201  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals! on: December 25, 2022, 09:21:55 PM
in my case, in the world cup challenge, I didn't win anything, unfortunately I wasn't lucky to have won at least a penny, I agree with you that in all these challenges, or at least most of the challenges, the whales or the people who put them have an advantage a lot of money in the casino to play with, people who can play with 10,000$ or more per week, they get more chances when it comes to any contest that involves buying a ticket or something else

the world cup challenge was a great example of a challenge where both people who have a lot of money and people who don't have a lot of money would have the same chances of winning the contest, but these types of challenges are not profitable for the casino, at least they are not very profitable, I think that way because people were participating in the contest without spending money and the casino would be spending money on having to pay them when they win, contests that involve buying tickets and whales buy a lot of tickets so casinos win a lot in this type of contest, just like the lottery in the real world, the rich are the ones who have the greatest chance of winning the lottery, strange that in the past on TV they showed faces of poor people who won the lottery, today they are very rare cases in which they see someone without money win the lottery the maximum prize
That has been the case for every single bit of promotions there has been in any casino ever. Even in raffle type stuff, even though we have a chance with a single ticket, the guy with 5 million tickets because he wagered 150 bitcoins total would have a bigger chance.

I have to say that life is not always fair and it should not be "fair" it should be just, and that means the guy with that much money at risk is providing something more to a casino and they should get more because of it, you and I not having that much money is not the whales fault, and why should be try to balance the rewards towards people like us when whale did nothing wrong and deserves what they have.
202  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 24, 2022, 09:16:23 PM
Betting a lot more on Christmas month is not really a shocker because a lot of people have a lot more free time during this period, which gives us the chance to wager even more.

Doubling the monthly bonus, or having some extras per day like we have seen so far, is not really a big deal because it is marketing tool used by stake to get you to spend that extra free time here. I find it quite happy coincidence that the biggest rewards usually come from the most common holiday times.

The real question is, would people gamble on Christmas, or would they rather sit down and relax and have some fun. I think it is quite important to do a little bit of both, and stake is a good place for it.
203  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All on: December 24, 2022, 12:38:02 PM
Is my transaction history at Stake provably fair?
Afaik probably fair only applied to the games, to verify if they are legit or not so the answer to your question is no.

Please explain the stupid part of this question?

Please take a look at my Statistics: https://ibb.co/vYXRGnc

What do the BTC, ETH and USDT amounts below "Wagered" represent?

They represent the total amount of BTC, ETH and USDT that you wagered.

Based on what do you conclude that they represent the total amounts I wagered and not partial amounts I wagered?

Idk if he plays there or not but what he said is true. I know because do play on stake too. I think common sense is only needed here. How can those numbers be a partial amount? They are too huge but by the way, have you already tried clicking on that "request statistic" button? I think that should give you a more detailed overview or breakdown about your statistics. Maybe that is the one that can help solve your problem.

Most of the users here on this thread face the same issue I faced. I also tried to contact GCF, but it remained unresponsive.
I don't know why there isn't any response from them, but this should be addressed to them properly, and they must respond to us.

May I ask how much you waited for their reply and what channel you used to try to reach out?

I am afraid this lack of response could be a signal of neglect towards this project, probably the whole idea has lost some momentum, which would be sad.
Also, I assume people who is supposed to look after this Foundation also manage their own casinos or business, resulting on them having not enough time to properly update and reply inquiries as they are supposed to.

But, you won't ask if what is that problem he is talking about? He doesn't look like he owns a casino and I think this thread is supposed to be for the casino owners only or the ones that would like to partner with the crypto gambling foundation. As a regular customer on of the casinos listed on here, the ones that we must contact are the casino itself and not the cgf.
204  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum desktop wallet question. on: December 23, 2022, 07:46:54 PM
I think it's almost impossible to memorize a private key, so no, you are not going to enter them manually using your keyboard but you are only going to copy and paste them using your mouse. You are right, it seems that you are only paranoid because electrum is one of the most recommended wallet here in cryptos for both desktop and mobile.

If you want to be secure then I think having a good antivirus in your pc can help you detect and remove those hidden malwares in your machine. This should give you a confidence that no one is spying on you whenever you deal with sensitive activities such as opening a crypto wallet.
205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are no cool games on: December 23, 2022, 03:55:22 PM
Because of hacks mostly. These games like tekken you mentioned may have lots of bugs in the code and that would ruin the game for those who don’t know about that.
Good point, no one casinos wants to take the risk knowing they have instant cashouts and if a bug is found and exploited they can lose millions within minutes. Even the dice game we see today it had many bugs initially, I still remember Hufflepuff cheated PD out of a massive amount and they couldn't even find out what's wrong for quite a while.

Less code = less headache.
Yes and the market for new games isn't big either, players are addicted to the already existing games.

Sometime ago I used to play at a casino named something like luckybits or something and they had a few refreshing games but I think the casino has been closed, tells you how new games can lead to losses perhaps.
206  Economy / Reputation / Re: It sucks that 1xbit still runs on: December 23, 2022, 02:38:32 AM
Is there no effective legal action that can be taken on the 1xbit gambling platform instead of just telling people not to promote them? Is that all we can do? I am surprised this platform is still running till date.
When people like you and myself not at all bothering and spreading awareness about not to play on 1xbit, I guess we may go them bankrupted over the time due to low to no player to their casino. Still, when they are actively promoting on other platforms for new user, we cannot do anything about them.

Just imagine a situation like they solve all the accusation against them at least on this forum, then they can exist and run campaigns here, definitely you will not have any concern on them, right? This could be one of them reason why scammers are allowed to continue on this forum. Honest people will try to resolve all the accusation but in my opinion we cannot expect such honesty from 1xbit team any more as they are not focusing on building reputation but too keen on attracting players through campaigns.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: December 22, 2022, 11:22:53 PM
It will not be that easy for Manchester City to replace Arsenal despite losing this match. WestHam is an opponent I think Arsenal can face easily, they have advantages in many ways than West Ham. Even though they will be the players who have been their mainstay for a while, I am sure that Arsenal can maintain their performance against this opponent who is not superior.
They have made thorough preparations before this match, and also I don't see West Ham's advantages in any way.

It could still be easy , since we still have a lot of matches to be played, I do still believe in Manchester City to be the champions of premier league regardless of how many points that Arsenal is using to gap them.

WestHam United got good team and is not a soft team to play , They got this experience in handling Big teams and Arsenal is not exceptional to this.
Every one can go with his personal views because it's open forum for all members, but we have to face reality as well, and it's clearly indicating it's never been easy for Manchester City to replace Arsenal at the top rank with current form Arsenal are also going to increase their strength in coming days as well which will help them for having better results and improve quality for the both competitions Premier League and UEFA Europa Cup which are targeted by them.

Now after break all top teams will try their best for having same level performance which they were giving before break and keep gape from opponents, but things could be clear after the start of 16th round because Leeds United is also increasing their performance and Manchester City going to visit them with Arsenal is having West Ham at home and Newcastle United is also going to face Leicester City which is also performing amazingly after having terrible start of this season.
208  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Slotella.com Gone Silent - Only accepting deps, no withdrawals to many user on: December 22, 2022, 11:24:09 AM
As long as there are victims, such thing won't stop. Problem is that, scam projects won't be distinguished easily; some would be hideous of their reputation and some would turn out to be a scam halfway of their progress to this industry. To OP, this post could catch the attention of the site but that would solely depend to them on how will they make actions towards the issue. Unfortunately, in most cases, gambling site managements won't do anything about such instances especially if it is an 'isolated case' but I hope they would, on your end. I agree with other users' opinion of posting more evidences for this concern to not just be an accusation and to be more of an eye opener to those who are planning to engage with this gambling site. For now, try still to contact their chat support with hopes of them being responsive.
The same with 1xbit/1xbet. They are known to be a scam gambling site even before but up until now, they are still operating. It's hard to say this but maybe you are right and maybe that's because there are still innocent people who knows nothing about their true colours and continues to play on them. That will be more possible because they are heavily promoting their website anywhere in the web.

Fortunately, scam projects can still be distinguished and prevented if only we are going to make our own research before we start playing like testing initially with small bankroll and by choosing only casinos which provide support through this forum as well.

Moreover, most of those scam sites are new and unpopular but legit/reputed sites are usually old enough and already well-known. So avoiding a scam attempt is kind of easier these days unless otherwise we are not dealing with any exit scam kind of long planned scams.
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 22, 2022, 02:53:00 AM
According to rumors from Transfermarkt, it looks like Real Madrid are very interested in signing Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig. With his brilliant performances with Croatia in the 2022 world cup, making him one of the targets for Real Madrid in the January transfer market. It looks like Real Madrid still needs a back cover to strengthen its defense, maybe with Rudiger and Eder Militao they still need other options, Josko Gvardiol's services are really needed to strengthen Real Madrid's back line next season.
It seems like that was just only a rumour. As far as i know that if gvardiol already interested with liverpool and liverpool has become the most potential club for him in the upcoming season. His father has been supporting him move to the liverpool and i see no chance for another team even real madrid to sign him caused by he wanna try to follow what already wanted by his family. I guess that gvardiol was also liverpudlians since he was a child. I see no chance for real madrid to get him even if that was a small chance.
I would like to see gvardiol goes to the premier league rather than in la liga.
Here I agreed with you because things are looking favorable for Liverpool which is also having support of his father and right now we are also had few big changes coming into Liverpool after poor season, so he can enjoy good time in play instead of Real Madrid where he has to wait for some injury or just having time for substitute which is not good.

Modric is also trying his best but most chances he will be not succeeded in this all because Josko Gvardiol's family is also happy for him that he joined Liverpool and play into Premier League instead of going into Real Madrid for the La Liga but what will be end of this transfer for this all we have to wait because Liverpool is surely also looking for few other options which are important for them.
210  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Coin mixing vs coin joining vs Monero converting on: December 21, 2022, 08:34:42 PM
Some amazing information in this thread, bookmarking it for later when I need to mix my coins.

So far I have been using chipmixer (not promoting them, use at your own risk) for mixing my coins and I thought there was no other way to mix the coins. Before chipmixer I would simply deposit to Binance and Poloniex (before Binance) and withdraw them after a few meaningless trades.

I have heard Monero is untraceable but not sure how it works, I will be learning a lot from this thread though, thanks OP  Smiley.
211  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Is there good wallet decentralized app ? on: December 21, 2022, 07:44:12 PM
Sorry if this has been suggested before but I feel trust-wallet is a good one. I have been using it for years now and never had any issues and they provide you with the mnemonic phrase using which you can import/export your wallet.

It supports almost every major coin out there along with tokens on ETH & BSC. I am not a tech geek so I don't know if the wallet is completely decentralized or not but just sharing my experience.

I have always felt nothing is decentralized (not trying to offend anyone) because when we make any transaction it requires internet and our IP must go out somewhere since we need internet to make transactions. But again, I am not a pro so I may be wrong and I don't mean to accuse the blockchain lol just genuinely curious.
212  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Transfer bitcoins without internet on: December 21, 2022, 11:33:44 AM
I guess with the help of physical bitcoin, transacting bitcoin without internet is possible but counterfeiting would be a big problem. So, we need lots of infrastructure set up are needed basically to prevent those scammers and abusers. But, I guess in near future we may experience transacting with physical bitcoin with proper set up if some corporate decides about.

Still, there could be lots of limitations we may experience with physical bitcoin like we may not get exact denomination to pay or volatility of bitcoin prices might become a concern for the entire concept of paying in physical bitcoins.
213  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Ordinals: Rare and exotic sats on: December 21, 2022, 02:15:44 AM
I understand that by 'naming' each and every satoshi in entire bitcoin network, you are trying to bring the 'collectible' feature to every satoshi. Basically, even 1mBTC got 100k satoshi which means what some celebrity 'held and sent' may not get the rarity grade due to massive in number.

If it is all about "tracking" then doing that in bigger unit might be helpful.

Probably I am not knowledgeable to realize this tagging each satoshi kind of concept with real world utilization.

Anyway, congrats and good luck with your contribution to bitcoin devotees.
214  Economy / Economics / Re: Forget a return to office: We’re living in the age of side hustles on: December 20, 2022, 08:38:05 PM
The saddest part is that during 60's you could be distributing milk to some business' and would make enough money to literally have a house, a car, two kids, send them to college and retire a very comfortable life. That's it, not a job that would require you to be a great skillsman or craftsman or anything that requires college degree or anything.

You would just have a truck, go to a warehouse every morning, load up milk, then you would go to whatever business that day, unload the truck and that was it, you would make a ton of money.

That's why there is a good amount of people who are not really interested in loyalty to any companies, because companies are richer now, and we are not. They either pay us decently, or we won't work for them or at least not only for them.
215  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: December 20, 2022, 07:25:32 PM
I agree with your point of view, It's true that in recent years there have been several cases of laundering stolen money through online casinos or crypto assets.
So don't be surprised if casino sites require conditions to make KYC.
Parties from the casino also do not want to be involved and be harmed in any form by the laundering of stolen money carried out by irresponsible persons.
And the criminal is submitted someone KYC that he bought from a person who sold his identity since he's poor. Does casino asking KYC will prevent from money laundering? nope, does KYC make the criminal harder to do bad thing? yes. This mean asking KYC is useless if the criminal know how to escape from it. Now we have blockchain analysis who can track someone coins, but they still can't catch those criminals since they're more clever.
I think many of those poor people are only a victim and they don't know that their identities are going to be used for illegal transactions. Better if we will spread information about these matters so that cases like this are going to be prevented in the future. If KYC makes the criminal struggle then KYC is not totally useless.

There are ways for us to check the activity of the wallet but there is no way to see their full information such as their full name, address and contact details. Other than that, criminals can also use a mixing service to further conceal themselves from the authorities but fortunately, some of them are still being caught out.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 20, 2022, 08:35:51 AM
Bayer Leverkusen is also playing a very unfortunate competition at the moment. Too bad they got off to such a bad start. This team can do much better than they have shown now. The difference between the teams from Berlin (Union and Hertha) is also significant this season. It is also striking that only 1 team from Munich is active in the highest division of this division, 1860 Munich no longer plays the Bundesliga. the big absentee will surely be Schalke 04. They are stiff at the bottom and there seems to be little room for improvement now.
After having very impressive end of last season things completely down for this German club as Bayer Leverkusen is having the worst start of this season with now after change of coach they are recovering and having better results which are helping them for improving their rank even few feeling now they have no enough chance for the going into top four, but they can do better things which helps them for having better results into next season.

Now after break we will be back on 20th January with transfer window will be also closed on 30th January which mean they can bring few quality players for having improvement in quality and performance because now new coach surely wants better things and end of good season.
217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when trading gives you heart problem. on: December 19, 2022, 09:35:21 PM
By applying strong risk measures, traders and investors can lower the chances of risk and save their mental sanity. Taking care of health is also very important. Investing can be stressful but knowledge can override fear.
True but at the same time it's important to only start with a balance you are ok with losing. I know there is no money that doesn't hurt losing but at least it shouldn't hinder your daily routine. My friends in past have taken loans to trade and it didn't went very well.

One thing people must understand about cryptocurrency trading is that they must lower their expectations and only enter the market after learning enough about the market and its trends. We all know that you have to take a risk in order for things to work out, but you must also be prepared to overcome any obstacles that may arise while trading. The best traders are those who have sufficient market knowledge, are willing to take risks, understand when to buy/hold/sell, and always prepare their minds for the worst by lowering their expectations.
Yeah, not every coin will 100x and not always being greedy works out. If you see the possibility of a trade closing in profit and you are not very positive about the future of the coin/trade then there is no harm in closing the trade and pocket the profits.

There will be times when you sell dogecoins for $0.0001 and then it jumps to half a dollar but that shouldn't upset you because it just happened and wasn't close to being predictable.
218  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 19, 2022, 06:21:51 PM
A raffle is the most fair system as everybody stands a chance even if you have only 1 ticket. Chances of winning are close to zero, but at least you stand a chance. If Stake still does one, the wagering requirement per ticket will be probably 1000$ (similar to last year).
Initially when staked launched the idea of raffles they used to select a winner and then that player would be not eligible to anymore prizes and it was so cool because now days someone with 500k tickets wins most of the prizes these days. Perhaps some big players complained and they changed the style, anyways I am expecting a big race around Christmas.

If you want to see something chaotic then you are not going to enjoy the stream, Drake has like a bet that he does and then he keeps on betting the same thing over and over again, if you do not find the amount entertaining part then you are not going to like it.
The Drake stream ended quicker than I thought and the most fun and rathe satisfying part of the stream for me is where he picks the winners and they freak out on the live video call because firstly they won 20k and secondly they get to video chat with Drake!
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: December 18, 2022, 08:56:52 PM
Though the season is very tough in EPL, every club is struggling to have a position at the top of the table.  It is shocking to see Chelsea in this kind of position. I think Chelsea's board was quite impatient with Thomas Tuchel, and I think they now realize that everyone in a coaching system deserves time to learn and manage a club when things are not in order. In 2021, Tuchel brought a very good strategy, and this helped in pushing Chelsea to the position no one hoped for Chelsea that season. But when things turned around, he wasn't given a chance to annul the constraint, rather, they brought Graham Potter whose performance in more than 3 months is far below Tuchel's.
Chelsea's new management done big mistake, and now they have to pay for this because Thomas Tuchel was doing good job and his strategy was surely going to help them for having better results in Premier League and Champions League as well which now dumb and have the worst results because Graham Potter fail to settle things in positive way and many players are also not able to perform as they were thinking which is also big concern.

Hopefully now they will give him time for having better strategy which helps them for win but now most chances they have to pay the price because most chance they will be not able to have spot into top four but still they have good chance to reach into next round of Champions League.
220  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: December 17, 2022, 09:05:01 PM
there’s a basic gambling rule i.e. don’t wager on a sport if you don’t understand it and you broke it, hence avoid wagering on sports you do not follow. Furthermore favourites don’t often win because I was so sure that City would win all the league matches this season but whenever I wagered on them they drew or lost, hence this season wagering on the favourite team didn’t work for me too.
I think the first rule of gambling is "do not care about the loss and look to have fun" and if you can follow that, the other rules are not important. I have fun with these bets and I think it makes all the games so much more better to follow, and almost all games are at hours I can watch, and I could easily just watch the games or watch the highlights, and that makes it so much more fun.

I use it to increase the entertainment value of the matches and it works. I know I may not be winning a lot, but that is never my aim, my aim is to have fun and if I am having fun then there is nothing to worry about for me at all it is fine to lose as long as fun part is there.
