201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should buy altcoin now? on: August 11, 2018, 08:39:17 PM

Looking at the market at the moment, there has been an increase in altcoin from a low of $ 5900 at the end of June 2018 to $ 8200 today. However, the value of the altcoin did not increase, some of it decreased. Percentage of market capitalization of the current bitcoin compared to the overall market is over 47%. Is this the right time to buy altcoin to make a profit?

You should be buying any altcoins that you want to buy now. Go look  at the market, it is a bloodbath, coins are losing value rapidly, so many of them are so cheap to the point that no one thought they could get to. So if you want to buy, now is the time for you to get your hands on as much altcoins as possible. Also be careful with the coins that you buy.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Doing 2 or more ICO facebook campaign? on: August 11, 2018, 08:27:19 PM
You should just make sure that you are clear on the rules of both bounty campaigns so that you do not end up conflicting both of the bounties and losing your rewards in the first place. Some campaigns will not allow you to register your facebook if it is already registered to another campaign so there is always that to look out for.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrencies are going down on: August 10, 2018, 11:28:46 AM
All cryptos are going down rapidly. What is the reason. Where is the bottom?
Looks like we will have new opportunity to invest with low prices.

This is the time to invest. There are a lot of reasons why the prices are down now as much as they are and it could be due to fuds, we have had quite a bit of those over the past months, then there is the fact that so many people are getting scared and panic selling their coins which is not helping the market as they are just dumping coins on the market.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold, a scam or what? on: August 10, 2018, 11:21:59 AM
I think that all of the hard forks off of bitcoin are scam coins. They really have nothing to offer and all that they are doing is riding on the back success that bitcoin has made over the years. When investing in hard fork coins you should be very careful how you go about it, in a couple of years a lot of them will end up dying out.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin for future on: August 09, 2018, 11:36:17 AM
You should be looking at investing in coins like eth and ripple. These are the kinds of coins that get the most adoption in the market, with people wanting to integrate them into their systems. Ripple is no doubt that fastest cryptocurrency in the market so you can see why institutions like banks would want to make that a part of their systems.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If the society rejected to use crypto currencies? on: August 09, 2018, 11:26:02 AM
This thing came up to my mind suddenly. As I know a currency is a transaction medium that majority of the people agree to use to exchange their items with them. If it is the case, if majority refused to use crypto currencies, what will be the consequences may occur ? And how it will affect to the ICOs ? Any Ideas?

As at now, the majority has not accepted the use of cryptos so if you ask me i would have to say that things would remain as they are now, with the prices moving slowly and bear and bulls come at interval. There will be not much change from what is happening now and it will just be those of us that are interested in it now that would still be using the coins.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This project promises up to 40% ROI per month on: August 08, 2018, 11:39:50 AM
With this ongoing bear market I have been looking for different opportunities to ensure $ gains. And it seems like one of the ICO's I've invested in has been doing VERY well. It's a very advanced lead generation system on which you can start campaigns and receive 80-90% of the payouts ON A DAILY BASIS. They receive 10-20% of the profits themselves, so take your Bitconnect scam scheme claims elsewhere Smiley.

The project is MonetizeCoin and they have launched their campaigns a week ago. Daily Return on Investment percentages swing between 2-3%, are paid in USD and are directly transferable. I've started my first campaign for $1000 in MNZ coins 4 days ago and currently made 100$.

Besides that, you now have a chance to receive 10K worth of BTC or ETH if you start a campaign before next week ends as a promotion for their platform, and their token price has been steadily rising due to company buybacks.

This isn't investment advice, just an opportunity to look into while the market is bloody, find out more: https://monetizecoin.com/

EDIT:

The main mistake people make when commenting on this project is the fact that it's a "lending scheme". Which it is definetly not. They have chosen to use the word "lending" on their project explanation, but in fact you are investing in a highly advanced affiliate program network. Now I could not care less about what people think of this project, but I do want people to know what it's really about.

You invest a x number in $ in the affiliate program. Their program runs advertisements (paid by the pool of investments made from people that decided to invest in their campaigns feature), on which people click, buy a product and MNZ get's a commission, as they provided this "lead" to a company's website on which they made the purchase. So for example let's say someone sees Monetize's advertisement for Nike Shoes when browsing the internet, they click on it and decide to buy a pair of sneakers worth $100. Nike pays Monetizecoin a commission of let's say 10%, so in this case 10$. This 10$ is then shared with the investors in the campaign feature of monetizecoin (80-90%), and Monetizecoin (10-20%).

Monetizecoin doesn't have a lot of additional costs, the algorithm works and has proven itself over years now (MNZ was already earning millions before they decided to do an ICO), so they do not pay people out of their own pockets. The entire "scheme" claim isn't right. When Monetize attracts more investors, their total campaign funding pool increases as well as their revenue, but investors profit share will remain steady (up to 40% per month).

So far the daily returns have been between 0.8% & 3.30%, which is amazing but also shows they don't overpromise like the Lending schemes do/did before they blew up.

Once again, I don't care what you think, I just want to share this information with people that are interested in these kind of platforms and want to take the risk, ofcourse it remains a risk, just like everything else in crypto.

Token price was 2.50$ 4 days ago, 3.50$ now and they have yet to launch on external exchanges, launch their marketing campaigns and launch a dozen of extra features. Team has been delivering everything COMPLETE and right on schedule. Which is pretty satisfying to see, as 90% of projects fail to do so.

Find out more about Monetizecoin: https://monetizecoin.com/

My current campaign:

I don't know about you all but this sounds a lot like a scam to me. The way I have managed to avoid scams in this market so far is the same way that I am looking at this project right now. If it looks or sounds too good to be true, then it is too good to be true. There is no way that they can guarantee that you will get 40 percent return on investment every month, it is just not viable in this market.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do the bitcoin dump is affecting the price of altcoins on: August 08, 2018, 11:29:46 AM
The more the price of bitcoin dumps then the more the price of the altcoins will dump. The prices of the altcoins do not move on their own as it is dependent on the price of bitcoin. If we want the prices of the altcoins to start doing better then we need to increase our support for bitcoin. It is a known fact that the entire market moves with bitcoin.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Way forward from the bearish market on: August 07, 2018, 08:08:24 PM
I have been thinking, despite the  adoption, partnerships etc yet market keep going down

It is unfortunate the crypto market turned in to a dumping ground instead of a value generator atimes due to lack of knowledge by investors.

Too many scam/yahoo/fake ico’s came on the heels of eth success. So people started ico hopping gradually lowering expectations post ico from 100x to 10x to 1x now.

Right now it opens at ico price and goes down. A few exceptions are always there.

Companies also got greedy and started raking in 40 million USD for a shit idea they got and no MVP.

Imagine the eth ico was 16 million only. Do you see the difference in the quality of people/companies collecting funds? It is learning curve for all.

The money supply did not expand. The companies that build their business in this downturn may see higher prices. Others will go away if they bought lambos and enjoyed big team dinners at the company expense as there is no easy way to do a secondary ico in these markets. They can only dump tokens and eventually dump the company.

This is the same reason why I always say that regulations will be good for the market. If there are strict laws in place for people to follow when it comes to the creation of icos then we would not have as many scam coins as we have now because a lot of people would not be able to create their own coins. They are the ones that are taking out so much money from the market.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I sell my Bitcoin Cash? on: August 07, 2018, 07:59:39 PM
You should not be selling any of your coins at this time. I know that bitcoin cash is a hard forked coin and there are a lot of people who believe that the coin will never do well but so far the coin has managed to prove everyone wrong and is holding on quite strongly in the market. Just hold the coin until the next bull when the prices are much better, then you can sell.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacked wallet on: August 07, 2018, 07:45:46 PM
Nowadays people complain about their account being hacked
We need experts here to give us some tips on how a wallet can be secured from being hacked
Your submissions will be welcome
Cheers!

The best way for you to secure your wallet is for you to make sure that all of your information are kept offline in a place where no one else can get to them. Also if you are using wallets where they provide two factor authentication then you should use that. Do not use computers that you share with other people to access your wallets.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to invest long term aside from Bitcoin? on: August 06, 2018, 12:08:21 PM
You should put the money you have into ethereum then, there is no better altcoin out there for you to have your money in than with ethereum. It has the most amount of investors behind bitcoin which means that there is a strong community behind it to always make sure that the coin survives the market. Also the blockchain is being adopted by a lot of top players so you are putting money in the right coin that is sustainable
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum a threat to bitcoin on: August 06, 2018, 11:49:46 AM
Ethereum is not a threat to bitcoin, you might want to look at the charts and the way the prices of the coins have being moving recently, bitcoin was on a recovery but ethereum did not follow the same trend, instead it lagged behind. Not saying ethereum is not a good coin but with the way that the coin is moving now there is no way that it can be a threat to bitcoin.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance is back on: August 04, 2018, 11:34:18 AM
Now we can access the binance website and they made a tweet about the come back.

Edit: The site still facing problems isn't able to login yet.

Edit2: Logged in, glad to see my balances intact.

There really was not any doubt that binance would bounce back alright, they just shut down the site to make sure that everyone's account was safe, I always knew that they would be back up soonest. It is good to see that there is an exchange out there that is well equipped to deal with whatever attacks the hackers might thrw against them.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: myetherwallet not send tokens on: August 04, 2018, 11:23:39 AM
Try changing the server that you are using on the website, as that could be the problem. Also you might want to check if you have enough ethereum on your wallet for the gas prices as tokens tend to take a bit more gas then ethereum does. Once both of these things are set, I am certain that you will no longer have the problem of not being able to send.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the good Altcoins to HOLD Long term? on: August 03, 2018, 09:52:29 AM
The good ones would be the ones that have the most investors and the best products so in that vein you would be looking at coins like ethereum, monero and neo. These altcoins are the ones that have carved a niche out for themselves in the market, there are a lot of people that are supporting the coin which would make sure that it does well in the long run.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lost etherwallet private key? on: August 03, 2018, 09:44:31 AM
I have lost my etherium wallet private key.Could any one know how to recover my private key.

There is no way for you to recover the private key for your wallet if you do not know where you put it, that is why you should always keep it in a place where you know it will not be a problem for you to get it back. If you have coins in the wallet then they might be lost forever. There is another way to access your wallet, use your password along with the keystore file you download when you open the wallet, you can get access that way.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Current ICO's rating systems. What do you think? on: August 02, 2018, 09:43:21 AM
What do you guys think of the current ICO's rating system? Are you satisfied/happy? Do you think it reflects the real projects value? Does it help you to find right ICO's to invest to? What do you think about experts (even very well known ones) who provide corrupted ratings?
There are way too many questions. Let's discuss)

I do not look at any ICO rating except the one that I make from doing my own research. One thing that I have come to realize is that these ICO rating websites can simply be paid to give good ratings to certain ICOs even if they are not that good. Money speaks. That is why it is best for everyone to learn to research into the ICOs they want to invest in by themselves.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoins To Invest. on: August 02, 2018, 09:30:13 AM
The best for me would be monero and ethereum. Monero for the fact that privacy coins are doing very well now, In the long run, the more people look for better ways to hide their transactions, the more they will get into privacy coins like monero which will drive the prices up. Then for ethereum it is simply because eth is the best altcoin in the market.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins are dying on: August 01, 2018, 10:16:20 AM
They are not dying, the entire market is just in a bear which is not surprising. There is no way that all of the altcoins are dying, the only ones that are dying out now are the ones that are not good projects in the first place and as time goes by more of these scam altcoins will die out but the ones with good projects like eth and nep would remain in the market.
