to call a gambling platform a scam for confiscating users account with the deposited balance because you use more than one SIM card to access the platform? The SIM cards aren't from same network provider, so their IP addresses are different from one another.

This happened to someone I know very well, but I found this to be too cruel,  different IPs on the same device shouldn't cause this ban, what do you think?

There are some gambling platforms that pray that users make this mistake and use the opportunity to sit down on their money.

It's considered harsh for me while at the same, a crappy treatmentt of that site. Since when a user's deposited balance should be confiscated for that kind of reason? But can you share what site is it so we might take a look at their TOS? Maybe it was really your friends' fault but funds shouldn't be confiscated.

Hard to judge a book by its cover as what we only read is your side.

We should make it balanced and know the real story here to be fair in all concerns.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: March 08, 2023, 11:59:35 PM
Thurman is the one who got nothing more to lose because his career is now on the point that if he will get defeated again, then it's time for him to hang his gloves up. It might be early for his age but there's nothing he can do because if he will continue his career, he will become a trophy for someone else's career and a stepping stone for that same someone to have good fights in the future.
But for Spence, he got everything to lose here and he might not have his belts at stake but his value and reputation are on the line because a defeat from Thurman will seriously decline his value and he will have his first defeat in his career. Furthermore, the governing bodies will probably make him as an example so that they don't have to take the blame anymore and will likely arrange a fight with Crawford or Boots Ennis to clean their names from being affiliated with Spence and Al Haymon.

Comparing those things that both boxers will have if they lose, it's correct that Spence will have the most impact on his career. Losing Thurman, not just it's an embarrassing loss but it would be clear to us that he won't have a chance to win at Crawford at 148.

The much higher purse split share can also not be demanded now by the Spence camp if they intend to negotiate with Crawford again. The mega bout has a chance to happen now although if Spence loses on Thurman but I can't consider fighting against Crawford still can be considered a mega bout.

Let's face it though that Spence has the upper edge on this fight and probably would be easy to win against the current Thurman.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My $300 bet won $417,000 on: March 08, 2023, 11:59:17 PM
No brag from op but some persons may think that he had any intention for posting his results here which is not bad or against the forum. We can decide to share our ideas here in the forum with any problem but sometimes trying to monetize our materials or knowledge can sound very odd to some persons that is why they do come out in numbers to repel such attempt. We need to understand that not everybody will understand our opinion or try to attempt what we think or want, there will be other people that would say no not because they don't like our idea but our ideas or reason behind something may contradict there interest because there had been free complain of scam cases.

Basically, OP just shared it and it's up to the readers if they will consider that bragging or anything else. On the other hand, let's hope too that someday we can experience that impressive win the same as what OP did. It's a tough bet to risk $300 in sports betting for an average sports bettor that only has a limited budget and bankroll for sports betting.

OP also doesn't have that luck alone and not relying purely on it.

From what I see, he really does have knowledge of that sport, and by combining his good analyzation and his luck, the winning chance becomes better.
208  Economy / Gambling / Re: they are scamming us? on: March 08, 2023, 11:58:53 PM
We really like to play gambling online , and there are lot of crypto gambling sites out there ,
many times i doubted the provably fair system,  that these casinos are cheating me, but what can i do ,

Not all gamblers do know how provably fair works that's why your best shot that you are playing in a good casino is to look at its reputation. You can bet that these reputable gambling sites will not cheat their users as to why they should do it in the first place. Getting many users to play on their site is a hard thing to do and they won't surely ruin their famous status just for that.

If you always doubt gambling sites due to those issues then maybe, it's time to leave gambling and focus on other things.

210  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: November 10, 2022, 09:47:50 PM
Same here, I haven't checked my email since I don't have much activity on stake this past few weeks.  I could say that my idleness saves me from possible phishing attempts.  Though it is quite surprising that $10m is stolen from hacked accounts.  Aren't they activating their security options?  This is just a user data breach and not an internal system hack, so it is somehow impossible to lose a significant amount due to phishing if 2fa and other security feature is enabled by the account.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believed that verified Stake account users can't change their email used on the registration. Therefore, even if a user's account got compromised and their Stake account login details were input on a phishing site, the hacker can't just do anything on that Stake account.

By default:

- an email code is needed for a successful login
- withdrawals also need an email code if 2FA is not activated

Not unless the email login details were compromised, that's another story.

Does anyone have news about that please? They say a new spotsbook using FUN tokens will be launched at the end of October, but we are already October 30th and it's the first time I heard of that. Is it a mistake?

Quote
Q4 is about to kick off!
With a bang! In Q4, launching our new XFUN-powered Peer-to-Peer Sportsbook will be a significant milestone for our ecosystem, adding an unparalleled breadth to our content.

Even though the launch date mentioned was supposed at October 30 as long as it's within the 4Q of the year, I think it's just fine for some delays.

While reading that article and from what I understand, XFUN Sportsbook is not the usual sportsbook that everyone is familiar with where the betting takes place between users and the site. Here, the betting is between users and it will be very unique since I think there are only a few (or none?) gambling sites to have that feature here in crypto-gambling.

Anyways, we are still in October and who knows an update will be given later on.

213  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best thing to do if this happens on: October 30, 2022, 11:22:34 PM
Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

We don't know in the end if they will still pay the money but on my part, I will tell right away the community on what happened.

Since I'm just a player, it will be easy for these gambling sites to say that I violated something and they can easily attach any proof even on my part, I didn't do something wrong. Since they high-rated gambling site, most people will believed them now and my case will now be ignored.

Unfortunate for a player to experienced such cases.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling techniques on: October 28, 2022, 12:46:23 PM
Martingale isn't that bad as long as we know when to quite and bag the winnings.  It will take some time before series of red streak to appear so there is a window for profit but of course if we don'tknow when to stop, martingale will only eat up our bankroll.

Only if there's a winning sequence. But what if while doing martingale, no profits have been made and the 2x bet amount for every loss is just continuous? That's why it's not advisable to do such a method because the entire bankroll will just be gone in just a matter of minutes.

Who told you that it will take some time before the series of red streaks appear lol. Even right at the beginning, the red streak can appear right away.

Do you mean that it's how the provably fair works on dice?
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: October 28, 2022, 12:13:59 AM
One thing we should understand is, that altcoin is an altcoin and there are no two ways about that, but then even though some altcoins are used as utility tokens they still perform in the market so for the sake of investment, casino tokens may not be the best option since there have less traffics in terms of volume and trading markets.

Either way, if we play it right in the market, there's always a profit in return. Treat these casino tokens the same as how we treat other altcoins in terms of making profits. As long as there's a steady volume, these coins are worthy for short-term trades.

Anyways, OWLDAO is currently on a nice run recently. Right now they are up 20.7% in the last 24 hours. Still -55.7% short during their All-time High last June but still with that increase recently in the current market state right now, that's a good sign that this token is still considered to trade by most traders.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling techniques on: October 27, 2022, 11:49:58 PM
I often use the stake doubling technique to several games. I normally do this with dice games and if it played correctly its profitable. What you have to do is simply start with a small stake and every time you lose you double your steak until you win. Once you win, you will recover all the amount you lost. This works if you have enough money to keep doubling your bet, so you should do your math and check with how much you should start. It is not infallible but it works.

Obviously, all techniques if played correctly are profitable. But we are playing against a luck-based gambling game here and your mentioned technique is not a good thing to follow. If that is your preferred technique how's it going? Is that profitable for you? How's your result using that technique of yours?

It sounds simple as you think especially when you mentioned the part that if you win, you will recover all the amount you lost. That's a big LOL.

Can we see your bet history using martingale?
217  Economy / Gambling / Re: trustdice - scam, very bad site. on: October 25, 2022, 01:31:27 PM
Aside from the mentioned part of the terms that OP is violated based on the mail which are.....

https://trustdice.win/terms

Quote
10.1
Trustdice.win reserves the right to cancel any promotion, bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to deposit bonuses, reload bonuses and loyalty programs) with immediate effect if we believe the bonus has been set up incorrectly, is being abused, has not been used within 30 days from receiving it on your account, and if said bonus has been paid out, we reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request and to deduct such amount from your account. Whether or not a bonus is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely by Trustdice.win.

13.1
If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Member Account, or withhold payment of your winnings, and in extreme cases, your deposits, and apply such funds to any damages due by you.

..... consider also checking the Bonus Terms and Conditions that obviously refer to the bonus part of the site to see if such terms there is/are being violated but OP is not just aware.

Maybe these are the possible reasons that OP might be aware:

Quote
1. Bonuses are limited to one instance per user, IP address, electronic device, household, residential address, telephone number, payment method, email address and any public environments where computers and IP addresses are shared.

2. Players are not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings.

However, Trustdice should also explain to OP the detailed content of why a ban is imposed on the account and not just state the part of the terms that are violated (or is this already answered by Trustdice? as I have not looked deeply into OP's issue yet).

Edit: Trustdice forum representative @Coinbox1 just posted already that they will investigate the matter a few minutes ago before I posted this.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I won 9600$ in dice by mistake on: October 25, 2022, 12:59:51 PM
Damn lucky I will say. I think OP can be considered a real dice game enthusiast as personally, I've only seen a few users here in the forum spending such an amount of money ($200 is a decent amount for me) on dice games alone. Mostly, gamblers here in the forum are spending decent deposits on other gambling types such as playing roulettes, slots, and sports betting based on my observation.

Maybe to clear the doubts of others if you were really able to withdraw that amount smoothly without any hassle, maybe you can consider posting the withdrawal slip. Just a screenshot will do and no need to post the transaction hash. You can hide the other details on that image if you think there are things you need to hide.

Congratulations by the way. Smiley
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 25, 2022, 10:46:36 AM
I could care less who took the shot. I'm more into the manner how it was taken. Anyone with good awareness would run down the clock before taking it. Doing so would also give the opponent as little time as possible to make their own play. That's not how "superstars" are in my book. He's supposed to be the first to know being the floor general.

If that shot was made, then he will be a hero of the night, right? Even though it's considered a bad play of the night, what if the other way around happened? With lots of critics about him, even if he didn't attempt to make that shot, if the Lakers will lose, he's still blamed for that loss.
Just make the right play. It's great bonus if it went in. Tough luck if it didn't. No blame game as long as the right play is executed.

It doesn't matter if it went in or not just like I don't really care who took that shot.

Quote
I don't consider that bad play for him as truly bad because it means he still has the confidence to take that clutch shot that totally almost not present in him last season because of too much pressure from the critics. It's hard to play with all eyes looking at him.
18 seconds left to set up a shot! 12 second difference between game clock and shot clock - how is that not a bad play?

Two of their best players are taking it slow and way behind the arc because they are probably thinking their point guard would run the clock. It's as if nobody expected him to do it that early. How is that not a bad play?

Confidence in taking a shot doesn't erase the fact it's a bad play.

What the heck! You are not really getting the point here and just focus on that Westbrick brick shot.

Did you even look at those other wrong plays prior to that 18 seconds left? Start at the last 2 minutes of the 4th Quarter and see for yourself how the hell happened that the Lakers only lead by 1 after being ahead by 9 points in the last 2 minutes.

The Lakers lose that game not just because Westbricks failed a shot with 18 seconds left remaining. You are too focused on Westbrook or I think you didn't watched that game and just go with the flow with the Westbrick comment that focuses on that 18 seconds left.
220  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀TOP 5 CRYPTO CASINO SITE - YOUR OPINION IS IMPORTANT TO US🚀 on: October 25, 2022, 02:16:20 AM
Opinion sought from people who are more knowledgeable and experienced. We have spared you this research.

I don't mean to show us how legit those sources but seriously, the site shows the real names on the testimonials as public. Even if it's a made-up comment and made-up names it's not good to use it as review sites should not be a joke. Therefore, those names should suppose to be legit right?

My advice is, to try to include the ANN threads of those sites. I know most review sites want to gain referrals thru links but if you really want to help those users, include their respective ANN threads here.
