Finally the price reached today at $300.
I am happy because there was a long time that i haven't seen this price.
Maybe more than 3 months. About the $350 during November i think that it can reach if the pump trend goes on.

yes i do have the same problem just like you the page says " the web server reported a bad gateway error " Check your email if you are registered in the website: Due to increasing traffic on our website (https://coinut.com), we are going to upgrade our system between 10PM Monday, October 27, 2015 GMT and 11PM Monday, October 27, 2015 GMT.
You may not be able to submit new orders during that period, but all your positions will be settled correctly.
Is the spreadsheet still in use? I see it's not been updated since the 26 Sep - 2 Oct Period.

I think that the price to be completely zero,
I imagine a scenario if satoshi comes back and buys all the bitcoins.
And if he buy all the coins he can manipulate the price and change the price as he wants, $0 too.
With the prices at $0, anyone can buy. What is the point if the creator bitcoin will come and buy. If he comes and buy all the coins means, we can see $1M price for one bitcoin as Satoshi is well known for long hoarding of big amount of bitcoin for more than 5 years. I don't know that you have the option to buy anything at 'zero' In the poloniex exchange you should make an order at least of 0.0001 Also there is 0.2% fee, how would you cover that when you want to buy at 0$ ? Pretty confused. |

Well i just found this movie in torrent, I saw before the trailer but didn't know that it is available for download. Going to write here a review about the movie, but it seems very promising  I think (if we are talking about the same film) that it was some controversy with this movie because you had to pay for it and couldn't watch it for free. Some people thought that it was a bad idea to do this, and they would have benefited more by putting it on Youtube and making money off ad revenue. Well i hate going to cinema because it takes too long to reach it, watch and get back. But there are some websites which stream it online, with few clicks on google you can found it. About the movie, what i saw from youtube trailer it gets some opinions from famous and expert people. It seems to be 60minutes this movie. |

Even if the price doubles(which for sure maybe will not happen)
There is no such a good profit just for 1BTC if you think for long-term.
At least 100BTC will make a good change(profit) in the next few years.
There ain't too many folks with $25,000 or so to park on an extreme bet for the future. Overall though you're right. One coin is unlikely to be life changing before you're back in nappies. Well the higher the amount needed the higher the risk. And there are less people with this kind of cash money to invest in. But in generally 1 BTC is just too little to except a good profit. May be 1 BTC is a very little but if you ready to wait for more time like till your retirement then bitcoin would be best investment. If you are patient to wait until you retire then i would think you are the most patient person in the world. Simply it takes too much time and at the moment you should forget that you invested in bitcoin. The profit could be good if the bitcoin price will be increased by 1000% at least. |

The green is continuing and it is not stopping The price is going to reach probably $300 by today. It has been a huge change the last 15 hours for a bout $9.5 It reached $300 today. It is too fast. Hope it will not break $310. We need some consolidation for the future price rise. Well i wonder where have you seen the $300. I regularly check the bitcoin price in coindesk website And the maximum that it hit today is $298 in Bitstamp exchange. |

In the first priority i would place the bank.
It is very useful to trade with people that don't know what bitcoin is.
But with the bitcoin community the first priority is bitcoin, very cheap to receive or send money to others.
I think we can also talking with people that don't know bitcoins, about this successful cryptocurrency, it's a way to advertise and support Bitcoin as well. Offering making trades through bitcoin with them can be great idea too. And of course we can still using banks in the other hand Of course that there is a way to talk with people. But we can count lots of ignore and only few that will join. But the main advertisement should do big companies like coinbase, newegg recently etc.. The best way to make people get attracted towards bitcoin must be a free bounty. Making them introduced with faucet kind of this will make them start collecting free satoshis. This will later make them to learn on bitcoins slowly. Then they will become a bitcoiner very soon. This is how i joined into the bitcoin community world. By the giveaway, firstly into the freebitcoin faucet which was good. I understood at that time how to create an wallet what is address, also then promo code from other third parties. |

One of the reason is also that i hope the price will increase.
At least in the next upcoming months the price will become different than now.
Also at the halving period i will finger cross to see what will happen to the crypto world.

For me yes, it is a real money which you can live from it.
Bitcoin is becoming so much popular and it will 'replace' a bit the fiat money online.
Because the fees are less and easy to send/receive. I have few friends who lives by selling btc.
I can understand from your post that not only Bitcoin is a real money, but also bitcoin become the source making live many people worldwide. And it's normal noticing the increasing of btc's prices last weeks Well if it is more than money what would it be? I think the system itself is something innovative in the new industry. I would say only sell because if you need money.
For example for emergencies your bitcoin can be use very useful & helpful.
Personally i will try to hold as much as i can until i need to sell them.

The story is interesting, and glad that there are places like that,
who accepts bitcoin as a payment method, personally near me there is not any place like that.
And i only exchange bitcoin to fiat money when i urgently need them.

time to update the thread title OP, we are entering the $300 level  you can forget about the $260 - $270 rate for now since I have't seen $270 for the passed few days Currently quiet stable @ around $288-$295 mark. Yes it's too far now from the target in this thread title. Still kicking and I see price will rise to $300 mark at end of this month. Actually it already reached today in other exchanges but not stable so let's see if we can hold $300 mark after this month. It is only few dollars away from the next target of 300. I think with a little pump the price of 300 can be reached easily. What i am worried is about the altcoin which exchange rate has been decreased. |

I think that OP understood if it worth or not.
If somebody invested in bitcoins few weeks before when the price was much lower than now.
Then he probably will earn extra money now if he decided to sell, so i think holding is a good way to make money.

Bitcoin will always have a negative reputation because it is newer. Not many people like change and it is hard to adapt to. We will see what happens over time but I don't think Bitcoin will be accepted for another 5 years at least. Time fixes all.
Because it is new it does not mean that is is bad. Bitcoin is very innovative and soon will change the way how we deal through internet. I think it only needs time for people to understand what really is bitcoin and how it works. People in general are sceptical to new things or learning to use things differently. But if world moves toward higher freedoom over time, then no doubt decentralized public ledgers like Bitcoin will become standard for currency. I think most negativity about Bitcoin comes from people because they think Bitcoin is not backed by anything and created out of nothing by group of geeks. People want to believe in illusion their national currency is safe and perfect, remember - everybody is learned to use national currency as the only option, and as I told any change is difficult (you wont learn old dogs new tricks easily, if at all ). Well about the skepticism it is right that the people are sceptical to new things. But i think that bitcoin got negative reputation by the hackers that steal bitcoins. And/or do suspicions activity by dealing through bitcoin. |
