2041  Economy / Economics / Re: Where is the value reflected? on: August 10, 2021, 10:19:22 AM
and what still needs to be strengthened is the regulatory level. From the perspective of circulation, we can see whether the future of cryptocurrency is valuable.

The kind of circulatory regulation isn't suppose to be for cryptocurrency but for fiat through the financial body. That is why bitcoin is far more integrated with the blockchain. The circulation is not controlled unlike fiat. Many regulatory measures have started opening up in the cryptocurrency space but that is in the exchange confines and I don't think a total regulation of cryptocurrency will have a big possibility.
2042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Accumulating small odds or choosing one or two big odds on: August 08, 2021, 05:56:54 PM

In my time we called those matches Yolo which you will bet to the underdogs or the higher odds but again the risk is high but anything can happen we are talking about the sports game so it depends on you to manage. High-risk-reward as we say.

Yes the underdogs in most of the sport games given very high odds and they happen to win but many gamblers fear to make a stake on these unpopular teams because they can't identify a high value player in the team. The forecast for underdogs are not taken seriously and many bets go against them. You can win big odds if you just go for it straight up and not adding more to the slip.
2043  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you agree with Binance's behavior? on: August 08, 2021, 02:39:57 PM
Not only binance I face it with other exchanges also. Even I don’t understand now why that happen. No volume but big pump candle. As I remember, maybe I was face it with MXC spot trade.

Again it is the negative side of having your coin in a centralized exchange. They can manipulate figures which can lead into pumping that is unexpected because traders will rely on the volume and figure to trade but they don't understand it is just manipulation from those exchanges. Trading in decentralized exchanges is surely the best. This is also why bitcoin becomes the biggest of all cryptocurrency because it is free of any influence.
2044  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is margin trading good for beginners ? on: August 07, 2021, 03:27:56 PM
A margin account increments acquiring control and permits financial specialists to utilize somebody else's cash to extend monetary use. Margin exchanging offers more noteworthy benefit potential than traditional exchanging, but moreover greater dangers. Obtaining stocks on edge opens up the impacts of misfortunes.

Margin trading also open s or exposes the trader to lost of risk if something goes on. If the trader out of greed begins to trade on high margin, they should remember that they stand the chance of big loses at the end of price hit them negatively. As a trader that wants to do well and profit, you need a gradual process to acquire and build your capital. You also need to take a risk you can manage through money management and stop losses. Expect traders lose hugely too when they don't follow trading ethics and rules
2045  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to spread trading on: August 07, 2021, 12:14:03 PM
I see spread to be the difference in pricing between sell and buy except maybe I'm lost in your own angle. Example here is every coin has different price kept to buy or sell, the prices are not the same for both transactions. If you are buying a coin, you are expected to pay more than when you want to sell and that difference in between is known as the spread if I'm right. Take selling of a coin may be at 0.003 and selling same coin may be at 0.0025 , the difference is the spread and most traders like to get the best spread which is the lower and best rate spread.
2046  Economy / Economics / Re: When debt is an asset on: August 06, 2021, 10:29:42 PM

I was speaking with a friend that wants to buy a house, mostly on credit as it is usual in many places.

Which place is that you buy houses on credit? Mortgage is not serving the same purpose as credit, there are conditions, agreement and purpose in mortgage that is different from credit. With mortgage, you have to provide collateral as the mortgage bank will require except you also referring to that as credit if you generalize it as also mortgage.

It is okay to borrow money from either banks to buy or build house and after to make repayment of it.
2047  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is not getting above $41,000 on: August 06, 2021, 03:01:39 PM
Your expression is looking like some person invested with lots of money and expecting a rapid return within a week. Maybe you were advised that bitcoin has started bullish run as it started increasing the past two weeks. This is desperation on your part, market don't always obey your assumption, you may wait for more time if you still have the time because you don't sound patient. If you exit your hodling by selling off at lose, maybe you can regret soon when the bull will return in full.
2048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Accumulating small odds or choosing one or two big odds on: August 06, 2021, 12:19:49 PM
I'm not too good in predicting with accumulated odds I rather go for a straight win and it's pays off most of the times. I gamble only 10% of my monthly income and decipline myself enough not to exceed it unless I have won extra income on my bet then I can go as far withrawing a certain percentage then increase my stake for that month.

I think 10% of monthly income going to gambling is rather on the high side except for you gambling is a source of income and not totally fun or you are doing it as investment. Usually 10% is should go for things as important to live, like savings, health, rent, feeding but not gambling but when you see your gambling habit as investment, that can be cool then.

It must be high for some, but for others, it's just a small percentage.

However, I don't agree with your statement that you should put a higher percent of your income if gambling is the source of your income because it does not make sense if you really are making money in gambling or the word source means you are making a living, you should put everything in gambling to maximize your income.

With your response I see a contradiction of my reply and  that makes your poster not really clear to me. In my response, my opinion is that 10% is high and that is risky in the first place but if you consider gambling as source of income, well if it works for it but it is surely a high risk to keep doing that. The real idea is that gambling isn't suppose to be done as investment.

well I think that 10% is enough for them to lose since that money is for their own entertainment.

Is an extravagant spending to use 10% on gambling and entertainment if it regular but one time isn't much of problem.

2050  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin August 2021 Target? on: August 05, 2021, 08:39:47 PM
Price have appreciated lately actually but it is still early to say that $50,000 is calling this month. The price is not automatic to reach that level just this month except there are more news that can give more strength to bitcoin through demand because it is what lead price to go up. If Amazon didn't change there mind , it could have been an easy ride up.
2051  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading skills and strategies on: August 05, 2021, 12:43:28 PM
My advise to Op is to make his learning process for himself so that he doesn't get lost in the process. Learning time is important. You need to be gradual, everything should be understood by you as a learner before you can get through. Encrypted or encryption is not a simple process for you brother. Learn properly and enjoy trading with ease.
2052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Accumulating small odds or choosing one or two big odds on: August 04, 2021, 10:14:30 PM
In gambling i do not like accumulating small odds because there are a lot of cases where you can lose them

This is the reason I bet for very big odds. I play big odds game and single so that if I lose, I won't have regret that it was the accumulated game that made me lose the game. Making additional games to add to the ones you have already settled in your mind to stake on is risky, sometimes we lose our bet because we accumulate but playing few games is good, you can just add more money to boost the potential win.
2053  Economy / Economics / Re: Some inspiration in the future of Bitcoin from the history of paper money on: August 04, 2021, 03:06:42 PM

That basic interest is stronger than just pure monetary power, collectively,,, this is why Zimbabwe and Venezuela have not abandoned their currencies despite it practically being useless:)

These countries or other countries that have had their Fiat devalued to the extent it is looked as worthless would not abandon their currency because of the role that money plays in the system. If you Google that information about the role of money, you are likely to get these:
Unit of account, medium of exchange and store of value

That means the Zimbabwe currency or that of Venezuela has those functions still. Most importantly, they are used for exchange and whichever that will replace it has to play that role effectively and I don't think bitcoin or cryptocurrency has taken that spot yet in such less developed countries that are still considered high in the level of illiteracy.

I have to also add from my view that Fiat is a unifying model for the econony and identity , where government runs on digital currency at most, it still will not take the place of Fiat/paper money.
2054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will physical casinos accept crypto someday? on: August 04, 2021, 02:01:08 PM

No what I'm trying to say is that casinos are already profitable without the help of crypto so I think that it will take a long time for them to consider trying their hands on crypto since they make so much money as I have said earlier.

No it should not take a long time, all that will matter is the rate of adoption and usage of cryptocurrency around the world not even in casinos. If people use cryptocurrency frequently it means they will also have it for spending and to do all the financial obligations and expenses they want to run including gambling. That means casinos won't have any choice but to follow the practice of using cryptocurrency also to run their business like other business that will accept cryptocurrency. All is for the rate of use to increase, casinos will open up more access to accept it naturally.
2055  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The reason why investors often lose money on: August 04, 2021, 09:17:02 AM

But we should develop strategies and implement them before trading. This allows us to not panic when placing orders.

I like this and that is the attitude from a good trader. Understanding your strategy that is working is better because you don't jump in at every candle spike but to wait for the right entering time. And going in with stoploss activated, you can relax having in mind the worse to be the Lost of just a little percentage of your balance.
2056  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The reason why investors often lose money on: August 04, 2021, 07:41:36 AM

When I got to real trading that is where I battle with  emotions and fear this is a big challenge especially for newbies following those trading rules becomes a big problem infact after a losing streaks a trader will jettisoned the trading rules and trade in a bid to recoup all the loses thus ended up with more loses

Sometimes when the market hit you, you want to leave the rules as you said but I want to advise newbies not to leave the rules when they are down. The rules are the ways you can get back on track.
Most times the market does that and you make losses, use stop loss to minimize your losses and you have more opportunity to trade again. Emotions is not proper to be involved in real trading but good strategy and the rules.
2057  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Utilize multi-time analysis in trading on: August 03, 2021, 07:35:54 PM

Most times it's not just delebrate but I get carried away by some special candle stick formation leaving me too desperate to join the trend not minding what is goings-on on higher time frames.

Hah and after you jump in using just a candle formation dancing in your face to the rhythm of the market drum, you regret after the traders leave the market  Grin The traders are those who have analysed the market, if possible with charts and they expect that candle formation and know why it was that way, they know when to exit but you don't know lol. You still hang on there while most that came to the market have gone with what purchase they have made. On line trading is like the physical stores or market that you visit, make your orders when others are doing so and leave the right time. They chart there way to the store/market, you need to do likewise.
2058  Economy / Economics / Re: Senators push through bill with surprise crypto tax amendment on: August 03, 2021, 05:46:43 PM

If regulation regarding cryptocurrencies were snuck into the bill at the last minute, I would expect it to address stablecoins. Which regulators seemed very concerned about only a short time ago.

We know all the effort of policy and parliament sitting on cryptocurrency is about regulation. Tax reporting certainly is one of it and the effect is to check who gets what and who sent what. It is unfortunate to see that government is not resting but keep fighting to restrict financial freedom.

The government has made its way to CBDC of there own but keep peeping into cryptocurrency. They may cut your expectation off  by not discussing or addressing stablecoins but what are they suppose to address on it? It is already pegged with Fiat.
2059  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin investment on: August 02, 2021, 09:51:00 PM

Time to buy or hold or what ?

Bitcoin is still at the stage you can buy for longtime. It is just starting to increase last week after Amazon made a statement they later went back but the fact is, it is just starting to increase and we can see huge pump anytime soon when the last quarter approach. There are rush and activities going around that time with bitcoin because of festivity of end of year.

Be cool with few losses, it will happen.

Yes every trader should understand this. You so encounter a trade that you will loss whatever or how careful you are, the down time has to come. You can reduce the loss with stoploss, it is very important.

Don't always trade and expect profit all day, use good money management incase your expectation is not achieved, you can move on with what you are left with and regain your loss. To avoid too much losses, you don't have to be in the market all the time. Trade less for a day, it will avert your losses.
