I am not sure that a draw can happen in this match no matter how Real Madrid play in this match. Real Madrid are in a better position and good playing form than Real Betis. Real Betis should not just try to concede many goals but winning or drawing this match is not an option to look up to in this match. Real Madrid are just few points ahead of Girona, in order to maintain a good lead and higher point difference, they won’t want to lose any match from now and give a away the first position to Girona again. Otherwise, Real Madrid will only try to put tight pressure on Real Betis and in fact there is not much that Real Betis can do in the match. I think the difference is that if Felix wants to stay, and do not want to go back, then he could just force the team to sell him for whatever Barcelona could afford, and that's the way many players has switched teams as well. I am not saying that he will be able to, but he can try to do that.
So, if Barcelona can afford let's say 55 million, then Felix could say "either get the 55m from Barcelona and sell me, or I will say I am injured and not play with you and wait out until my contract ends and you get nothing from me" type of deal. Some teams see the bluff and just do not sell, and it may even work out for the team, and some teams end up just giving up and letting the player go in that situation and get whatever they can.
Let's assume Joan Felix wants to leave Atletico Madrid and move to Barcelona at any cost and Atletico refused to sell him or give it in loan again then what he could do to force them? Simeone could end up letting him on benches and destroying his career until 2029. This long term contract type made the position of the player to negotiate with his team very weak. I doubt Atletico Madrid will do that obviously but if they need him they will try to convince him to play with them with a promesse to be sold later easier. It looks like Joao Felix's situation is becoming more complicated in the future and I think this will be a difficult decision for his career. We know that the relationship between Atletico and Joao Felix is not very good and he is only comfortable at Barcelona. But indeed the steps that Barcelona should take to make him permanent will also experience obstacles in terms of costs. Napoli still hasn't found a track that suits their new training. Moreover, they have just had bad match results recently. So maybe this will affect the players' mentality. I don't think any other team will actually be able to compete against Bayern Munich. Leverkusen actually has the only chance to compete against them. But the draw in the last match is definitely going to cost them. Now there is a big chance that Bayern Munich is going to get up to the first position of the table. And if that happens, it is going to be a problem for Leverkusen to actually return to the first position. So even though it does look like Bayern Munich might actually get into the first position of the table, Leverkusen will have to remember that there are still not going to be any difference in terms of points. So if they are consistent enough they might actually be in the fight till the end and maybe also be successful in winning that Bundesliga title.
These clubs are not relenting, we awaits the club that will decline in performance or suffer from injuries and fatigues in matches. These are the two teams that keeps trends active. Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich are the best clubs to be consider this season and I'm not thinking of joining Borrusia Dortmund because they don't have the potential strength to compete, rather they will settle for linferior results. They forger they're included as elite team, though they missed on the title previous season but this season, they should try again and maybe an excellent results might awaits them. Players who suffer injuries will certainly greatly affect the team's performance, although it is not comprehensive, there are definitely things that make them lose control. I'm sure there will be a time when this team experiences this and until that happens they will be fine without any problems. The rivalry between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich will always be a hot topic of conversation and both of them are the teams most likely to win. Dortmund this time is not like the previous season and it looks like they will not participate in the race for the title considering their erratic performance. |

Girona have been great in the last two seasons. But when it comes to trophies I agree with what you have said that it is still quite difficult for Girona. What differentiates Girona from Madrid or Barca is that both teams have quite good squad depth. Playing a fairly busy match between La Liga and the Champions League certainly requires consistency in the game. And if the reserve players are not as good as the main players, it will be a problem if some of the main players are injured. So apart from good performance, consistency is also needed to become a champion.
Girona's quality may only be good for La Liga and to measure how well they can manage their busy competition schedule they will have to try to get a place in the champions league next season. I agree that every team must have reserve players who are as good as the main players and that is what Real Madrid and Barcelona currently have, so however, Girona, with the depth of their current squad, I don't think can match these two teams in the title race. Being able to finish in the top 4 is a very realistic thing for them. |

Yes Manchester needs a striker, i think Ten hag rellies so much on Rasfhord having again a nother super season, but when he doesnt have that good season like we are seeing right now, you need a striker who brought you goals, and saves you.
Also they need to stop making so many mistakes on defense and the goalkeeper.... no words for him.
I think even if Manchester United had a good striker up front, it wouldn't necessarily lead to victory because their defense line is also weak so there is a greater chance for them to concede. I understand they have to buy a new striker and I'm not sure management will spend any more money to get players in the January window. They've already invested too much money and maybe Erik Ten Hag needs to start reorganizing the right strategy for his team. |

It really annoying seeing how staggering Manchester United who were at their best during the Era of Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United is doing righ now and it has become a decade of unresolved problem. The formula and tactics of Manchester United under Eric Ten Hag is not yielding any positive result and is high time the club should act and try to give another manager the opportunity to try to see if things will be put in order at United. The victory was very surprising for Bochum because they managed to beat Wolfsburg with a fairly landslide score of 3-1 and this was an important victory when they maintained their unbeaten trend in the last 5 matches. This result also brought Bochum away from the relegation zone and Wolfsburg seemed to be having difficulty in this match and had to be willing to concede 3 goals.
