it's getting cold out. unplugged my GPUs in the spring because of the heat, and just dropped out of mining. About to hook them back up to mine, but mine what? I'm out of the loop! I don't care about profits at this point, just want to mine something I can trade even if it's 20 cents a day, it's cheaper to mine than to run my heater! I used to mine Doge, but how's DigiByte doing? any suggestions?
lol I got out of GPU mining in January and didn't look back. GPU mining died when all the Scrypt ASICs were announced around then. Many GPU miners gave up their GPU farms. There are still a few stubborn ones trying to survive but since there aren't many GPU miners left there isn't the same demands for ASIC resistance coins. GPU mining just faded away. you missed aurora, blackcoin and other enormous pump. january-june(until jackpot era) was still pretty good the decline started around july-august |

that's good, but it still too hard to get a decent amount in 2-3 hours, unless you play all day Hey Amph - we've had to adjust the possible HYPER earnings on the CS servers over time due to a number of factors - most importantly how to make the servers sustainable over time, and how to make sure HYPER can continue to sponsor many more game servers. The best way to "earn" HYPER on the CS servers is to play a lot and try and place in the HYPER monthly Counter-Strike blitz we run for both servers. The current round ends on the 21st of October (and a new monthly round starts on that date) the top player on both servers earns 2000 HYPER, 2nd gets 1000 and 3rd snaps up 500 HYPER. Thank you for your feedback though - in time as HYPER becomes more valuable hopefully the "real" earnings will rise. I don't think any of us will truely ever stop. I personally have stopped GPU mining for the moment till I replace my PC around Christmas time. But I am still leaving burst to mine. Got to be doing something!

why the OP still say that 1000 tokens is = 1 hyper, which is not true? you need 10k
anyway i want to point out a thing, reward shouldn't be balanced around those who can play 16 hours a day, those are the minority, and this makes playing 1-3 hours worthless
right now on cs go, even if you play all day you get something like 0.015 a day..abysmally low, compared to the time invested

d'accordo.. amph già che ti becco in linea, anche se è OT, ti chiedo una cosa dato che ho visto che sei fra gli sviluppatori di nvminer.. 1) non ho trovato il sorgente, lo metterete fuori? 2) ho scarico il sorgente di ccminer 1.2.. ho provato a fare qualche modifica per racimolare qualche megahash.. ne ho raccimolati pochi a dire il vero.. poi però ho provato una cosa che pensavo non funzionasse.. e invece funziona ma solo a metà.. riesco a fare 150 megahashes con 6 750ti, in x11.. però mi fa uno "yay" ogni morte di papa.. ti andrebbe di darmi una mano? anche se mi vedi online, in realtà non sono sempre presente che modifica hai fatto? credo che 150mh(forse volevi dire k?) si possano ottenere tranquillamente con l'oc cmq ho contribuito in minima parte, non sono un programmatore nono..intendo proprio 150 mhash in x11... con 6 schede..ciò vuol dire 25 mhash a scheda ora ti cerco lo screenshot, è da qualche parte nei meandri del mio caro ubuntu.. più che una modifica è un cheat.. ma mal venuto mi sa..però se non sei un programmatore niente PS. SCUSATE PER IL LEGGERISSIMO OT! quello è un exploit che manda un hash superiore alla pool, occhio che ti bannano per quello, in realtà non stai minando a quella velocità |
