Hi Gee, Our pre-live limits are extremely high. As for in-play, we are about to launch something special, with extremely high limits -- the highest around. Stay tuned! Cheers, Cloudbet Finally an answer! Any estimation on what the time frame is for this "something special"? Should I be thinking days, weeks or months here? Will it be before the Euro 2016 Soccer Championships at least? |

Has anyone had any recent problems in the sports book? I have been getting "time out" errors when placing a bet for the last 10 hours. Tried both the desktop site and mobile site. No replies from customer service so far.

I bet mostly soccer games with flat stakes 0.5BTC Today you limited me to 0.20BTC max bet. Why?? I didn't even won lol. I don't care that you limited me, but please do not say that your limits are extremely high pre or live. Limits are extremely high if someone is a looser. If he is at least break even, limits will be cut to 0.20BTC max bet and propably after a week down to 0.01BTC |

Well, i didn't had problems with payouts either, 2 small payout of 1BTC each were fast.
However they limited me which is a same as i bet a total of 18 bets only, flat stakes of 0.5btc each and a total of 0.51BTC profit. Had tried dozens of fiat books and i can say that noone limited faster than cloudbet.
Overall, you will not loose your money there but you will not win money there either. It 's up to you to decide if it worth joining or not, for me was a complete was of time.
Either cloudbet increase their limits or you should categorized them as a soft Russian fiat book like marathonbet, parimatch etc

I am fair mate. As said, payments were fast and instant. But it's a shame they limit players after 18 bets, most of them flat stakes with 0.50 BTC. Here is the printscreen of almost all bets i took with them. http://postimg.org/image/rtmlbtnep/Wouldn't have problem if they didn't claim that they have the biggest pre and live limits in the market. For me they are the same category as marathon, betvictor etc. If you loose, limits are fine. If you win, you are kicked (and i haven't won more than 0.51 BTC lol) The only reason i still visited this thread even though i am not planning to use any other bitcoin book in the future, is that i wait for cloudbet support to explain the reason of limitation, nothing more |

Come on Cloudbet!! I have a parlay pending for the last two days. Customer service stated they would look into it one day ago. Followed up with them three times today and still no response. Do these types of things occur frequently with Cloudbet? Customer service definitely is hit or miss (mostly miss though).
