La façon la moins chère d'envoyer des bitcoins vers un autre wallet, c'est d'importer la clef privée de l'adresse où ces bitcoins se trouvent dans l'autre wallet car il n'y a aucun frais de transaction puisqu'il n'y a aucune transaction réalisée stricto sensu. En revanche si les wallets appartiennent à 2 personnes différentes, cette méthode n'est pas safe car elle implique de faire confiance à la personne qui cède les bitcoins pour ne pas les utiliser avec la clef privée qu'elle est susceptible d'avoir toujours en sa possession. L'utilisation du Lightning Network pour envoyer les BTC est le 2e moyen le moins cher à ma connaissance mais cela implique que les 2 wallets soient compatibles avec cette technologie en envoi et en réception. Le troisième est d'utiliser un wallet permettant de choisir les frais de transaction minimum, comme Electrum par exemple, est d'être prêt à patienter plusieurs jours si le réseau(la mempool) est encombré. Anyway even if Limit orders are important you mustn't neglect or underestimate Market orders, especially Stop Loss orders and Take Profit orders. When the market is volatile it's always smart to have a Take Profit order and a Stop Loss too if you need to protect your bank roll.
Stop Limit and Take Profit Limit orders are available on some exchanges, but I don't think they are very useful except if you have spotted resistance and support levels that you absolutely want to trade even if you are away.
