2021  Economy / Services / Re: I offer free acceleration service for screwed up BTC transactions on: May 07, 2023, 11:34:03 PM
There's demand for this right now because of network congestion but there are users who don't want to expose their transactions, might as well leave your Telegram handle or allow private communication to send the transaction.
Its better to also leave your addresses for tipping not only Bitcoin but other Coins/tokens

And also leave a disclaimer because if it's a free accelerator there's no guarantee of time of confirmation, people might blame you if they are not getting a good result.
2022  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is it scam or not.. Roobet transaction on: May 07, 2023, 10:16:10 PM
I made withdraw on roobet been hours

Transaction not confirmed on sochain

I don't know that network at all

Will transaction be received or not

Is it normal that I did not get notification pending deposit to my wallet

Hash 2576526f091b8a283554c463cc3e6ca77c069eef65854141ed0daecf294279c9

This is not yet the right time to open an accusation and since your question is all about transaction confirmation it should be on the Bitcoin network, checking the board you already open a thread about your transaction

Stuck transaction on sochain

It's unfair to Roobet if you have a thread like this, this is not a scam accusation, you have to lock this one and concentrate on your other thread about your transaction.
2023  Other / Meta / Re: Great addition for reports -- Age of a post on: May 07, 2023, 10:22:01 AM

I'd say 6 months is great. Is there any reason to report an old post when we have a ton of current spam reports still unhandled? Old posts will only be moderated if they fail to meet the criteria mentioned on the report page, an old topic without a single or few spam replies is likely to get moderated .
Any unreported spam that is 6 months old should be regarded as an escaped spam Grin

With this recent implementation, does it also mean that any plagiarism that isn't detected with the space of 6 months can go unpunished?

That may well be the case, the positive side is there will be no backlogs, I think the 6 months are calculated to ease the backlogs and concentrate on the new incoming spam posts, they did not just come a number of months there is a mathematical calculation behind these six months.

And besides it's very surprising to get a notification that your posts back 4 years ago were deleted you will even be surprised by your posts you can't even recall some of it, but getting notifications that you have posts deleted within the six months period you can recall your posts and you can improve your posts to avoid that kind of posts.

2024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: May 07, 2023, 04:23:50 AM
As expected Canelo wins convincingly but not by a knockout but by a unanimous decision Ryder proves to be a very tough customer, he came to fight not just to collect a paycheck, Canelo shows brilliancy but each time he has an opportunity to knock out Ryder, John Ryder shows excellent defense.
After this win, he has no option but to fight Benavidez or avenge his loss against Bivol he cannot have another kind of cherry-picked fight and ends up like this.

Canelo is still good in his defense and offense but it should be tested by tough fighters.
2025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BOXING: Buatsi vs Stepien (Saturday 6th May 2023) on: May 07, 2023, 02:59:04 AM
But as we all know that buatsi is a good puncher he can break the strategy of stepien this time. Anyways this fight I'll go for buatsi maybe he has chance to win .
Buatsi won via unanimous decision over Stepien something we were not expecting, Stepien has a hard time defending against Buatsi those hard punches are connecting, it was a totally different Stepien than we have seen, his punches do not have an effect on Buatsi and he's been defending all throughout the fights.
We expect something better, Buatsi proves to be the harder puncher of these two hard punchers I agree Batsi won by decision but there was a judge that scores the fight 100- 90 which is ridiculous Buatsi may have been dominated, but there's no way he could shut out Stepien because there were rounds that Stepien won it.
2026  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Start-Up Funding on: May 06, 2023, 10:21:15 PM

And if the problem is only money, and you are so sure of your thing, then take a loan for startups. I can't do that for regulation but if you can, you definitely should.

OP based on his writing has good intentions but we don't know who he is and what he is really capable of unless he shows us a link to his past projects or he shows us his true identity so people can find out if he deserves funding.

A lot of people here cannot be swayed by flowery words to get them funded without showing anything, we have seen and read so many inspiring and innovative words and ideas by so-called developers who are actually scammers.

The line is very thin for a scammer and a good developer when it comes to presenting their project base.

I support your idea to take a loan since this is a start-up project, build your portfolio until your portfolio speaks for you.
2027  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: WARNING!!! STRETCH TO EARN (Bounty): A Possible Scam on: May 06, 2023, 09:01:53 PM

Ok thank you for your efforts. You should please also observe their telegram channel. That said, their new list date 9th that is around the corner lets hope they list on Mexc for people sake.  Thank you.
Ps. If by any reason they extended again then is the same group of people that ran the rfn scam,

You are assuming that this project is doing the way the other scam project did, but you have not provided important details that will make them scam right away, it should be conclusive, @holydarkness even provides details that verify some of the important details about the project.

But it's good that you presented this for further investigation, we have proven that ICO-backed projects are potential scams maybe not in their launching stage but they might do it later, they have the money after the ICO if they cannot keep up developing the platform, and many projects just folded up after their ICO even if there is no anomaly on how they present their project.

I'm sure you will continue to follow their course of action since they are in the spotlight and you will provide more details along the way, but it's better to call them out here so they can defend themselves and address all this.

2028  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stuck on: May 06, 2023, 01:42:47 PM

trust me after a year of messaging this site owner its impossible to reach a deal with him and this is not some regular service mail.com but on thor network . The reason for i dont want to share the email provider publicly is i dont want anyone messaging spamming them and ruining the only chance  i have left to get the password and its letting  me try unlimited attempts to guess the password without captcha or  lock protection but  i havent had any luck.

If they keep ignoring it for a year, you should get the message that they are not going to help you, and you should stop communicating with them, check this article and try some of the methods here.

https://www.wikihow.com/Remember-a-Forgotten-Password

If you exhaust all means to recover your passwords it's time for you to move on and forget this whole thing maybe in the future it will just pop up in your mind when you least expected it.

Move on, and enjoy your life there's more to life than stressing yourself to recover your email password.
2029  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stuck on: May 06, 2023, 12:59:04 PM
i used the  same password on another site but the site owner is not responding and im afraid of if doing anything stupid he might change my password.

Please elaborate your situation.

What website are we talking about here? - check bolded bit.

Am I correct to assume you think you used the same password in your gmail account?

yes its another email service that is hosted on the thor network and the site admin is ignoring all my requests to recover the that password.
its the same password as i used for that gmail and the gmail was created over a VPN and only acessed over VPNs with diffrent ip ads.

im in the process of figuring out the phone number attached and try to purchase it if its in use but it seems almost impossible to find the correct number even though i know  its something stupid like the recovery mail customers@yahoo.com
.

You should name that email provider, stop holding back if you want help in recovering your email and I doubt if they will give you the password you've used, they usually sent out change password link to change your password so you can recover the account.

They will ignore your request because you have to first established that you own the email and do check their terms when sending out this kind of request because it might not be part of their terms, they think they might end up helping scammers or hackers.
2030  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaign post quota on: May 06, 2023, 11:29:52 AM
What do you think the right post quota per week?

If you're in a campaign you agreed to the campaign manager's rule on the number of posts that you need to reach the maximum you can post in a day that is counted so it's not about what I think it's about what the manager set up so he can maximize the visibility of the project he is managing

Quote
I read some campaign manager sentiment about this issue. Forcing their participants post above the minimum post requirements they set by themselves. If they want a higher post quota participants, They should increase the minimum post requirements or make the campaign rate per post without any consequences for posting low but quality post.
I don't see anything wrong with it, being in a campaign is a privilege and the manager picked you because of your posting habit which is posting not for quota but posting because you are posting normally as a forum member not as a paid worker, you should not be looking on numbers but quality.

Quote
I'm confused on the minimum post requirements rules. I saw many users being remove on the campaign by posting within the quota.
If I'm a bounty manager I love to see my participants go the extra mile not because they are forced but because they are committed and they have passion as contributors to this forum.

2031  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New Scam Alert With the Use of ChatGPT on: May 05, 2023, 10:55:58 PM
This is another hype or technology that scammers are exploiting, there's a lot of talk on the benefits of the usage of AI and ChatGPT (generative pre-trained transformed) this is openly promoted on the internet I've seen a lot of advertisements of these AI ChatGPT on social media ads like Facebook, I'm pretty sure many of these ads are from scammers.

They ask you to download their software where these scammers' malicious code are inserted and this can harm your computer's security.

The only way to avoid being a victim of these scams ChatGPT is to be well informed and check the right information on trusted sources because educated users cannot be harmed or become a victim of these fake ChatGPT, make it a habit to read, ask and verify and you'll be in the right path.

2033  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it time for Old Signature campaigns to redesign? on: May 05, 2023, 01:11:01 PM
Why fix it if it's not broken, it's all about leads if they are getting leads with their current design, I don't think they will redesign unless they will introduce something in their platform, and the signature is designed to be simple, and clear, and give all details about the casino features.

The design is not created for campaign participants it was created for brand awareness, the design should have nothing to do with the participants' motivation, they should always be motivated because of their passion to engage in conversations here.
2034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Have You Experienced Winning Bets By Upsets on: May 05, 2023, 12:28:53 PM
Upsets are rare and profitable and not everyone has the courage to take a risk and bet on the underdogs, but those who do are rewarded with huge profits.

So I'd like to ask

Have you bet on the underdogs and won?

How many times you did this?

And what made you bet on the underdogs is it because of insider tips or just an insight based on your analysis?

Your level of risk when betting for underdogs in the hope of winning by upsets?

2035  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dexsport.io ⚡ the first decentralized crypto sports betting platform on: May 04, 2023, 10:22:12 PM

Perhaps the OP seems use Bitcointalk for posting ANN thread and not dealing with all the community conversation. This casino focuses on social media platform for promotion and I’m surprised seeing them here now after the failed launch of the casino.
This is such a bad idea if you are one of the developers of this casino, you just made a grave mistake that will backfire on your reputation in the search engine, this is not a review site this is an interactive platform where whatever you post people will react and you have to interact, it's better for them not to post their announcement in a forum if they are not yet ready to interact and counteract.

Quote
Sadly, the casino representative probably not inform on what he is done here. He doesn’t even have a copper membership to properly post a nice ANN thread. Their team is already put in a lot of question due to the project direction since the launch. Let’s ping them on their telegram.
Based on the status and community feedback he is not going to get one, OP is questionable if he is really the representative or just paid to promote the platform here in Bitcointalk, there's a lot of cleaning to do if they decide to come back here.
2036  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The fear of losing bitcoin... on: May 04, 2023, 06:49:49 AM
I have seen and witness people involving in bitcoin, most people can not stay a moment without panicking. A colleague of mine who have Minuit bitcoin has buggy me with chats and calls to update if bitcoin will survive this years, why can't people know what you're engaging into first before diving into it and start acting like a child. Different set of people are into this bitcoin, even people don't have investment are making noise of bitcoin price collapsing.

Just tell them to dump their Bitcoin if it's causing them anxiety, why should they bother, these people are not ready to invest in Bitcoin, or somebody did not tell them to invest what they can afford to lose, people should be responsible on all their action when it comes to investing in Cryptocurrency I always tell people to just dump if they are having a hard time accepting that their portfolio is going down, so they will regret later.

Quote
But come to think of it many have bitcoin in B figures but you can't hear them making noise but people with $30 will not allow you to rest especially if you're responsible for introducing them. Bitcoin will rise when is due to rise, remove fear and plenty rumors.

They are not yet ready and they are investing for the first time, these people are not risk takers and they want easy money, if a guy comes to me whom I invited to invest, bothered me with his worry I will buy his Bitcoin with small interest, so he can save himself from worrying and myself from comforting him.
2037  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Scamfree Marketplace on: May 03, 2023, 11:56:34 PM
I wanted to ask if there is any interest in building a scamfree marketplace for NFT/ordinal trading?

i am thinking about an idea for quite a while now and i think ifound an at least rudimental way to accomplish that.
so if i would setup such a scamfree marketplace would there be any interest of yours in using it ?

Of course, definitely, we all want a scam-free platform whether it's a marketplace or an investment platform you don't need to ask that if you're going to set that up present all the ideas, requirements, and policies that will guarantee your marketplace to be a scam free.
The reputation of the developers, who are running the project is the first consideration of a scam-free platform and how transparent they are, if you will set it up proudly create an announcement here and we'll see if there will be no loopholes for scammers to get in.
2038  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AntiDolos extortion/scam on: May 03, 2023, 10:31:09 PM

Well you can see the screenshot from Telegram, in which he asks for money to provide an 8+ review instead of 6.4 or whatever. I literally have the entire chat log saved with entire communications exchange in which I shared entire pitch deck with all the legal documentation about the company, Hacken audits on all tech and smart contracts, Legal opinions and all the documentation that goes to serious investors before they make a decision about investment so he can see that everything we do is more then real and true. Which I don't see the reason to post here, he can do it if he saved it, even though none of it is for public, but for investors at this stage.

Anyway it is clearly visible what he is doing and if anyone does the research on what we are and what we are doing as a company, pretty fast all his claims turn to baseless claims and open grounds for a lawsuit, if we thought that his false claims could harm our business, which we don't.

I posted this only so he doesn't do this to other people.

Based on their post they are here to expose scam ICO and NFT https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2838673;sa=showPosts and you have become their target to backup and shill their platform for you to get their service yes there's extortion on this if they cannot prove that what they are posting is not true
This is bad business and unethical if they are propagating false information just to promote their service I support @Jerome Tash call to explain their side here, and prove they're right about publishing their reviews about your platform.
2039  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yas.bet Scam!? on: May 03, 2023, 12:25:45 PM
Hi, I got my money back guys. Thank you for help Smiley
Good to know that you got back your money, though they really made you to go through the pain of having to wait for a good number of months without proper explanation.
I will be removing the negative feedback and changing it to neutral for future reference

I agree with the negative feedback if only they addressed this issue in a short period of time like one month or earlier, they can request to take away all the negative feedback but five months is questionable, do they have a plan to come back here and promote their casino so they clear this complaint, they should have a reasonable explanation for the long wait.
There should be a time frame to resolve the issue, either they mark the players violating their terms, of course, they should show proof, or they prioritize the issue and pay their players what they owe to him.
2040  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning]: AI voice replicating scams on: May 03, 2023, 10:22:22 AM
Question: Where do people think the criminals are getting the initial voice sound/wavelengths from in order to be able to replicate it with AI?

My hunch: Big Tech/Social media.

However this is no more than a hunch.

I'm sure on the social medias like Facebook and Youtube, Tiktok,  you can upload videos on these social medias and if you have a scammer who knows you or living around you they can spy on you and make you a target.

Scammers are very innovative they used every existing tool to scam people and now that we have AI they will find a way to scam people because its easy money, and majority are not well informed or do not know how to react in such scenarios.
