2061  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Giveaway scammed me for 1.67 btc on: October 16, 2013, 09:00:34 PM
Ugh i really dont feel like arguing So just ban me. But when the cards show up can you un-ban me?

If you really want to put your money where your mouth is, send 1.67 BTC to the address in my sig which I'll hold in escrow until the cards show up. After that I'll release 1.68 BTC to you. That way you'll give atlosas peace of mind and come out .01 BTC richer.
2062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The End of Alt Coins on: October 16, 2013, 04:47:14 PM
I predict the complete end of all alt-coins to happen in 4-6 weeks Wink
2063  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TEMP: Investigation into scotaloo on: October 16, 2013, 04:35:02 PM
BTCtalkaccounts/Scotaloo, YOU MUST SPEAK TO ME!

This person is ironcross360.

This doesn't surprise me. He's been a suspected scammer since day 1 and posts like a complete retard.
2064  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling mtgox account with 8000 dollars on: October 16, 2013, 04:08:00 PM
Hello, mtgox ask me to verification.
They say i connect with tor on my account, so now they want an ID and an address proof.
I cannot withdraw my btc without sending my id ...

I dont want to send my id, so i sell the account + the e mail (outlook.com), for 7200 dollars in btc.

We can use escrow, no problem.

If someone want to deal, please pm me or answer on this thread.

You're going to get scammed. For your own protection your best bet is to just get verified, withdraw your funds, then make a new account. It's the only way to be sure.
2065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: October 15, 2013, 06:34:22 PM
Without anything actually accepting it, no LTC-GLOBAL, no Atlantis?
It's now just another altcoin.
Which is kind of a bad timing, now that it is in active development again (making it one of the few coins with actual developers).

I guess The Pirate Bay is too small-time to be considered "anything".
2066  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER alert! UMP-45 for 10btc on: October 15, 2013, 04:56:08 AM
I was in current talks with this member on buying a 60gh/s single. He sent pictures as well as agreed to an escrow deal. I don't know what his true motives were in this deal but thanks for the heads up!
Who did he want to use for escrow?
2067  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER alert! UMP-45 for 10btc on: October 15, 2013, 02:00:29 AM
I guess it's just fair to do that, or maybe not flag but just a warning post.

I had indicated he was a scammer in this post because of several red flags his forum activity raised. My dilemma is whether to be proactive and flag these obvious scammers and in turn upset a bunch of people (not just the scammer himself), or sit back and wait til they rip people off?
2068  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER alert! UMP-45 for 10btc on: October 15, 2013, 01:48:33 AM
I guess I should apologize for not flagging him when I felt I should have. People tend to get butt-hurt when I flag others for "no apparent reason".
2069  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SOMEONE JUST DESTROYED MY TRUST FOR NO REASON WTF on: October 15, 2013, 01:33:43 AM
My trust is like -5 now... Nobody lends to people with bad trust period. Hell I wouldn't. He didn't have any right to mess up or even put that in my trust thing in my opinion.

Actually, I do. In fact I encourage people with bad trust to borrow from me, provided that collateral is supplied Smiley
2070  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER alert! UMP-45 for 10btc on: October 15, 2013, 12:41:01 AM
Yeah, if this guys name is Jake, you're out of luck.
2071  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER alert! UMP-45 for 10btc on: October 14, 2013, 11:04:08 PM
That TxID could be from anything. Proof linking UMP-45 to that address?

Finally, something that can run Windows smoothly.
2073  Economy / Lending / Re: Tomatocage's 0% interest loans, up to 50 BTC (collateral required) on: October 14, 2013, 08:39:16 PM
Ok, try now. I had sent it this morning but then had to VPN into work so I think that effectively cut off my Bitcoin client from the network before it could broadcast the transaction. I see it showing up on Blockchain.info now: https://blockchain.info/tx/16d0fb9523be2dfc7dcfeff3c7bad41a49c6c1c97299a1ab9a097edd529126e4

Sent 1.75 BTC to AlexC.

Transaction fee: -0.002 BTC
Net amount: -1.752 BTC
Transaction ID: 16d0fb9523be2dfc7dcfeff3c7bad41a49c6c1c97299a1ab9a097edd529126e4

Something looks incorrect from my end.

I havn't received any BTC at 1N8F6SnRLQaSgkHCD9QkMiDxHrTysMiU8g yet.
When I try to check up on the indicated transaction ID,16d0fb9523be2dfc7dcfeff3c7bad41a49c6c1c97299a1ab9a097edd529126e4, I get an error "Sorry we could not find any blocks or transactions matching this hash" from blockchain.info

Checking into it now.
2075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins most likely on mtgox? on: October 14, 2013, 05:00:35 PM
LTC and NMC no question. Beyond those though, my vote (and money) would be on Primecoin/XPM and possibly Peercoin/PPC.
2076  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: sbregar97 tried to scam me on: October 14, 2013, 04:32:59 PM
It's funny because none of the info he's threatening me with leaking is anything to do with Deb or I.  It's like he's done a facebook search for "Moore Kamloops" and posted whatever came up first.

Damn he's stupid. Everybody knows that dox extortion doesn't work at all. Look how well it worked against Pirateat40 or Joeyjmr8484. Their full dox (and immediate family members) were posted and what happened? Absolutely NOTHING.
