I can see the spreadsheet which says L/H slots are full but check it has only 9 members there is still 1 slot available.
However, if it's full then I would love to get 1 Sr. Member slot.

bad day. I played there for promotion but didn't get the promotional amount due to some id conflict.

It's not like I don't lose but somehow able to get back my losses through promotions. I don't play on on sites without promotion but this time I am tricked.
