Now here he is, fully admitting he scammed me potential earnings. You still employ this guy? He literally just used logic that applied to both parties to try and discredit what I am owed but not what his duties are in the agreement.

You thought I wasn't going to pay you (wrong).
So you went on a posting rampage.
I told you that you were getting paid, and to take down your negative posts.
Why shouldn't you? You were damaging my reputation and the COMPANY YOU WERE WORKING FOR.
That's why I booted you, and also because you're not the best poster (sorry to break it to you) and I accepted a Legendary member with a better attitude.

I took down my posts because of the agreement we had, which I've shown. When you didn't hold up to that agreement (making everything right ie: payment and back into campaign) that is when the $840 scam happened. I didn't damage any reputations, I simply posted a negative experience I've had with pictures and everything, because again you agreed to something and didn't follow through (scam). The company reputation because you're a marketing employee of theirs is on you, as well as your own reputation. You've constantly tried to spin things to try and make yourself look better, which hasn't worked. Now the company you were paid to promote is also looking bad because of you and your immaturity. Saying things after the fact doesn't help all the evidence of the situation. Now you're just using meaningless, pathetic attacks against me to try and save yourself. Really troubling for somebody that people want to have run a campaign. I definitely wouldn't be wanting to use you as a manager. Extortion, threatening to withhold payments, overall unprofessional and scamming what you agreed to.

Ok guy, your payment is on the way, as I've already told you.
Even though you didn't keep your end of the bargain and stop posting FUD.
I'm still paying you for your work.
Give it a rest, would ya?
Why are you being aggressive towards him? How would you suggest I deal with someone who acts up like this? Calmly and professionally?

Hi WaffleMaster, First of all, you're not being scammed. Second of all, you both acted out. jeremypwr made a mistake and apologised for it. You had an agreement for a moment and he still decided to exclude you from future weeks and campaigns; Now everything is scamming and extortion, which is not true. Just a reminder that he can boot you from the campaign at any time, for whatever reason, but opening 5 posts all around the forum gives just more reason to do so. I can remove you from the Campaign at any time, for whatever reason The end result is: We thank you for the work and you are getting paid for the work you have done. What is unfortunate for you is that you're no longer welcome on campaigns run by jeremypwr because of reasons between you both. Nobody likes these, but please leave the emotions aside.Try to keep it in one thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4795083.msg43258013#msg43258013Regards, Karl Bitcasino.ioHe agreed to reenlist me and to also pay me, which is included in my offer of "making everything right". As shown. It really is a shame you aren't recognizing his scam of my potential $840 campaign earnings after agreeing to make everything right. As for multiple threads, they are all different and in relevant sections of the forum. You both acted out in my eyes. It could have worked, but it escalated to a different direction which is unfortunate. Now here he is, fully admitting he scammed me potential earnings. You still employ this guy? He literally just used logic that applied to both parties to try and discredit what I am owed but not what his duties are in the agreement. I don't really see the connection between a scam and the potential $840. Nobody is guaranteed to stay on this campaign for 2 months in a row. Definition of potential: If you say that someone or something has potential for doing a particular thing, you mean that it is possible they may do it. If there is the potential for something, it may happen. People make mistakes and that's what happened today between you and jeremypwr. You're still getting paid for the work you did. We and many other forum members consider this case to be solved and it's better to move on. Regards, Karl Bitcasino.io

You believe that him agreeing to put me back in the campaign and then not doing so, resulting in a $840 loss is not a scam? Interesting, I wonder what you think about user deposits and withdrawing then, since that is also bound by agreements.

I removed you and added a more qualified and quality poster. You're a Hero; he's a Legendary. You aren't the first or the last person that will be dropped from my Campaigns. And when people have been dropped in the past, they thanked me for allowing them to particpate and moved on. You're on some next level stuff!

And when people have been dropped in the past, they thanked me for allowing them to particpate and moved on. You're on some next level stuff! Objectively false. And the evidence supports it. Making up things after the fact does not help your case, nor does it convince anybody. Petty personal attacks do not make you look better, either. The evidence speaks for itself, and you agreed to a deal that you then didn't follow through with (scamming me out of the campaign after saying you'd make everything right from the mistake). I'm not entitled to 8 weeks of campaign, you agreed to fix the error you made when you thought I made 18 posts then kicked me immediately after, in error. Those are facts, not things said after the fact to try and save yourself. Now you resort to petty insults and making up things after the fact to try and cover your mistakes which have tarnished this company completely, as you are an employee by them threatening to withhold payments and insulting people because of mistakes YOU made. Do you also threaten to withhold earnings on the casino? How far do you go to scam people, if you can pull off this audacious stunt in front of everybody and not even care? Anybody reading this beware, and go take a look at all the information I've posted. Make up your own mind if somebody threatening to withhold payment they agreed to send and also going back on a written agreement they made is ok with you putting money into things they support or are support by. You can make up, lie after the fact, attack me and try to insult me, only making yourself seem petty, and none of it changes the fact you ruined these companies name with your bad behavior and extreme mistakes. Then doubling down on them constantly, making up more things, it's really something to watch.

Yeah yeah, payment. Completely disregard the rest of the campaign which you agreed to let me back into because you made an error taking me out in the first place when you thought I had 18 posts (terrible manager). You know, I realize I don't even need to talk to prove everything you're saying is false. I can let you do all the talking like in these pics! And if you continue to keep lying, everybody can just reference these more. Constantly talking about payment, but not how you blackmailed, extorted, and needed to be told to pay me because you were in the wrong the entire time.

As an Campaign Manager, jeremypwr can add you and remove you million times if he wants to. It's been said multiple times: I can remove you from the Campaign at any time, for whatever reason You cannot count potential gain as guaranteed income, as that potential needs to become reality. For example, if you go to work they pay you for the month you've just worked. Not for the upcoming month. It's pretty standard. This case on our side is closed and the payment for your work will be made during today. PS. Please remove our logo and your signature that has been made by us. Another work that we have paid for. Regards, Karl Bitcasino.io

Regards, Karl Bitcasino.ioAs stated previously, he agreed to return everything to normal like it was before his big error and being a bad campaign manager. But he didn't. And I see now you don't care about agreements made in writing or anything like that, and that's ok (not ok). You employ an extortionist who threatens to withhold payment that was already agreed to be paid for services rendered. Wonder what your website is like with that attitude! Just withholding money as you see fit? As for the signature and things, I modified the work according to fair use. That's even assuming these logos are trademarked, which I'm almost certain they are not. So their use is free (although I did modify them to my own). If you don't believe in artistic expression that's ok. Feel free to send any relevant paperwork to me.

I don't see the purpose of this thread anyway seeing the other thread is alive and well aswell... Not only that, having two threads open goes against the rules for this thread. One thread per site.

Sorry, I responded to your post by accident before then deleted that response . But I believe the multiple posting rule is only for duplicates. Is this thread considered a duplicate support/advertising? That's debatable for sure. I'd say in function it is very much a duplicate.

The use of our imagery is neither fair nor fair use, we have our logos trademarked. This is a conflict between you and jeremypwr and as you're not part of the signature campaign anymore your permission to use our logo and signature has been revoked. We do believe in artistic expression, but this has nothing to do with that. We ask you once more to change your profile picture and signature. If you wish to discuss trademark issues further, our legal team is happy to jump on Skype with you. Regards, Karl Bitcasino.io
