Is this another promise not fulfilled? I see on reddit that all donations aren't made yet. No offense but is that correct? Are you still looking for suggestions? If yes, do suggestions need to be USA based? Or can it be worldwide? Is it a requirement for them to have a bitcoin address on their website? Or can I talk to them and ask if they know how to accept bitcoin. If they do, I could add them to my list if that's okay for you. If it's required for them to have it on their website I could try to convince them Thanks

It's obvious game-prtotect and jolly good are the same person.
12 messages in a row of just them two posting within a few minutes of each other with no one else discussing. Especially lacking any actual token holders in this thread.
If you look at their post history too they both said positive or neutral things about BetKing until I said game-protect could not be an affiliate of BetKing. You said weeks ago that Game Protect can not participate in your new affiliate system. And even though you scammed all your affiliates with deleting the statistic of all lifetime referred players I did not say anything against you or opened a scam accusation, because I do not care about your incompetent run casino. However, opposed to the affiliate issue, your investment scam draw my attention after Jolly Good has started to post about it. Therefore, your assumption that your investment scam draw my attention because I could not be an affiliate is all but accurate! It would be hard for two people to post the same nonsense over and over again and both are incapable of doing very basic research and lack total common sense, never mind business sense. To research your investment fraud scheme is a breeze for me as a private investigator. If someone wants to read nonsense, simply go to https://betking.io/ico and read in the thread BetKing.io Is it a blatant scam? for further explanation. I quote the statements from your website and if you claim it is nonsense, then you confirm that the content on your website is nonsense! I've asked mods and theymos to ban this guy and encouraged other sites that he tries to blackmail or extort to do the same. I have no idea where you learned this or how you came to this thought, but scammers Game Protect is going after can not get away with requesting to ban the truth! Please show proof where Game Protect tried to blackmail or extort other sites? Why did no one file a criminal complaint against Game Protect? There's tonnes of threads of real players complaining about this guy spamming the forums. How do you know who is behind those anonymous bitcointalk accounts? The criminal casinos and their paid influencers complain about online gaming consumer protection, not the real players! The real players do not have any disadvantage caused by the existence of Game Protect. The opposite is the case! Hundreds of real player victims submitted their scam to us and asked for help. I would encourage everyone to not fall for any scams or extortion attempts made by game-protect like he has tried with other users on the forum (see their trust ratings and the dodgy legal service he claims to provide). Did you open scam accusations like it is very common here on bitcointalk? If not, why not? (Until today not one of those anonymous accounts complaining about Game Protect answered these questions!) You scammed all your affiliates with deleting the statistic of all lifetime referred players! As it meanwhile turned out, not the first time you breached your promises! You scammed all your investors with not fulfilling the investment contract! You announced to spend 30% of the tokens = $ 1,95 million for ICO bounties, testing bounties, advisors, hiring, future marketing and development, while in reality you did not even spend a fraction of it to marketing and develop the casino! Despite your contradictional and misleading statements making the investment offer anyway invalid! These are facts opposed to your false and misleading allegations!

Distribution
- 100,000,000 BetKing Bankroll Tokens will be created as Ethereum ERC23 tokens and issued after the crowdsale ends. - 70 million will be available for sale to crowdsale participants.
- 30 million will be retained by BetKing for ICO bounties, testing bounties, advisors, hiring, future marketing and development. - BetKing Bankroll Tokens can be purchased with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. All funds will be held in cold storage.
The value of the 100,000,000 BetKing Bankroll Tokens was $ 6,5 million and BetKing announced that 30% = $ 1,95 million will be used for ICO bounties, testing bounties, advisors, hiring, future marketing and development.
I do not know how much BetKing has spent so far for the above mentioned things, but I am 100% sure it is nowhere near the announced $ 1,95 million!
My personal impression is that he has spent maybe around $100,000 or $200,000.
He did not use the collected investments properly as announced and the criminal offenses of fraud by false representaion and willful deception are committed.
However, the solution is simple: All investors have the right to step back from the investment agreement and demand the sent crypto currencies back.
Profit Distribution
Quote: "A percentage of the profit made from bankrolled games will be used to buy back BetKing Bankroll tokens from holders. All profit made on bankrolled games will be audited and made available to token holders as was done in the past with the crowdfunded bankroll profits."
Whaaat?
Does this mean if the casino does not have profits it will not buy back any BetKing Bankroll tokens?
Why does the casino need winnings to be able to buy back BetKing Bankroll tokens while all the invested crypto currencies are not only available in cold storages, but its value additionally increased further?
Token Price
Quote: "So for example if the price of the token at the end of the crowdsale was $0.014 and the bankroll profit was $1,000,000 then the buy back price would be $0.024 (1,000,000/100,000,000 + 0.014)."
Token Price says that the bankroll profit will fully increase the value of the BKB token and Profit Distribution says that a percentage of the bankroll profit will be used to buy back BKB tokens.
But if you use a part of the bankroll profit to buy back BKB tokens, then this part logically can not be added to the value of the BKB token, because it was used for buy back and simply does not exist anymore!

This link only states bankroll total value = $ 6,500,528 and BKB Initial price = $ 0.09286 But no calculation and explanation why one BKB token is worth $ 0.09286 However the other points I read confirm this investment fraud scheme! Token PriceQuote: "The total funds raised will determine the price per BetKing Bankroll token. We will take the total value of all funds at the current exchange rate at the end of the crowdsale to determine the total raised funds.E.g. If we raised $1,000,000 then the price per token would be $0.014 (1,000,000 / 70,000,000)." This statement confirms the calculation I previously made, means value of total investment divided with the number of BKB tokens. What I do not understand is why he divides the $ 6,5 million collected with only 70,000,000 while there are 100,000,000 BKB tokens? If you divide $6,500,000 with 70,000,000 then you come indeed to the price of $ 0.09286 per token. However, as there are in reality 100,000,000 tokens you should divide using this amount and then the value is only $ 0,065 per token. Quote: "The buy back price offered by BetKing will be based on the current total bankroll profit. So for example if the price of the token at the end of the crowdsale was $0.014 and the bankroll profit was $1,000,000 then the buy back price would be $0.024 (1,000,000/100,000,000 + 0.014)." Suddenly when the buy back price is calculated, the value of the total bankroll profit will be divided with 100,000,000 instead of only 70,000,000 like above, reducing the value of the bankroll profit for 30%! Because the difference between dividing the bankroll profit with 70,000,000 or 100,000,000 is 30% less value of the tokens! He speaks about the total bankroll profit and the total bankroll profit usually includes the increasement of its value, especially as he says you buy bankroll tokens, but the value increasement of the bankroll is not considered in the calculation example. Quote: "Every quarter BetKing will offer to buy back up to 10% of a holders tokens at the current buy back price." This statement makes the claim that the BKB token price is $ 0.09286 invalid, because if you can not sell your whole bankroll BKB tokens within a reasonable timeframe for the assured price, then this claim is baseless! And 2,5 years until you probably could have sold your BKB tokens is definetely not a reasonable timeframe. Apart from that the calculation of the value of the token is false.

Betking has an accountability towards its shareholders!
Can we try to find out how the BKB token value calculation was done?
iluvbitcoins said the bankroll value Sep 2017 was $6.5 million.
If you divide $6,5 million with the 100,000,000 BKB tokens = $ 0,065 per token.
How it comes that BetKing said the value of the token is $ 0.09286 = 30% more?
Someone must have spent 30% of $6,5 million = $1,95 million to have the real value of $ 0.09286 per token!
Who did it?
The post in the now locked thread explain it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2150057.msg25690641#msg25690641And this from the Betking website explains it: https://betking.io/investNone of the 2 links explain how BetKing calculated the BKB token price of $ 0.09286? As I calculated above, if the bankroll total value is $6,5 million and you issue 100,000,000 BKB tokens, then the value per token is $ 0,065 and not $ 0.09286! I am also not able to find the conditions of selling BKB tokens on the BetKing website?

The info at the betking.io website is nonsense!
He speaks about purchasing a part of the bankroll / casino / house, but in the example calculation excludes the participation in bankroll value increasements or decreasements.
Therefore my questions are mostly not answered on the BetKing website. Yes the information on the Betking website is nonsense. The token calculation is an absolutely pathetic attempt to display a way to monetise investments while ensuring the only person who will make money from the Betking website is Dean Nolan the owner and operator of Betking. Your questions will remain unanswered because Dean Nolan has closed the Betking thread in an attempt to stop people showing their unhappiness at losing their money and he will avoid posting here with direct responses to direct questions. Betking has an accountability towards its shareholders! Can we try to find out how the BKB token value calculation was done? iluvbitcoins said the bankroll value Sep 2017 was $6.5 million. If you divide the $6,5 million with the 100,000,000 BKB tokens = $ 0,065 value per token. How it comes that BetKing said the value of the token is $ 0.09286 = 30% more? Someone must have spent 30% of $6,5 million = $1,95 million to have the real value of $ 0.09286 per token! Who did it?

I disagree with "self moderated" threads as I think it's misleading that that viewers of the thread can't tell what's been removed or not.
However I'm really not sure also why game-protect is allowed to derail threads with his nonsense. Please quote the nonsense and explain why it is nonsense? Which by the way is all a transparent attempt to trick people into signing up to casinos with his referral links, thinking they are "protected" when the reality couldn't be further from the truth.
How do you know what players think when they register at a casino with Game Protect? No one knows what a casino operator will do tomorrow and there is nowhere a protection of your funds in foreign hands! Whether the casino holds a so called license or not. But if you signed up with Game Protect we pay the enforcement costs. So the difference is not protected or not protected (because it simply does not exist), the difference is are the enforcement costs covered or not? (at the most basic level he is not a lawyer, and thus not able to offer legal services). In the real world it is possible to organize legal action without being a lawyer yourself.

We go through annual compliance check with our regulator, Curaçao Egaming, which is authorized and regulated by the Government of Curaçao. Curaçao eGaming does not work for the part of the government and therefore is not your regulator! Are there documents about the procedure of the annual compliance check available (even per pm)? Curaçao eGaming received the 1668/JAZ license from the Government of Curaçao, but they do not regulate Curaçao eGaming! However, if you have proof or documents that the Government of Curaçao regulates Curaçao eGaming, feel free to show it? different day, same shit from this spam artist Yes, they state always the same spam and blatant lie shit like Curacao eGaming is their "regulator", even though Curacao eGaming is an anonymous adventure and does not regulate anything! Government of Curaçao also does not regulate anything, otherwise scams in the height of over $100 million would not have happened! Did you inform them about this circumstance in their new cencorship thread?

As of today 31st July 2018, the value of the ICO crypto:
BTC - 1,046 @ $7,804 each = $8,162,984 ETH - 4619 @ $434 each = $2,004,646 LTC - 856 @ $78 each = $66,768
Dean Nolan seems to have hit the jackpot himself at Betking.io by getting investors to "invest crypto for betking tokens" when the tokens are virtually worthless and useless. Did investors buy shares of the casino operation / bankroll or did they only buy BetKing tokens? If they bought only BetKing tokens, what are the terms and conditions of this token? Is the value of the BetKing tokens connected to the value of the casino operation / bankroll or is it a separate asset? Check out the betking.io website you will understand why investors are so angry with Dean Nolan. The info at the betking.io website is nonsense! He speaks about purchasing a part of the bankroll / casino / house, but in the example calculation excludes the participation in bankroll value increasements or decreasements. Therefore my questions are mostly not answered on the BetKing website.

then user iluvbitcoins wrote: Bankroll value Sep 4th = 6.5 million Bankroll value today = 18.5 million Bankroll profit = 12 million BetKing claims that players lost $12 million since its launch? Or is the bankroll value $18,5 million because value of the invested crypto currencies increased? The user iluvbitcoins was saying that at the time of the ICO ending in September 2017 the raised funds were $6.5 million but at the time of him writing the post in the since locked Betking thread in December 2017, the price of the ICO funds was $14 million. Just a month later in January 2018 the ICO funds raised had a value of $18 million. That user iluvbitcoins was asking why investors were not receiving any profit because they purchased a share of the casino (just like Dean Nolan stated) but the ambiguous text between buying a share in the casino vs buying a share of profits has fooled many people. Meanwhile I understood that the bankroll profit is 12 million, but shareholders do not participate in the value increasement even though they bought a share of the bankroll! I need to see the investment contract (if there is any) because the statement on the BetKing website is misleading?

Making false promises to attract investments is called investment fraud!
His promises during the ICO are obviously and clearly totally contrary to what he finally did!
For months only Dice was offered. Half year later unsuccessful poker was added. Then later sportsbook was added. Almost one year later black jack is still not available for an online casino!
If you have $10 millions on hand, then usually withn 3 months everything should be offered.
From what I have seen and how the casino is managed, it does not need more than around $1 million to run it. Means $5,5 million collected are not used to run the casino.
If BetKing uses only a small fraction of the collected investments to run the casino, why does he still take "investments"?
This does not make any sense and confirms the investment fraud scheme!

Greetings. In our review it is indicated that we won’t allow the traffic from USA, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands.
How do you enforce it while you accept anonymous accounts? Also, where is your license? You are an illegal online casino operation, why do you exclude some countries?

Signature looks great! Nevertheless, you are still the publicly proven Duckdice scam! Read this Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ and 8048/JAZ Your claim to operate under the 8048/JAZ license has no legal basis! You pay 40,000 Euro for a fake license! Also, I still wait for the responsible operator during the time when you scammed your victims with your cancel bonus but in reality cancel bonus and deposits and winnings fraud scheme, so I can file a legal complaint as offered by you? File a legal complaint, dude, cause this shit-storm of yours is getting boring. Or was it just an empty promise like all your other empty promises?

The use of our imagery is neither fair nor fair use, we have our logos trademarked. This is a conflict between you and jeremypwr and as you're not part of the signature campaign anymore your permission to use our logo and signature has been revoked.
Karl Bitcasino.io
Please show us the documents of your trademarked B logo? Because usually when you open your mouth only blatant lies and nonsense are coming out! They deleted that post, didn't they? No, their new censorship dumb brain wash thread vanished again! Their sportsbet support said something similar, and I replied to them asking for the papers. It seems they are multi accounting as they replied in this thread instead of where I actually said it was fair use, and I too asked them to provide proof of copyright and trademark so then I could comply with their wishes. Even though my transformative work is artistic and applies under fair use, which they seem to deny. They pay several influencers to mislead the online gambling community with their blatant lies and nonsense! They use psycho strategies to catch new victims! Flagship11 is one of them.

Shame on you Dean Nolan for this disgraceful behaviour resulting in investors losing their hard earned money. The investment into the casino is not lost, it simply went into the hands of a private person instead of being part of the casino bankroll as promised!
