It's not worth it because even a 120ms will work fine for mining, you should be good unless you have invalid shares or other, also I doubt there are others using this service it's unclear if it's scam or not.

As much as I like metamask wallet I just can't keep huge amount of money on that wallet compare to ledger hardware wallet, in fact I still prefer trust wallet over metamask, it's not an open source wallet and it's now more like a centralised wallet.
