Hello,

Their website has a fatal bug, any Microgaming solt you play gets recorded as immortal romance on the player transaction history.
Immortal romance microgaming slot is forbidden to play with bonus active.

After I completed my wager the casino found out from player history I was playing Immortal romance, even if I didn't.
I send the proof and forced a reply from them they are looking of it.
They confiscated 8500 euros from my winnings, returned 645 euros of my deposit that I tried to withdraw without success.
Radio silance on email for more than 2 weeks.

Then in a week period more comments started poping up on many forums, that they are unable to withdraw from slotella or slotela is no replying to my emails etc etc.
I thing the casino is closing its doors soon, gathering up some last deposit or something?

Btw i check on your forum about the case of another user for another new casino casinoxy.com that looks very simiiar to slotella.com
If you inspect the code of the webpage you can find reference to the server of redlanegaming

They have ANN posted on this forum, you can check and post your concern there[1], but unfortunately, their representative is not active anymore, its last activity was almost 3 months ago.

About the other casino it looks like a copy cat and was made to scam people based on their deposit page with the same deposit address on any account made as what i have checked.

Maybe yes maybe no, because there's no more information or case to link both of this casino.

The UI/UX of both this sites are different, casinoxy just like a poor casino while Slotella is copying from Stake. I know your pain about this whole situation and sometimes, it can be very frustrating that you would need access to your funds or maybe assets and would be denied access to it. It is very annoying you know. Like i checked,the slotella casino presence is identifiable and can be recognized here on this platform. The last that the representative account was active was October 06, 2022, 12:31:44 AM  which is over two weeks now. i think just this post you have made is not factual enough to back your claims, it would be nice if you possibly do the needful by providing proof and evidence backing your claims that their actions was unprofessional.

Sometimes, developers would want to test or try their now code for another to seeing if things works out fine for the other as they have used if for the previous.

Thank you for sharing this for our awareness, we would appreciate if you could post more evidences against the site. It's true that they have ANN thread here but I don't think posting there would do any good as they are not active even here anymore. About the new gambling site you have said in your main post, there is a possibility that they may be the same or possibly same gig but I think you or we should stay away from it for our safety. That's really bummer that this kind of scams in gambling site increases though I wouldn't surprise since it's holidays many people have bonuses and many people have more time gambling.

Don’t give information here. Use the Askgambler complaint section for your documents and just share your case link here if your evidence has a sensitive information about your personal info.

Slotella is inactive on the forum and it’s already a convincing evidence that they are not entertaining complaints outside there casino. Provide screenshot of your pending withdrawal and the conversation with the support indicating that they are rejecting your withdrawal then that’s enough to create a flag on there account here.

The casino representative was not online when there was an accusation followed an accusation which I believe is a way of them saying they are not ready to respond to the user's accusation. I could remember when their ANN thread was created the casino representative is usually online.
I will just advise the gamblers on this forum to be more careful because it cold out there lately and there different forms of scams going on.

It's really weird that people aren't complaining about this casino on trustpilot, I did a search on trustpilot if people were posting complaints about this casino, but strange that I didn't find any complaints, I can assume that the guys at this casino keep posting positive reviews on trustpilot, but all reviews are from october. About the new gambling site you have said in your main post, there is a possibility that they may be the same or possibly same gig but I think you or we should stay away from it for our safety. I have those kind of evidence I submited opened succefully cases on askgambles, casinoguru and other site offer similar services, all of them are waiting reply from casino representative. Casino never said I'm not right or there is not a bug. They just delaying my case and let this bug be there to affect anyone. I didn't play any restricted slot it their system buggy, if you play any game from microgaming provider its gets you deposit canceled because it looks like immortal romance slot on their buggy backend

However it seems that he is only allowed to withdraw his original deposit, and according to the OP a lot of money was confiscated with the excuse he was somehow violating their bonus polices.

So even if the OP seems to be getting some of this money back there is still a great deal of money they are refusing to pay him for what it seems a bug which is not his fault, so the OP still has a lot of money yet to recover, which will be difficult to get back as it seems they are not attending complains in the forum anymore.
