Litecoin is a very interesting coin with low fees and good reputation. What Lee did, selling his coins was a negative move and didn't help it at all. I don't believe that the last day's low prices of Litecoin were Lees fault although he took advance of the previous high prices.
It was just a markets correction of all coins of the crypto market.
Litecoin is going to reach new high prices in 2018 I wish I bought more when the price was still lower.

You've made a good point.
The vast majority of the coins existing are worthless. They are made because of people's greed.
The coins code is open source, it is very easy for someone with little knowledge of programming to copy paste the code, change the name and some points write a white book and issue it as a new coin in the altcoin market.
That's why it is essential to make some research before buying and avoid following others suggestions.

When I bought my first coin I knew only Bitcoin. I didn't know anything about forks, or altcoins.
After a lot of reading in this particular forum, I've learned about Ethereum and the ability to program smart contracts.
Coins like this one or others with smart contract abilities as NEO will definitely thrive in the future.
ICOs are great too, some of them have very good projects. If you are a holder chose quality ones.

Any coin can beat bitcoin. Coins with new ideas, low fees, and safe transactions are welcome. There is space for many crypto coins in this world, as we have 100+ currencies in the world today.
Although there are many good alts today, Bitcoin Cash doesn't have the potential to beat BTC. It can take a good share of the market cap but nothing more.
BTC is the first crypto coin issued and deserves respect from us, the only issue is the problem with the high fees, that needs to be solved.

I don't think that BTCs price could be so low. I don't expect prices below $6000.
I am quite sure we are going to see many ups and downs in bitcoins price. Big investors are in the game now and they want to make big cash taking advance the volatility of the crypto market.

I think the next couple of months we are going to see some really low prices in the crypto market.
Traders are influenced by the news and more than half of them live in South Korea and in Japan. It seems that these high prices we saw some weeks ago were temporary. The market will move again when its clear what will happen in Korea.
Unfortunately, the news from the European Central Bank is not good either.

They can't ban directly Bitcoin. What they can do is forbid shopping with Bitcoin or to issue a law in order pay high taxes when you want to send money in an exchange.

When I've told them that I'm investing, they've started laughing at me. Then when we've discussed it they were very skeptical but they refused to invest. In the end of the 90s, the stock market in our country was booming, everyone was involved and later in September 1999 the market collapsed and people lost all their money. 7 years before,it has happenes again, people lost the money they've invested in goverment bonds. They have lost their faith completely in investing.

You can run the MEW on an offline PC for creating new addresses, For transactions, I don't know, I've never used it before.
What a hacker (or an evil developer???) could do is to issue a programme that recycles the same (let's say 1billion) addresses, and after some time run it again, check the balances of each one and take the money.
It can happen to all kind of wallets and coins.
This is my greatest fear in cryptos.

I have faith in both coins, but I have the feeling that 2018 isn't BTC's year. Bitcoin is facing many problems and the major one is the high fees. Some say it is an asset but it was made for daily use. Segwit didn't lose the problem yet and lightning is still far far away.
I believe we are going to see lower prices and I've started buying it.
Ethereum has many potential and I support it too. I believe that ETH price will reach new highs this year.

It is a social media platform if you run it on your phone, you can share with your friends among others, your opinion about cryptocurrencies and ICOs. It is the other way of promotion as twitter and facebook.

I would suggest you invest in some coins of the top 10 - 15 coins based on the market cap.
Before taking any decision read this forum. It has much information about the coins and which of them are scam coins or not.
None can tell you what to invest in. It is your decision and your money. Don't invest more than that you can afford to lose.

You have to be patient. A huge market correction is taking place at the moment.
Except for this one, many new investors bought BTC at 16k + and now are selling at a lower price.
Hold your coins, if you have some money you can spend you could buy some more, taking advantage of the low market's price.
The market won't be always so low, the prices will move up soon bringing more profit to the ones they have the patience to hold.

It depends on the token and its value.
If you believe it is a good project then you would better give a try buying the dips and selling when the price is higher.
If you think it is not, then sell them as quick as possible. Unfortunately, many of them have no value at all. Make some research before you decide, read the webpage and the white paper.

I like this coin. NEO has a similar structure with ETH. Both have programming languages and you can make smart contracts. 
I believe this coin is going to have good potential in the future. This ability the programmable assets is his advantage over many other altcoins. Its price is still low and you could buy some if you intend to hold them a long time.
I'm not quite sure this year will be neo's year but anyway it worths holding it.
