2001  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] Spells of Genesis - Innovating Trading Card Games with the Blockchain on: April 24, 2015, 12:43:42 AM
Guys I just realized you have updated the OP on this thread. OMG it looks AWESOME!  Cool

Here it is if anyone would like to see it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=815206.0

BTW I like what you guys are doing, I'm not a gaming expert but I think the originality of adding blockchain tech and a cryptocurrency to your games is cool.
I have registered on your website and already have some coins for free! How will I claim these coins? And can I add to them by doing anything on the site itself?
Do I have to submit a review after testing the demos?

Is there any way to get more coins before the crowdsale? If yes how?

I found a Treasure Chest Hunt but not very good a these things...

Too many questions, I know.  Tongue

2002  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] Clef is secure two-factor authentication with no passwords or tokens on: April 23, 2015, 11:41:30 PM
You guys have been busy. I'll be testing the GIFs reactions, I saw some of the ones already made on Twitter: they are hilarious!
I fancy myself a Clef t-shirt, of course if you favorite me!  Grin

And the ziftrPAY integration is also good news. Well done to the Clef Team.
I wish it could be implemented on more exchanges but I think I mentioned that before...

Keep us posted.

2003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: boycott bitcoin2.0 scamcoin they are crashing the market on: April 20, 2015, 01:52:10 PM
How about let's boycott bagholders, all you care about is the price of BTC.
I think if you support BTC you shouldn't worry about the price but support it and use it.

The price is not getting crushed by the projects you mentioned but by the fact that BTC is being used more and more widely and the transaction amounts are getting smaller.
Sometimes I'm surprised to what length bagholders would go just to protect their investments.

If you bought into BTC at a high price is no ones fault. Can only blame yourself.

And the fact that the price of BTC goes up and down is nothing new, it was pumped to over $1200 by MtGox, now the party is over.
If you support BTC for what it is then stop crying and blaming someone else for it.

Use it, promote it, create something with it or on top of it. But don't raise FUD about projects that are actually trying to do something useful which in turn will reflect well on Bitcoin too.
2004  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] Clef is secure two-factor authentication with no passwords or tokens on: April 14, 2015, 01:36:41 PM

Bitcoin news site, Bitcoins in New York City now supports Clef login!
Check it out: http://bitcoinsin.nyc/

Nice to see Clef getting integrated in more and more Crypto related sites and tools. Way to go!  Grin

Any news from Kimoto San?
2006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Androids Tokens v2.0 [Proof of Stake] on: April 06, 2015, 12:10:44 PM
Are we there yet? New wallets?
2007  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] Clef is secure two-factor authentication with no passwords or tokens on: March 13, 2015, 03:48:33 PM
After I saw this thread I downloaded the Clef app and checked it out. First of all I didn't know about Clef before seeing it here.
So I gave it a go and maaan what a nicer way to login to websites! I've been using Google Authenticator for many services and it is fiddly.

I wish all crypto exchanges would switch to Clef, way easier!

Hope you guys succeed in getting on more exchanges! Do you have a list of available ones so far?

Saw the note in the OP post, work is in progress... Keep us posted!

Glad this thread is still active and there is even a way to pay your bills in the Netherlands with Megacoin!

I agree that Dr. Kimoto should show up sooner rather than later. I miss his riddles. Wink
2009  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SKY] Skycoin Launch Announcement on: March 13, 2015, 03:36:34 PM
In my opinion a project of this magnitude should:

1) Have non anonymous founding members. What is it with the anonymity? All of the best projects out there (Bitcoin 2.0) have all public faces behind them.
It makes a lot of difference IMHO.

2) Use a service like Koinify, Omni, Swarm, or Lighthouse to crowdfund the project. It will go way better than it is going now.

I like this project, don't get me wrong, and I support it. Just that there are better ways to go about it.
2010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [OFFICIAL THREAD] FACTOM - Offchain transactions + Factom Blocks on: March 13, 2015, 03:28:09 PM
How do I invest??
I'm throwing my money at the screen nothing is happening. Help!
Take my money please!!! I want to invest tell me how.
I cannot wait to put ALL of my money into this.

They are partnering with Koinify for their Token Sale. If you read a few posts above it shouldn't be much longer.
Also looking forward to this! Factom to the moon!
2011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] Synereo: A fully decentralized social network owned by you on: March 13, 2015, 03:24:43 PM
I've been following Synereo for a while now. I have looked at their Hangouts and found a lot of interesting points.
The team behind it is what impresses me the most. The idea of a decentralized, private, "attention rewarding" Social Network is just so good to pass unnoticed.

Can't wait to hear more news and find out when the crowdsale launches!

Also looking forward to the launch, I'm sure more work needs to be done, but I'll definitely support the project with a few BTC.

Just want to say well done. Will test the latest Mac Client as I've been using the Vault instead.

Keep up the good work! Will try to check my messages more often!

@nele what a touching story, thanks for sharing your experience. I feel for you. But I'm also glad that you got back on track and support DNotes.
Can't go wrong with these guys, the community is great, the coin is stable and no pumps & dumps.

DNotes to da moon!  Smiley
