Я соглашусь, что мыслительные процессы, занимают все внимание человека. Но этот факт совершенно не говорит о том что размышляя о решении какой то задачи, человек, обязательно должен оставаться совершенно не подвижным. Напротив, физическая нагрузка, не требующая особого внимания, способствует работе мозга. К примеру, лучше думается когда совершаеш пешие прогулки или же, при занятии на тренажёре. Тоже самое, когда выполняет, какую то монотонную работу. Руки заняты своим делом. Голова своим.
