2021  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Live XXX CAM girls, boys, tranny / Free chat / Pay with Bitcoin for private shows on: November 16, 2016, 08:34:26 AM
Nice looking cam site you got there, bud. I'm currently browsing through your models. Some of them are smoking hot. Hope to see a good one, if I do, I'll most likely buy in.

Good luck on your website, hope it gets a lot of traffic. If the rules allow it, you should create a signature campaign to promote your site.

Edit: Damn, I just realized your website is just rebroadcasting live cams from livejasmine! Unless you give those shows for free or close to being free, it's useless.
2022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you want to become Rich you need to Put Higher bets on: November 16, 2016, 08:00:28 AM
I think OP should change the topic to "If you want to become POOR you need to put higher bets." The higher you bet, the more chances you will lose than win. Sure you will hit it big if you did win, what if you lose more than what you just won? Or what if you lose continuously without winning a single bet? And what does it mean to put higher bets? Is it 1%, 5%, 10%, 25%, 50% or 100% of your bankroll? But in the end, I don't think you will win. No one wins in gambling (unless it's skill based like poker or you're counting cards).
2023  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy bitcoin without id verification on: November 16, 2016, 07:46:27 AM
You don't even need an exchange. You can try BitSquare.io, which is a decentralized bitcoin exchange. I use it all the time.

You can find my review here.

Thanks for sharing this, I will try it out after it downloads (slow ass internet in our country). I like how this works and the mechanics of this exchanger. It's like the blockchain of exchanges. Hope it turns out how I imagine it.
2024  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: November 15, 2016, 05:03:28 PM
Well, this looks like another "2012" conspiracy. The world is not going to end yet. Don't sell everything. The year is about to end so far we haven't seen that "fairly cataclysmic year ahead" they were talking about. No one knows the future; we can't predict what will happen. Heck, we don't even know if I will be able to finish this post. (Well, that turned out well)

Just sell stuff at the right time. Don't be persuaded by some numbnuts that think he's a time traveling Martian that knows the future.
2025  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Idea's needed for skill based gambling site. on: November 15, 2016, 04:24:11 PM
I think chess is a good idea. You just need to have a timer maybe 10 minutes total per player. The really good bots usually take a decent amount of time to make a move so the cheating player will most likely run out of time.

You clearly haven't been on the internet have you. Before laptops and super duper computers were made, humans has already created chess bots that can even been grand master level players. Based from that info, the computing power of computers are more than a million times better than that time. I had an app on my iphone that I used to beat people on a online public chess game. Hence, a gambling game based on these kinds of games would really burn the house and bankrupt investors for sure. It's not a good idea in my opinion. This would mean, it would no longer be a game of chance. Thus, not gambling.
2026  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: November 15, 2016, 05:48:18 AM
For me yes. So far I had a sound investment in it. I bought it at $350, and now it's at $700 level. I bought my coins in December last year. So my money doubled in a year. Which I think is already a great investment.
2027  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking to start a store like amazon on: November 15, 2016, 02:47:04 AM
You seriously can't win against amazon here or even get close to where they're at. Let's remember, Amazon was born in the early stages of the internet. Where only a few competition was there. Then Amazon also has a unique selling point, which was the biggest online bookstore (until today).

If you're seriously gonna challenge Amazon, you have to have some unique selling point that would capture the hearts of the people. Not just copy them and spin it off a bit. You won't go far.
2028  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can i buy bitcoins on: November 15, 2016, 02:18:14 AM
Localbitcoin is a good place to buy some. In my country we have Coin.ph. Where we can just transfer funds online to their bank account, and convert the case in their website to bitcoins. Check out google and see if there is a similar service.

Great insights. I am buying mine through anoon.com. It accepts paypal orders, fees are very low too.

It was anoon.co.

Anyway, I tried using it. It was a good platform to buy Bitcoin. It was fast and reliable. I tried buying $30 worth Bitcoins on the site. The exchange rate was not too far from the actual price. Then they charge a 0.0005BTC as miner's fee when sending out bitcoins from your wallet there.
2029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: November 15, 2016, 01:20:35 AM
i am not agree with this and i think gambling is not a sickness maybe its just a bad behavior in many people because they can not stop when they are win and they just continue to play the gambling. finally, if they still consist with gambling, they can risk their own life and even their family and get loss everything they have.
I think gambling is just a business and its not a sickness and i think addiction is the one of the sickness in gambling if you are addicted in gambling it is not easy to treat your self if you have no willingness to treat your self from being addiction that can be cause of loses a large money in gambling..
Gambling is just for fun not to treat it as your hobby because it can wreck your life.
casino is a business , gambling is an activity also considered as hobby
the only thing make people crazy in gambling is due losing too much
at that moment gambling can turn to a sickness
but generally it's not , gambling is just game of chance.

I agree, gambling becomes addictive because of losing substantial amounts of money in it. People get the urge of trying to get back what they lost, and in the end they further bury their selves in their own graves. That's why they lose more than get it all back. Some succeed in getting it back but most of them don't.
2030  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: November 14, 2016, 05:03:16 AM
For a long term, Bitcoin might be profitable. But don't go all-in with one asset. Crypto is and will be risky, now and in the future. Holding too much of it will expose you to a lot of risks. So you have to handle your assets carefully.

Try to diversify your investment buy holding other assets (FOREX or stocks).
2031  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can i buy bitcoins on: November 14, 2016, 04:25:08 AM
I use anoon.co. They can process your purchasing using paypal. It's instant and does not require any other proof of identity. Also, there is no transaction fees. Only the fees for sending the bitcoins to your wallet.

Or another option is localbitcoins or other local companies selling bitcoins. In my country we have coins.ph.
2032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: November 13, 2016, 02:43:11 PM
The addicting part is that, when you are winning, you want more, and when you are losing you want to recover.
Haha, either way, you will play in a long time which is good for the gambling site, that's why gambling is designed for people to lose money. haha
yeah that's right. there are always a little percentage of winning in gambling. unless you know how to deceive them. then you will always be a winner in a game, and will go home with a lot of money. and HAPPY! hahahaha  Grin

What do you mean deceive though? If you're playing poker, probably deception will be a skill you can use to win. But, what if you're playing online gambling games like Bitcoin Dice? Will you be able to deceive the computer?
2033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: November 13, 2016, 02:19:45 PM
I can only guess right now because I don't know how would have been things in that case if I was rich and how much time I would have actually available for gambling. I think I was still doing gambling for fun and making money using already owed money. I assume only as I am fond of gambling now based on this I was not been different.
You have a lot of money when you are rich so it would not be a problem losing just to have fun. It's a liberty for the rich to gamble as long as they want, and that would be somewhat a stress reliever on their part. Rich people really have the opportunity to be happy even losing money.

True. Gambling just to have fun is a relatively great way to waste some excess cash rich people have. When you're rich you can do crazy things, like buy gold plated cars and other stupid stuff excessively rich people think of.
2034  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: November 13, 2016, 02:03:32 PM
Bitcoin is safer, faster and easier to use "once you get used to it" than cash, I think it will become the new standard of money in the future, electronical money in general is competing seriously with paper money.

I don't think it will, though the world are moving fast but majority of the people still cannot adopt with it. We need paper money in our life or cash as the OP states, without it our life would be miserable as bitcoin can be manipulated and the value of our holdings will change from time to time.

It is true that Paper money will be their, why even so many are taking bitcoin in paper for more security purpose. About the bitcoin manipulation why even fiat currency are manipulated as per their government and economy situation

I guess paper security for Bitcoins is different from paper money. But I agree with your point about manipulation however not in the negative sense. Government do implement measures that would control the value of fiat currency. This way they can control the inflation of things. Governments try to prevent hyper inflation which would lead to exponential growth in the amount of money but not the value of it. Similar to those in countries like vietnam. In Vietnam, their money is in the millions and billions but it's just worth so little when converted into USD. That is a bad example of governments failing to control/manipulate their fiat currency.

2036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: November 13, 2016, 10:02:34 AM
For me its fast enough. Let's remember; no one earns from any transaction. (The fees are just very minimal, and a lot of people share that) Unlike in banks, where every transaction the bank receives something that's why it's fast to send money through bank transfers. However, if you are transferring from one bank to anther, that is another story. Transferring money over to other banks will incur expensive transaction fees and will probably take long. Unlike in bitcoins; you can send money to anyone in the world for a minimal fee and with little wait time.
2037  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 13, 2016, 03:44:01 AM
I think paper money there will exist be at least 50 years, and they will gradually be replaced with electronic money.

Probably not within 50 years. Let us remember gold was replaced by paper money only after about 4,000 years of use. Paper money has only been in use for around 200 years. So probably we'll see paper money until we die.
2038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: November 12, 2016, 05:34:39 PM
If I was rich, I will gamble more! But, I have to qualify this. I will only gamble a very small portion of my wealth. If you're rich, it would be boring not to spend something for fun, right? So if I am rich, I would gamble, get highdrunk, buy girls, buy guns, wreck things, etc. Try to live life.
2039  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 12, 2016, 05:21:46 PM
Paper money is relevant in the future through bitcoin transaction.
I dont think paper money will be remove in the future as this is
being used already. However, lets admit thats its really helpful
 to all bitcoin users.
I think though true digital currency will be more popular in the future but I'm sure it will not be disappearing to make paper money, because paper money will always be needed for offline activities
Yeah you're right. Cryptocurrency would most likely be considered as an option for people aside from fiat. Though obviously paper money is still more needed than any other currencies, with crypto's growth many people would already be aware of it and would start using it because of ita benefits

I think paper money will be obsolete in the future though. Because, paper would be considered as a scarce resource as well as an inefficient medium for money or anything for that matter. Hence, in the future, for sure, everything will be digital. Being digital finance will follow suit. Money will become digital, it may or may not be bitcoin.
2040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: November 12, 2016, 03:44:09 PM
it is supposed to be for entertainment purposes and not to take it too seriously. Some people take it too seriously and lose everything they have trying to get back their loses.
Yes, gambling should not be considered for serious purposes. But, all the gamblers are going for it for the serious process of making their bright future with it. It must be the prime reason for gambling addiction as it will give the hope of getting our bright future from it but it will never let us to realize that.

Until we understand the purpose of gambling, we will not leave the habit of treating it seriously.
The purpose of gambling depends on how we understand it, if we believe it's for entertainment then we have to enjoy but if we believe it's for giving us money then we should treat it as a business and we had to have a plan that we can use throughout our gambling career.

You understood the meaning of gambling wrongly. It is not like how we think because no plans or strategies will work in gambling to make profits on a regular basis. Only think can bring you money in gambling is luck, and without luck, no plans will work out. So don't try to earn money from gambling instead just enjoy the games once in awhile.
You need a plan to make you stop when you lose or win, that is a plan already and you need that in gambling, otherwise you will lose more money.

You guys are talking about professional gambling. Not gambling for fun. If it's just for fun, then you don't do strategies. Just play it. Like when you play basketball. It may involve some sort of skill to play it, but it all boils down to just having fun.
