First of all whenever we are entering in a website. We should go through the terms and conditions of this website. And if this is a gambling website so we should also read the terms and conditions and the paying strategy.

If they are saying that they will pay of all your winnings. And they refuse to pay. So I will file a case in court and give them all proofs and ask for justice. This is the way which I will pick.
Without a doubt going through the legal route is necessary if the win is big, but at the same time casinos have so much money and resources that it is difficult to win a case like that by just pressuring them through the law, if the casino still worries somewhat about their reputation then you need to post your case everywhere so the case begins to affect them economically, in fact I really think that in many cases following this route should be way more effective than going through the legal route.

Getting their attention is one way like as been suggested, posting a thread here that they don't want you to pay with your winnings. But make sure that you've got it legitimate and accurate winning without any problem. And when it's not enough and they don't want to settle it, you can push it to higher courts but before doing that, make sure that you're prepared for the expenses because it's not something that they'll just go in favor of you and it's costly.

Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

We don't know in the end if they will still pay the money but on my part, I will tell right away the community on what happened.

Since I'm just a player, it will be easy for these gambling sites to say that I violated something and they can easily attach any proof even on my part, I didn't do something wrong. Since they high-rated gambling site, most people will believed them now and my case will now be ignored.

Unfortunate for a player to experienced such cases.

Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

First, ask them nicely what happened and what are those problems my account went through why do I end up being not paid? Since they are highly reputable, I expect them to have a clear response and tell me everything.

If I found the explanation quite difficult to imagine and I'm sure to myself that I won that big amount thru fair play, that's the time I will prepare all the necessary proofs to post here in the forum and see what others will have to say.

Since there is no legal way to pursue them, the effort to pressure the site is the last resort I can do.

Filing a lawsuit must remain the last resort if nothing else works since it's  the most expensive and longest option. Besides, in most cases it won't help you get your money back especially if the casino which scammed you doesn't have a license.
You should start by exposing them on all gambling-related platforms and everywhere where they advertise their service. Making too much noise will put too much pression on them and force them to pay you. Even if it doesn't solve your problem, it will at least serve as a warning for other gamblers.

It's a good decision to read the terms and conditions of any gambling company you want to deal with, but be sure you also clearly understand them. However, many don't know their rights, and the few who know it do not have the money to file a court case. It is easy to say 'I will chart them to court,' but do you have the needed resources?

Many often let go, this is especially when the amount won is not even significant enough to hire a lawyer.

Telling the truth about what happened to you is very important, and you should definitely do it, even though it might seem pointless, especially after many unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the customers support of the scammers.

I would recommend this place, bitcointalk, as a platform where your message will be heard and discussed, unlike many places where no one will actually see it.

That's the real problem. We want to take the case to court but think it will cost a lot of money. Then after we calculated how much it would cost, we decided not to take it to court. We've lost in this case and choose just to let it go and can't do anything about it. The only thing we can do is look for other gambling sites that won't cheat us anymore and I think we can find them easily on this forum so that we don't have the same incident again.

Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

In this case, I think it depends on the problem related to why the platform refuses the payment that should be yours. of course every case will be different, if we do not commit irregularities or fraud. I'm sure that won't happen. because after all a reputable gambling platform, especially one with a high reputation, will not cheat by not paying for something that has been earned by the player.

After all, if it happened to you, you can make a review on this forum with the evidence you present as a reinforcement for the claim you are complaining about. So, if you don't want to experience a case like you said.
You should first research the casino that will be used. here, we have a crypto casino that has a high reputation. You just need to find the one that you think is worthy of being your favorite casino.

Post complaints here in the forum or other website that offer complaints system like Askgambler to make the casino alarmed on what they are doing. Most of the time mid tier casino doesn’t pay but high rated casino always pay when the issue became public while the evidence is strong that the player has the claim to the huge profit. Many high rated casino including slot providers has this story and most of them is resolved.

Afaik only 1xbit is the only casino that I know that has a lot of active issue that still operating here despite all the evidence is strong against them. This is the only casino that has exemption to rule. I dunno why this casino still operates while they have a lot of active complaints that still unresolved.  Huh

I don't follow actively their case, but some time ago when I researched a bit on them, they were accepting that the previous management did things wrong but the new team would try to solve the problems. I still read complaints from time to time and, although I'm not sure whether they are old or new, their frequency makes me think the latter.

On the other hand, about the reasons for not paying, many members here argue that they do selective scamming, but it could be just that their T&C are very strict and people don't read them, so they complaint when they can't withdraw because of using VPN, connecting from a forbidden country, or whatever other rule they broke. I can be wrong, but in my head I can't explain another reason for this platform to continue on the rise if they are supposedly so bad. I guess that this doubt is the clue of their survival and success.

Back on topic, I would try to do my best in order to destroy the reputation of a casino if they refused to pay me for no legal reason, mainly in this forum, but in other social media too. If the money lost was big, I would hire a good lawyer too, and I would take them to court.

It's a good decision to read the terms and conditions of any gambling company you want to deal with, but be sure you also clearly understand them.

It is indeed best to read the terms and conditions of any casino we wanted to play with.  If any of the Terms clauses is somehow vague to us, we can always ask their support staff to explain in layman's terms the one we don't understand.  It is our right to inquire and know the specifics of the terms and conditions.  It is better that way because if ever there is some dispute and we may use the conversation to back up our claim.

However, many don't know their rights, and the few who know it do not have the money to file a court case. It is easy to say 'I will chart them to court,' but do you have the needed resources?

Those who are willing to take the case to court are those who won a huge amount.  Or those who have huge amounts being frozen by the casino.  So I think they have enough funds to pursue a lawsuit.

Many often let go, this is especially when the amount won is not even significant enough to hire a lawyer.

It is better to let go than spend way more money to prove our claim.  That is a smarter move I think.

If you know that you didn't comply with the casino's terms or you don't have a solid case with enough proofs then better remain silent otherwise it will backfire on you.
We witnessed many cases where gamblers accuse casinos of scamming but we quickly realize that the customer is in fact the real scammer or a abuser.
The good thing about this forum is that most of its members are unbiased and most of the times they will take the side of the customer and do their best to help him.

Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?
For the first time you will first report to them and if they fail to contact or respond to you then you will carry a negative information about them you can go to accusation and file a petition against them, so that is the best way you can come against them and also report to other people so that people will be aware of what happened or what you passed through and nobody will be pressing them again since they are for scamming

this situation would be good if they have active thread on this forum. for most crypto gamblers, it is best to play on a reputable site with active support. but the first thing to do of course is to contact the support of the site itself. most casinos have online chat support. if they are not responding, then, try their other social media channels or contacts
if nothing happened, you can always create a scam accusations thread and post your proofs. many will help you if you have valid complaint.

I don't seem to have seen anyone who complained here on cryptocurrency gambling platforms have their issue resolved. Most of the time I read in the complaints that they were not given the justice they wanted for what was done to them.

Apart from that, there are other complainants who, despite the proofs they hold, have not been resolved and continue to ignore their grievances, which seem to be unwilling to allow them to withdraw a large amount, so they just went through blocking their account even though they know they have provided everything the gambling site needs in cryptocurrency.

It is about those typical scam sites or those who had bad reputations that Justice does not served, but complaints about legit casino seems to be answered and some had only took short time before the cases resolved .

But of course better to choose which site you are going to play

We can mentioned some gambling site name like 1xbit that had hundreds or more of complaints that still unresolved .

better stay away from that kind of site though .

I guess you didn't check thoroughly then since many gambler complaints related to crypto gambling platforms were resolved after a certain amount of time in this forum.

Most of those resolved complaints were 100% legit and pertained to popular crypto gambling sites. The ones that don't get resolved are usually linked to scamming gamblers or scamming sites(1xbit).

Actually it is not the only forum that advertise gambling in crypto , there are more sites outside Bitcointalk that also has similar advertising but indeed that our forum is the most and the popular one .

this is why some of the victims from outside create accounts here to chase the site that victimized them .

It is interesting those very same people did not took the time to at first create an account in this forum and take a look at the reputation of different casinos here, if they did that the number of scams will go down and the scenario the OP is presenting will not happen at all.

After all many of the casinos which they claim scammed them are casinos that had a bad reputation in this forum already, and which we know they are not to be trusted.

Make a report in your local court or report to casinoguru, askgamblers or gamblingcommission.gov.uk. Although personally I never make a report about scam casino, but AFAIK those sites which I mentioned before are trusted and most gamblers usually make complain on there. As long as you've record the whole proof to accuse the casino, you're never break any terms of service, you wouldn't lose.
