I spent the 4th doing a really nice cookout, followed by some serious mortar fireworks that I picked up in Tennessee. That's the one state in the union that seems to allow *ANYTHING* and damn those shells were pretty much professional grade. They go up about 200 feet with a 100 foot blast radius so it's <500 feet and safe to launch without FAA notifications. Meantime, while we wait *endlessly* for Bitcoin to do something here's a picture of a Lambo towing a Lambo.  The fireworks sound awesome, ours were feeble in comparison to those you describe but still fun. Many years ago used to make some big earth tremor bangs with Ammonium Nitrate and diesel fuel, but it frightens small children and babies at family BBQs. The court case was about Bitcoin Whitepapper not about the open source license software.
The judgement prevents Cobra from distributing the whitepaper, directly or indirectly. The whitepaper is in the blockchain, so the software can be used to download the whitepaper. Thus Cobra has to block the source code too. Exactly, plus the cost of contesting the CSW nonsense against CSW millionaire / billionaire backers would ruin most individuals. The people in UK who would be most likely to visit bitcoin.org will be using a VPN anyway so it will make zero difference. CSW pulled the stunt in the London court because this type of litigation is more likely to be successful there, even when defended and this furthers credibility of his claim to be Satoshi. The next lawsuit brought in a different jurisdiction will be able to cite that the London court recognized him as Satoshi. Many experts in the past predicted the end of world in Dec 2012 on lot of research and ancient readings but I think we have been gone through it for more than 9 years now and not living on Mars. Counties making Bitcoin legal tender and companies accepting btc might have given you hint that this is what will make altcoin grow in market vanishing the most popular and useful crypto bitcoin.So you must put all your funds in that shitcoins you beleive have a firm future and just relax watch the bitcoin holders getting dump after 10 years (they will be laughing at your post then) and enjoy your shitcoin promotion. It's mostly because big companies and governments will kinda have the major supplies and make a 3rd party app or account trough the bank so that the plebs can spend their money. And very few will have them stored at home, but very few will actually touch them.
