But you can you be sure that it wont dump lower? Nobody in crypto can ever be SURE of anything except the fact they really don't know for sure. You do your analysis, roll the bones, hold your breath and take a chance. I will say though, CLOAK gaining value at a more or less steady rate is a very good bet. yes, exactly, i can't be sure of anything. but cloak looks better than most....a lot better i read it takes 6 years to harvest ginseng..... maybe 3 years for cloak ?  Less if we have good conditions and lots of field hands! |

Hello community. It seems to me that it is better to make the swap. Maybe 15 to 1 to reduce the number of coins. I think this coin can see more than 1 Satosh  Before you go supporting swaps and messing with coin supply: Who are the devs going to be and are they willing consider/implement this? How about PR/advertising and new features? How about getting on some more exchanges? How about updated wallets? You can't just wish all this into existence ya know... I do agree the total coin supply is way too high. Personally, I would limit it to 100,000,000 units. |

When can I withdraw KMD?
Our exact schedule will be announced when the ICO site is ready for BTCD snapshot. There's no date yet. The loose schedule is ICO site ready - soon BTCD snapshot - 7 days from that Election begins - Right after the snapshot Election ends - two weeks later KMD distribution - Right after election So, as i see it, we will get our KMD in our hands in about 3 weeks to 1 month... a long road ahead for all of us who support this project. I am curious to see how ppl will react as time goes by...   I don't see a problem, rather it's done right than quickly but, I'm not here for a quick dump. This is superbly amazing. ARK is probably the first ICO to have launched their android mobile wallet much ahead before ICO ends (Some are still struggling with web wallets even months after their ICO is over) And this speaks a lot about professionalism of ARK team
I really can't understand why you are talking about professionalism. Making a new wallet app? Does that makes something professional? I'm not talking about ARK but we saw much more effort than this to scam people so hard. And sadly I think the tec of ARK will fail too. I'm looking forward to take my money back. I wish they didn't push this 100% rule so far and end this on 90%. Because now there will be no bonus and no one gonna want to participate. Thanks. Post like this pushes us to work even harder to reach our goals. Is Devcoin still actively developed?
Short answer: NO Long answer: There is lack of leadership and interest on moving the coin forward, so the "heads" of this project are basically letting it die. They should better step aside and let others take over!! WTF ? It sounds like all the stuff you took away from me is dying? Why the F take it away if you just want to let it die? I can redirect all the domains that I control (which I think is most of them) and point them at my own server if the people who insisted I point them at theirs are not doing their jobs... Unthinkingbit and I built this coin originally, but somewhere along the line some other folks started insisting they wanted to do the websites have the DNS lookups pointed to their own servers, heck even may have bought a few of the domains, although I think I hold most of them. Unthnkingbit and I have been chugging along all along, I don't think he has missed a cycle yet, he sends me an email saying build the data files, having provided the data in a github repo, I build and upload, then he tells other people to grab copies to make the redundant copies all over the place. I originally set up the wiki but someone who it seems in retrospect must be just some asshole insisted he could do better and here we are today with people complaining tghe wiki (devtome) is dying. Give me a download link with which to download the wiki database, I will redirect all the domains I control and set it up again myself... And fat chance I let some other asshole take control away again most likely, now we have seen where that led... Do we even have a forum anymore? On devtome.com wiki I tried one of the main links on the left and it sent me to buybiycoins site! WTF? I tried to find a forum to see what is happening and dont seem to know anymore what domain if any has our forum, if we even have one anymore? -MarkM- Glad to see you post. I realized that they have remained strong in the market for some time, even without much hype, but there is all this premine stuff.
It may be a good investment at some point, but I'm not sure if this is the time to invest, because with the btc bull market in scene, the altcoins can have tough times for the next few weeks.
So, if I start a real world company, I'm supposed to do it without capital? All the bashing of "premines" is childish. Of course many coins here with a premine were scams as in the real world many startups are scams. If you want to build a company, you need money up front, period. Gulden's record, growth and adoption speak for themselves. As long as a project can account for the premine, there is no problem. |

Nah, I think the devs finally had the epiphany that I had: that the dual Vericoin/Verium wallet can act as a mixer, and thus the idea for the Verifree TM network was born (capable of complete anonymity with the Veridark TM option)  This is something I have been thinking about since shortly after the idea for pairing the two and now that it's clear zcash has a trusted (trusted setup) encryption mechanism, there is still quite a bit of room for trust-minimized private transactions. We have been working on a different method for a while now but it may all come together with the pairing as well, but still working it out in detail. You guys are taking a beating over in the Vericoin thread, as I'm sure you are aware, might want to make some kind of announcement/update... |
