v9.2
280x ~220H/s 390 ~325H/s 290x ~315H/s Fury ~350H/s 480 ~260H/s
stock bios, overclocked, 16.10.3
What about 290 without x? i don't have one hey what 290x do you have?

Thinking about buying 2 more gpu's in my rig
I was thinking about 280x can get it for 80-90 euro's and a 290 for 130 euro's
will it be wise to buy these cards or shall i look for a rx 470/480

it got rised today to 0.055BTC for a moment

I have two farms on RX480 crash on XMR. Too bad that is not overloaded, but just no image or shut down.
maybe you have a to high oc ? did you try it with stock ?

9.2 is much more stable Normally at 9.1 it got crashed after 24h Now it is running 36h still no problem great job

V 9.2
7950 - 195h/s 270x - 145h/s 280x - 221h/s 290 - 280h/s 290x - 318H/s 7970m - 145H/s
do you also have the wattage?
|
|
|
not bad
rx 480 = 250 rx 470 = 225
total power usage = 360 /w system

|
|
Would be awesome if we have more alternative for mining

0.10 BTC ile katilabilirim

Is there any difference with the new drivers for the rx 470/480 ?

I'm now using NR_ROWS_LOG=16 as the new sorting algorithm I implemented seems to prefer a larger NR_SLOTS. I'm trying to set up NR_ROWS_LOG=14 and 15 to see how that would affect performance.
I think 14 will be close to ideal. I expect 256 for NR_SLOTS will be enough to avoid row overflows, and that still allow using 1 byte for the row counters. That's 16KB * 2 for the row counters, or only 32KB. I got a feeling that this miner will beat up claymores

Dwarfpool doesnt have ssl so higher fee

v9.0:
- improved speed by 3-20% (depends on card model). About 310H/s on stock 390X, 220H/s on stock RX480, 295H/x on stock Nano. - added "-i 7" and "-i 8" values, about 1% speedup, but can be unstable in some cases. - added SSL/TLS encryption support for better security, see "-zpool" option description in Readme file for details. - added "License.txt" file that contains the License Agreement. - added "-v" option. - several bug fixes and minor improvements. - EthMan: improved saving options.

I like these 3 things
First of all the day I get my salary Second one is when the ZEC price rises and the last one MORE HASHING SPEED!!!
|
|
|
I will release new version within 24 hours.
Can you tell more about the speed ? Does it help you until you do not have the miner? sure why not so i can calculate how much sol i will get in total and what the profit will be.

Well basically you are right
But dont forget that the people who uses his miner makes him rich without us he wouldnt earn 100 BTC in a month
And I dont think that a big farmer would pay him so much for a miner correct me if im wrong
but im still happy that we can use his software with a small fee at least we can earn a bit more then other softwares.

I had a problem like this
the GPU was selecting monitor number 2 but i didnt even had a monitor 2
How i fixed this problem was removing all my extra cards or just activating onboard gpu
installing teamviewer reinstalling all gpu's booting windows up log in with team viewer and change the resulation of my screen
this fixed my problem

nerdralph over in the silent army thread thinks it may be possible to get about 300 sols from the 470.
this is what they actually said: -
"The algorithm, i.e. 8 rounds of bin sorts to find collisions on 20 bits followed by a final 40-bit collision search, has not been optimized. I've already explained the optimizations that could be done in OpenCL which would take ~5 million core clocks per round. That would push the performance up to ~200 on a Rx 470 clocked at 1250/1750. With GCN assembler I believe I can get that down to ~3 million core clocks per round, with performance of over 300 sols/s on a Rx 470."
They are looking at implementing this in a closed source miner with a 1-2% fee.
Can you imagine getting those speeds from a 470? wonder if a 480 would get even better h/s?
that would be like 2x the speed what we now get!

Currently I check different cards, it takes a lot of time, it seems in next version there will be "-a" option to select best algorithm implementation for your cards. About speed: for example, 4xx cards will get about 15% speedup. 390 cards will get less.
PS. Please don't PM me about getting pre-release version - I don't have any private versions/builds.
Well u no we are all waiting and constantly checking in for this update since you told us it would be released in 2 to 3 days, that time frame is now up and would it be to much trouble for you to give us an indication of when u plan to release v9 I never said about 2-3 days timeframe for v9. Just take your time. A masterpiece needs time Btw wouldn't it be great if you can host a AMA? I think there are more people who wants to know more about you because yeah you helped us much with your mining software
