2043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LiteDoge coin [Community take over] on: June 01, 2015, 09:47:17 PM
i hope it goes to 0 so he can't even sell.
lets see how good he does, when he can't even make an if statement.

Dude I don't know you, but that's not a very mature attitude to have.

I presume at some point in time you were an alt coin enthusiast, and a believer in the coin you started, nothing should really have changed, people row in all parts of life, it's just what it is.

I think you should reconsider your position, and bring the coin you started to a positive future.

Failing that then I at least think you need to hand the reigns over to the community, I appreciate you have an issue with one dude, but please don't take it out on the rest of the people that have supported YOU in this project.....
2044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LiteDoge coin [Community take over] on: June 01, 2015, 09:24:04 PM
From the outside this looks fucking ridiculous, arguing over a an IRC row WTF

Grow up and get a pair FFS

Anyway on another note, i've just bought in, now what can I do to help ?

DEV?

Strange this one ?

POW/POS working nicely, wallet looks good, and some work has gone into it.

Then Dev vanishes ? Last Active:   May 16, 2015, 07:02:20 PM

All rather strange, if the dev wishes to abandon this, give me a shout I'm sure a takeover could be arranged.

Still here and hard at work. Stay tuned!

Great news

Perhaps you could add my pool to your main post :

At the moment, we need a few more people to dust off their USB sticks and volunteer to mine this for free. Right now, I am the only person keeping the blockchain moving. This is really unhealthy. I could get upset and just unplug my USB miner, and the network would slow down to a crawl. Also, my computer could go down or my USB stick could blow a capacitor. ATM, I could launch a 51% attack if I knew how...
I'm a good guy and promise not to do anything nasty. But this is cryptoworld. Can you really trust me that much?

Thanks for doing this btw.

I've been occasionally solo mining with my 350 MH. It's not much but it's something I guess.

Also you couldn't commit a 51% attack attempt via the pool to my knowledge. It would have to be the pool op attempting that (and he wont if that isn't obvious..).

True, but with a little bit of help from google, one could learn to set up their own private pool. (I can't figure out how to solo mine this coin. My attempt failed.) I just think we should have a few more volunteers to ensure that we don't have any BS.

I will back you up with a slot on my multi pool, will be back with details once compiled...
2056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GLUCK] GoodLuck Coin [Yobit ICO - 17 btc] on: May 31, 2015, 03:12:25 PM
1.39722704BTC generated so far by this ICO out of a total 17.05BTC that was put up for sale.

Not going to work this is it.

ICO rules:
- 40% buy wall (ico price)
- 10% buy wall with 110% ico price (+10%)
- 4 day ICO fund holding period
- If sell orders price fall under 50% (of the original ICO price) during the initial 4 day ICO fund holding period, a full buy wall will be set for 2 more days at the initial ICO price.
- If problems persist at the end of the 4 day trial period, YoBit will refund the investors using the ICO proceeds and consider the ICO failed and cancelled.
- after the successful completion the above requirements, at the end of the 4 day period, YoBit will unlock the ICO account which holds the ICO proceeds.

Likely outcome

Personally I am all for long term investment and development.

Great post! I'm responding in some detail but I'm taking some time over it, so with luck it'll be less prolix.

Cheers

Graham

Wow Graham, I have to admit when I saw you had replied, and I noted the length of the post the first thing I did was pop out to the kitchen and make a cup of coffee.

I have to say that as un-intentional as I suspect it was on your part, that has to be one of the best "White Papers" of a sort, I have seen.

Not only is it welcoming to see a mature adult in these forums, but one that actually comes across as giving a damn, and well done you on that front.

As I said earlier I had a feeling about this coin, and it was down to the fact that the original post was so poor and not like the others graphically wise that it quite simply could not have been an attempt at a "Get Rich Quick Scam" because more effort would have been involved.

I shall be watching this coin and mining it, and please if I can help in anyway just let me know, I'm not a code wizard, but do have the Mining Pool, and the dice games etc, and access to several servers.

Thanks
