~ Personally, if I had to set up a casino, I would ask the owners of stake.com, bitcasino.io, and sporstbet for advice, because they are the casinos that have a great reputation and are quite old.

They surely know how to run a great business. Those listed by you, and several others presented on this forum. The question is why should they be giving such advises? Thousands of people, if not not millions, dream of creating their own online casino. Imagine all of them asking reputable and well established platforms for advice. It would be an enormous job, just replying to them. Such things should not be free, in my opinion. And the price should not be small too. So, it would be yet another budget line for a new casino opener.
2062  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: March 04, 2023, 10:41:19 AM
~ I have always thought that new casinos should be very careful, perhaps some do not have bad intentions, but we have witnessed here in the forum that relatively new casinos have the facility to deceive their players very easily and make them lose or make them withhold their funds, for this reason it is better that special care be taken at all times when operating in a new casino, I am not one of those who take too much risk to do deposits to the casino, as for the faucet, none like freebitco.in, I think no casino reaches that level.

This is the first thing we should think of, the amount of the money deposited should not be much higher than what can easily afford to lose. The second thing would be the reputation of the casino. If it's a well known and reputable one, there can't be such things as people winning with good multipliers from the faucet, and then their chances diminish after they made a deposit. Such things never happen with reputable online gambling platforms.

@Betwrong. Why are you not sharing this? We also like to win some cryptocoins like you hehehehe.

It was a crime on my part, both against humankind and against myself, because I'd love to start posting in this thread earlier. Somehow I missed it.

From the odds you are showing everyone, did you place your bet before this thread was created? The odds for Everything Everywhere was 2.50 in coinplay.com and it was 3.50 in sportsbet.io when I created this thread.

I just asked a nice girl, Ariel, from Sportsbet.io support, , providing her with the bet id, and she told me the exact date:

I reckon the last chance of All Quiet is on March 7. If odds do not reduce to 5.00, I reckon Everything Everywhere is a certainty to win the award for the best movie and the Hollywood agenda is not antiwar hehe.

Why do you think so? Why March 7?

I rewatched All Quiet yesterday, and loved the film even more. Regarding "antiwar", idk, it's more "anti aggression" to me, so,  although I adore Everything Everywhere, and will be very happy if it wins, I think  All Quiet has a good chance too, imo.

~ My initial balance was around $50 before I started playing The Bowery Boys slot.

@Betwrong which spin slot did you win on, because whenever I tried to play spin slots I always ended up losing and not that I’m complaining but I want to know which one it is. Furthermore my best day was to get some free spins, but till date I haven’t won anything big while playing the spin slots there but now I’m tempted to try it again after seeing your results.

The name of the slot was The Bowery Boys, but please don't think that you have better chances with that particular slot than with any other slot by a reputable provider. If you go to an online casino of the level of Stake, you can rest assured that all the slots presented on the platform are legit ones, meaning you will not be scammed by any of them. If they state in the slot description that the max win on this slot is, say, 20,000x of your bet, than 20,000x it is. Same goes for the RTP and everything else. So, you can win big on any slot presented on Stake, or on any other reputable casino. It all depends on luck, not on the slot. Wink

~ I think that developers of software and design of gambling interfaces are quite smart, literate people who seriously follow what players would like to see in the next updates of well-known and widely used games.  So, for example, players may not like the next update, but after trying to play and getting used to the new interface a little, most players will appreciate such recent updates positively.  And they will never use outdated versions at all.

Progress in this area of gambling cannot be stopped for  anything! Smiley

I disagree. If we are talking about slots, different gamblers prefer different slots, and the old versions that may look outdated for some, may be still desirable for others. That is why while there are many of new very sophisticated slots with amazing graphics and animation, we can still see many slots like these ones:

looking like those "good ole" slots people were playing in the past in the land-based casinos.

2069  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: February 28, 2023, 01:01:38 PM
~
That's a really good comparison, when it comes to gambling there is no segregation between the average Joe and the high rollers, we all gamble at the same casinos. It makes no sense for the casino to only focus on one type of customer, it's best to appeal to the whole community. Personally I am a small average gambler, I try to stick to smaller sizes bets and prefer to gamble longer with my  bankroll than to place a few large bets and hope to get lucky. That's why I am biased for casinos to offer more smaller size games and promotions. ~

Me too. And I think it's a fact that there are much more people betting with smaller amounts than high rollers, and, probably, all moderate gamblers like us combined generate more profits for online casinos than high rollers, although their single stakes may be hundreds times higher than those of the average Joes.
2070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Favorite Play’n Go Games and Experience on: February 28, 2023, 12:30:34 PM

I think you know how I felt yesterday when I tried again at Play N Go Moon Princess 100 in 1 hour didn't get a good return and I lost my previous win.
-snip-
Moon Princess & Moon Princess 100 are indeed more difficult to get free spins, this is what I feel. Even from my experience playing both, when getting free spins, most only get a small multiplier.

BTW, which is your favorite when it comes to getting Free spins? If I prefer 4 Free spins, high risk, high return Tongue

Getting free spins on Moon Princess is really hard, but those nice small wins like these

happen pretty often and I like that. I don't remember when I last time won free spins on Moon Princess or Moon Princess 100 or Moon Princess: Christmas Kingdom, but it wasn't this year for sure.

It would be interesting to see someone from our community winning those free spins and posting about it in this thread. (Please, guys, add the screenshots or videos to your post. It makes it all the more fun to read that way.) Good luck! Smiley

It appears the effect of All Quiet's victory in Bafta might be starting to disappear hehe. The odds for the movie is presently sitting on 10.00 from where I have placed my bet in coinplay.com on 7.42.

If on March 7 there are no more changes on the odds, I will accept reality and accept that Everything, Everywhere All At Once will be the winner for the best picture.

https://coinplay.com/line/tv-games/2434063-academy-awards-2023/159565631-academy-awards-2023-best-picture-winner

You are most likely right, my friend. Everything Everywhere All at Once is an amazing film, and if it gets the Oscar for the Best Picture, it will be well deserved. I'm not betting on it now because of the odds:

but I did bet on it in December, long before the Academy Award nominees were announced:

and the odds were 7.35 for this movie. Smiley

I also bet on Michelle Yeoh winning the Best Actress

with much better odds than today. My bets were very small, but it's never about the money for me, and so I will be very happy if it turns out I was right. Smiley
2072  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2023-02-24] Secret cryptomine discovered in routine inspection of school on: February 28, 2023, 10:56:14 AM
Stealing is bad, and stealing electricity is no different. It doesn't matter that you can't see or touch it, stealing it is still stealing. It seems that people like Nadeam Nahas don't understand it. I bet he wouldn't steal a bike from his neighbour, and yet he had stolen nearly $18,000 in electricity from the district, from his neighbours basically.

I don't want to justify him, but I want to blame people of culture, novelists, film directors, song writers etc. for making not enough efforts to explain people that things like electricity, cryptocurrencies, Wi-Fi signals and other seemingly imperceptible things can be as valuable as the things you can touch and see, and thus stealing it entails the same responsibility.

2074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Heavyweight Boxing 1st April 2023: Joshua vs Franklin on: February 27, 2023, 11:31:57 AM
Let's hope Jermaine Franklin won't let us down. Smiley
I think JollyGood is playing devils advocate because Franklin has a good record but he has not fought any one with a big name he has never been tested and he is the average boxer that gets given cans to build a career. He has a strong punch but every heavyweight has a strong punch. Franklin does not move much and his speed is average. Joshua is fast for a heavyweight and has some of the best power in the heavyweight division. If you compare the names on each boxers record then Joshua has fought the harder opponents. Franklin has barely fought any one that a casual boxing fan will know. I think Joshua makes it look easy and knocks Franklin out. He does not move and he is not faster then Joshua while Joshua has a good record against lower tier boxers and almost knocks them out every time.

That's what most gamblers think, and that's why we have those odds. If you think of it, Joshua has better chances, and you presented some good points on why. Betting on the underdog always involves hoping for something unexpected to happen. But if you turned out to be right, you are rewarded with a good multiplier of your bet. Wink

I don't understand what you are trying to say here. 18,882 EUR is around $20,126 currently which implies that the price is above the $20K mark. No confusion here. I mentioned that my second prediction would be way more optimistic earlier.

Looks like I was thinking correctly back then because BTC has been rallying consistently in recent times.

Sorry, man, my bad. I didn't notice the $ sign in your post. Thought we were talking about prices in EURO. Anyway, I wish you to win in the contest and win even more while wagering!

Tomorrow is the day. Good luck to all the participants!

(I think this time I have exactly zero chances to win with my 20,593.74 EUR and 23,275.19 EUR predictions. Some of them with 22,000 - 22,500 are going to win. But we'll see. Bitcoin is unpredictable. Smiley )
2076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: February 27, 2023, 09:49:37 AM
Betting small is the only way to last long in the game.

Why would you care about lasting long in gambling at all? That's a strange goal to have.

I'd much rather lose $100 in a minute, than keep playing whatever game for say a couple of days and lose the same amount - because then I'd also lose a lot of time, and you can't buy or win that back.

The thing is that for many people, myself included, gambling without earning anything significant, or even losing a bit of your money, is not wasting of time. We use gambling for entertainment and relaxation, not for income generation. Hence the formula: the longer you last with the money allocated for gambling the better.

It's not always like that, of course. Every gambler knows that there are times when you can't stop, and you keep betting, and you feel exhausted in the end, and some money lost on top of that, and stuff. But with those gambling for fun this happens much less often than with those playing for profit.
2077  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: February 27, 2023, 08:38:33 AM
I agree. Sometimes people decline a good job offer only because they want "a business of their own". They don't want  to work for another person or an organization, thinking that if they had their own business, they would be earning more while working less. This illusion is the biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom for many people.

People seem to think that being your own boss and not having to work for someone else is being financially free. These people would decline an attractive job that has potential future benefits in the long run.
I can say having your own business and being your own boss is not as rosy and easy as people may think. ~

Exactly. It can be very stressing. I can write a book about how stressing it can be to run your own business. I wouldn't recommend, especially to young people, even if they think that they have enough money for that, to open their own business. If you are young and have money, you should invest in your education. If you want to be financially independent in the future, don't risk all the money you have with opening your own business while uneducated. The probability of you losing everything is very high in that case.
2078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does this help you win when you're gambling? on: February 27, 2023, 08:07:27 AM
So i wanted to share the things i have noticed before when i was regularly visiting a land base casino during weekend and sometimes after work. I have noticed several times when a person was winning more than the usual in poker, i usually approach that person after he left the table what was his secret for those wins, i was literally surprised because 7 of 10 people whom i have asked answered they play gambling trying not to win but to have fun after a long tiring week of work or business.

Does anyone of you thought that playing for fun helps you think better and win with less effort especially in poker than having the mindset of trying to win? Because when you are trying your hard to win, it will make you overthink and that your mental state will get stressed out.
I think this will work for both land base and online casinos.

This is an amazing observation, and I think it is very accurate that for playing poker successfully you need a relaxed mind. And you are right, it works both for land-based casinos and online ones. For this very reason I never buy tickets for the amounts I can't easily afford to lose. I know that my eagerness to win will ruin the game for me.
2079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: February 26, 2023, 11:41:15 AM
~

Well, there are many chess players who have left chess alone to dedicate themselves to poker, this means that the most pioneering people in a sport want to earn money and they know that one way to do it is with poker, I see poker as similar to trading , because you can win or lose, but the greatest responsibility is to make the most appropriate decision, and if you make a mistake, the mistake is ours and there is not much error left attributable to luck, as some do to hide from others, or to avoid shame , I am the opposite, when I lose I say so and if I do not find the reason, then I know that others can see the errors and tell me.

Maybe it's because I play poker much more often that I trade crypto currencies, but I believe that poker is more skill-based than trading. I mean, in poker you can really affect course of the game by your actions, and whether you win or lose depends on what you do more than on luck. In trading if you are not a multi-billionaire you can do nothing about the exchange rate in the future. You only have to be skillful in evaluating the probability of your "win", while in poker you can do much more, you can still win even if your initial evaluation turned out to be wrong.

Bet on the Biggest Night in Cinema - The Oscars!

The Oscars are almost here! On 13th March, the 95th Academy Awards will celebrate the year 2022 in film. Bet on your favorite categories at FreeBitco.in, including:

Best Picture
Best Director
Best Actor
Best Actress

and more...

Time to put efforts on this betting section. Just loving the fact that I can now bet on Oscar winners as well which happens to be one of the awaited show around the globe. I just hope that all those sleepless nights I had watching the drama and films will give me some chance of predicting right answers and help me bet on the highest odds.

I think it’s time we should start discussing about the same.

For the best actor: it seems competition is already taking leap with Austin Butler and Brendan Fraser with highest odds. It’s time to start betting on both of them with luck factor. GL everyone.

I'm too very glad that we can bet on the Oscars on FreeBitco.in now. I've already made a couple of bets:

What about you, guys? Let's discuss it here. I think the odds for Turning Red are great on FreeBitco.in. Better than anywhere by a wide margin. And I love this film, and I think it has a chance to win. Not a big one, but certainly bigger than 5%.
