what will bind you to the words you say? if you got the funds what will make you do the things you said without the need for contributors to complain? there are tons of projects already doing ICO in this bear market and most of them had postponed their ICO making the contributors wait for bulls to come. all these turned out to be scam in disguise. Well, I personally have invested 50k USD into development and another 36k EUR into operations. Other partners are doing the same because we believe in this project and see our future in crypto industry. I am here from 2013! Long time I was thinking to get involved and help innovate. Not 5 years, the idea came to me in 2013 when I got involved in crypto. We were waiting right time for launch and started dev 2 years ago while growing company staff from zero. There also is no softcap! We are self funding this project, though our targets can help us boost the business. As I wrote before to other poster, please read Whitepaper or at least one pager to understand what we really want to deliver. Remember - Cma marketplace is the first product which is developed already and launched. Okay, this is confusing. No softcap but what are those "Entry $10M; Intermediate $30M; Target $40M+" in this ANN thread for? It's needed for contributors to understand what we are going to do based on our roadmap if we reach specific target. In case we do not reach 1st target, we will follow the roadmap, but it will be much slower than we want. That why we are doing ICO to get funds for futher development and expansion. Currently we have only 1 product which is brand new and will be used to create revenue which also will can sustain our business. Why contributors should care?1. There is high demand for the market we are entering in with our advertising and marketing marketplace. So high liquidity when we get into biggest exchanges. 2. We have token lock-up option for our sellers (publishers) to get 50% Fee discount. So each publisher can lock-up to 5 million tokens to get biggest fee discount. 3. It works as the shop, you just choose what you need and order it. (Just like on amazon.com) 3. After you ordered something, you can chat with Publisher (Seller) We as marketplace are involved only in resolving issues and provide escrow, but otherwise buyers and sellers work directly with each other. Does there will be ICO or IEO ( Initial exchange offering ) ? In my opinion ICO's are quite dead now , IEO would be better to do .

There is no soft cap, but only targets which can allow us boost whole business. Also we believe ICO's are not dead by watching market, it's just in the bottom right now. So it's perfect time to invest in any real crypto project with product. Left are real people who want to build for crypto industry products, not get fast cash and run away. IEO is beneficial for exchanges to make millions from fundraising projects, though it's working only because they have database of users. So it's business as usual and many good startups can't get into IEO. This is not how innovation is created by allowing only biggest pockets get into it. Also it's doesn't really protect anybody from scam because with money You can hire team, make whitepaper and rise money, then close business. From other side ICO's can get same thing with broad marketing and working products while building real user base. I hope You will try look on both fundraising models from other perspective. Note, in 2020 there will be rise of ICO's again, this is the model which has real perspective for innovation to go out from founders "garage". Just so You understand, making IEO takes at least 25 BTC (100k usd) , with ZERO guarantee of success. Such money can be used on product development with real use case. |

We have escrow, basically if somebody will try to scam each other on our marketplace, they will get banned - their project will not be allowed. Though it's unrealistic to check each company - doesn't matter if it's ico or classic crypto company as coinbase.com without ico before allowing buying something on the market. Our mission is to help crypto market grow from inside because help from outside is coming very slowly or not at all. We see that crypto market will have bigger growth in 2020 than it was in 2017. So before investing in anything we suggest do your own research - at least check fundamentals. As investor myself, I can say, you have to understand business ideas to understand if it's going to work and be entrepenuer yourself. What's the use case of the token and how will you ensure that investors will not lose money when it hits exchanges? We all know most of ICOS nowadays are useless, most that i know when listed on exchanges are -80% on ICO price, how will you ensure liquidity?

IMO, an ICO is an incredibly difficult task. You’re trying to create a revolutionary product that uses the limited capacity of the newest blockchains while fighting against new regulations, legal warnings and tons of sckeptical investors that have been robed. Do you have a team of very specialized developers that know how to code for these new blockchains and are capable of delivering a product never seen before? Hopefully, you'll find the right way of doing an ICO and gain the credibility of the investors.
Who said that it will be easy ? Also I dont believe that anyone should fight regulation. Regulation is needed and we need to work with regualtors to ensure that ICO process is a win-win situation for investors and team. Fast , transparent ,innovative new age investment instrument. Exactly! This is paradigm shift and only small part of the world is participating right now. Imagine when we will have 1 billion people participating in crypto industry. Many of the things OP said are easier said then done, for example, 'we will list to top exchanges in the world' — every ICO want to do that, but that needs tons of funds.
