2001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: i win every day some btc, it's easy on: May 10, 2016, 02:59:53 AM
Can you share your history and methods how you do it.. maybe it will worki also to mine if you pm me the secret.. i can use my head to bet.
There is no working method actually because he is just promoting his site in a cheap way, you better follow your own strategy cause there is not secret to win in gambling, it is designed for us to lose.
Not necessarily. Normal ways of betting are usually random and unsafe but if you are aware of some strategies you can try like - matched betting.
You can't theoretically lose money with it, the problem is complexity and multi factor of this strategy.
If someone tells you that with simple betting there are some strategies possible - like Op, it is most likely not true at all.
2002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: May 10, 2016, 02:19:08 AM
anything can happens on gambling, better dont chasing your goal, and stop when u have enough profit
That is why I never go all in. I experienced many times a feeling when I was confident that *this* time will be my lucky bet.
I felt it in my bones, and then BAM! I lost it! That is the reason I try to be more conservative now - better safe than sorry.
2003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: May 10, 2016, 02:06:24 AM
Actually There might be some safe method of Gambling guys. I read some post about strategy called Matched Betting. And in theory you can lose with it.
All I know it is not exactly user friendly tactic and it requires some preparation and is time consuming, but it is fool proof method of earning money.
Legit info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matched_betting
I tried to research on that and I even try it once, but I was not able to do it well because it really needs a lot of time. This will only be applicable to those who really focus in gambling. I have a day job so I cannot make it.
Yeah, this is certainly not something you could do with little spare time. It is not like dice quick session or round or two in poker room.
But unlike any other so gaclled gambling method or strategy - if you can grasp it an dedicate your time it will profit, always.

2005  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Now Accepting Ether ! on: May 10, 2016, 01:49:08 AM
Bet Status : Rejected
Message : Bet was rejected because the transaction fee is too low. A refund will be issued after 1 confirmation.

What is the minimum transaction fee you accept? Where is it written in the site? Why is it a concern as long as the transaction is confirmed? Please explain.
After reading your comment I went to their site I started to look for any information about that too.
And surprisingly I couldn't find anything about minimum and maximum bet threshold.
Information in FAQ https://www.directbet.eu/FAQ.cshtml not really covers details of placing a bet in bitcoin.
2006  Economy / Services / Re: amazon$(account) on: May 09, 2016, 04:16:08 PM
What is the advantage of buying an Amazon account?
I guess there is none pros if you want to use Amazon and not trying to scam people or something like that.
But Op is supposedly offering account with existing balance on it, if that is recoverable, transferable etc., it might be interesting.

2007  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bovada Poker now accepting bitcoin! on: May 09, 2016, 04:08:30 PM
Seeing how Bitcoin gambling is blooming crazy fast I guess we now might see others top poker sites (Pokerstars, 888poker) accepting bitcoin really soon.
They don't want to miss an opportunity of all bitcoin gamblers out there. Good times ahead.
2008  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is PrimeDice fair? on: May 09, 2016, 03:51:26 PM
I only rolled with faucets it gave but I'm not sure if I should Deposit my own BTCitcoins.
If PrimeDice will scam you then it will mean that whole Bitcoin gambling is not worth our time and it is basically ticking bomb waiting to scam you.
You have to understand that for big, reputable casino with long history it is far more profitable to exist than trying to scam people.
2009  Economy / Gambling / Re: Someone to run casino on: May 09, 2016, 04:16:09 AM
MoneyPot is good service which allows small gambling sites to exist. But you as web developer need a little more more money beside funds to cover your bankroll.
Domain and Hosting is a must, It is nice to have some  Promotions and Advertisement if you want to be recognized...
2010  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Poker - Instant Play on: May 09, 2016, 04:11:49 AM
How stats on the site works exactly? Because I visited it and saw something like this:

Players online: 24        Active Players: 7            Active Tables: 291

How this stats sums up? 291 Active tables with only 7 active players? How?
2011  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the Videogames Industry on: May 09, 2016, 03:33:47 AM
Actually the only valid position on your list I would consider to had great impact on price and boosted BTC credibility is Stream acceptance.
Kinguin and similar service - G2A are great, but they are not that widely known nor used as Steam. And this Gamecredits company looks like gone into a dead end by creating their own altcoin...
2012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Block Reward Halving on: May 09, 2016, 02:48:23 AM
...

I just read an interesting piece at Zero Hedge er an upcoming "Short Squeeze" on Bitcoin:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-05-08/mother-all-short-squeezes-looms-bitcoin

Krieger asserts that miners & exchanges have sold BTC short, and that the Halving is going to force them to buy (and soon) to cover their bets, according to him it would be better to cover NOW than later on when there are fewer BTC coming out of each block...
So that means, than soon we will see HUGE price increase, right? But I personally  don't think that most miners sell all mined coins right away.
I suspect that there are plenty of smart miners who wait for the halving and will be able to capitalize on that event.
2013  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: May 09, 2016, 02:15:59 AM
Wooh I won 0.03 BTC playing for 4 hours, im lucky for today, thanks Primedice. Cheesy

Congrats. you are very lucky dude, you playing for 4 hours and win 0.03 btc it is too much
I will try too, hoped to win.
But he never said how high was his initial bankroll... Maybe he started at 0.02 or something and then won additional 0.01 later?
Actually for me it would be a great victory if I started the session with less than 0.005.

Anyway, anyone can confirm that PD is back with full speed and lags are gone, and bot betting feels smooth?
2014  Other / Archival / Re: Looking for An Investor - Unique Project - Never Seen Before on: May 09, 2016, 01:29:29 AM
Would you kindly add some more information to the Op? I understand it is a gambling project, but:

1. It is a casino with many games, or one unique and new game?
2. It is based on some old concept but tweaked by you or you created new game from scratch?
3. What exactly you need funds for? Not for development obviously, since you said that the site is done.
4. How much money do you need?
2015  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the world Economy Collapse this year? on: May 08, 2016, 02:54:10 PM
No the economy will not collapse for sure, I even think the bitcoin is gonna rise and the economy will also rise this year.
I think we can see some light bulbs at the end of the tunnel with the economical crisis.

Yep,

$17 trillion debt and climbing.
More QE on the way.
Zero interest rates.
Negative interest rates now becoming a reality in some countries.
Venezuela just defaulted.
Greece just been refused latest bail out.
EU about to fall apart (brexit hopefully)

But everything is fine lol.

Truth is the world economy is broken and there is no fixing it without a reset of world debt.

You forget to add Ukrainian + Russia crisis which had major economic repercussion because of sanctions of EU and US imposed on Russia.
Also migration crisis in EU which is splitting societies.
2016  Other / Meta / Re: Activity on: May 08, 2016, 02:46:37 PM
There is no time, when I check meta, i don't find this question asked over and over.
Maybe we need to make an easy to understand tutorial?
No need for that. Current tutorial/explanation is sufficient. Some people will ask about everything, and tutorial isn't gonna help them understand.
Time interval limit on activity is imposed that people won't spam their way up to hero member in a week.

Also if you see someone with high activity number - you are sure that this individual spent on bitcointalk significant number of days - reflected by his activity.
2017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: May 08, 2016, 02:30:31 PM
that is a little problem about geting addicted to gambling but the solution is all in his mind but the problem is how he can get the gambling out of his mind and try to gamble with a strategie or stop gambling. he need to change the way he think to make that happend
Some people has addictive personality, they are susceptible to incentives much more that general population. And you have to add into the picture personal situation of every gambler.
It is not easy as saying: "he needs to change the way he thinks to stop being addicted" - that is the problem. I can't be done in easy way.
2018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: May 08, 2016, 02:20:20 PM
Yes, I would still gamble if I were rich, but doing so we should never forget stories like this one:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/active/mens-health/10976770/Online-gambling-how-I-lost-my-wife-children-and-750000.html

So gamble carefully folks, and good luck! )
It is not story about gambling, it is story about man will being weak and addiction. Everything that is good for you and make you smile and happy inside can be addictive in the end.
Of course it is easy to target gambling, and claim it is root of all evil - because with excessive gambling you most likely lost all your money.
2019  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | WORLDWIDE live dealer casino on: May 08, 2016, 02:14:16 PM
Cloudbet, nice to see you're back here....but why are you ignoring my post now? It's only a few posts above this one so please have a look, read it and reply on it.

Hi Gee,

Our pre-live limits are extremely high. As for in-play, we are about to launch something special, with extremely high limits -- the highest around. Stay tuned!

Cheers,
Cloudbet

What you mean your pre-live limits are extremely high??

Registered about a week ago, actually my first ever bitcoin bookie that i use. I bet mostly soccer games with flat stakes 0.5BTC

Today you limited me to 0.20BTC max bet. Why?? I didn't even won lol.

I don't care that you limited me, but please do not say that your limits are extremely high pre or live. Limits are extremely high if someone is a looser. If he is at least break even, limits will be cut to 0.20BTC max bet and propably after a week down to 0.01BTC
I would like to hear more about Cloudbet policy about this changing bet limits on the fly. Is their bet limit policy stated clearly in the FAQ or Terms of  Service Somewhere?
Or Bets are basically changed on the fly and every player could have different bet limits?
2020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: May 08, 2016, 12:10:06 AM
People who gamble to get rich are either:

1. Idiots, yes plain and simple morons who can't count.
2. Dreamers, who believe that luck will find them and make them rich despite the odds.

If you accept that truth - then there is no difference if you are rich of poor gambler. You gamble because gambling is an art, it is entertainment and it is fun.
