2061  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we back to the bull market? on: October 21, 2020, 08:43:37 AM
A few moments ago, BTC crossed 12k$. Many analysts said, if we cross 12k$ we will be back to the bull market. What do you think? Is it a fake out or we are back to the bull market?
I can't go against bitcoin trend ..
I always doing what most people didn't do it , for instance when people says that ethereum bullish and everyone buy them as much as possible i do the other way by start selling piece by piece.
But with bitcoin? I can't go against this , it's happened to me the crazy experience back in early 2017 where the price move from $500 to $1,000 within a couple months and i guess i have to stop thinking more profit and go against people's bull thought to sell them off.

But guess what? The price is unstoppable move up reached peak $20,000 by the end of that year! Shit i should have been holding and become a millionaire by today.
20 times from now on is not impossible, $200k by the end of 2021 , come on!
Give us one more unstoppable run , a dramatic surge to $100k at least. We have seen YFI breaking the record of nearly $40k , we want more than that.
2062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 21, 2020, 05:30:01 AM
First win for Pirlo in Champions as a coach, a game dominated by Juventus versus, at least this evening, a week opponent.

2 goals from Morata, Chiellini injured, and maybe Bonucci too.

Watching PSG-Man U this evening sad that Pogba will be not in the starting XI
Pogba not starting the match doesnt impact the game negatively and i think it just a way for Ole trying new strategy to see if Alex can actually perform well if giving the chance Pogba had. However, today Manchester United game was awesome and I respected how they were able to defeat PSG at home and I can see they are now topping the table.
Another game i respected was the Juventus game with the absence of Ronaldo which led to some people saying Ibrahimovic impact the club than Ronaldo.
Speaking of the Man United game against the PSG, although Pogba did start the match but I dont think you guys are aware that the just Manchester United broke a new record of winning 10 consecutive away games winning for the first time in their history.
So you are telling me that th3 b3st club 1n pr3mi3r leagu3 has never achieved such record?  Grin during their 100 years ++ existence?

Alright, congratulations for that. Despite Manchester united being an underdogs in the last few seasons i guess since ole take over the job or even since before that? You'll always get a generous high odds from the bookies especially in a situation like covid19 virus still exist everywhere around the globe causing uncertainty, Manchester United often bring a surprise to the table. That's what i like betting against the odds thesedays. Delicious! Manchester united to win were at 4.5 , that's not so bad as i thought the match might ended with just a draw. Good job ole.
2063  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How wallets make money? It is worse than you think. on: October 19, 2020, 11:45:27 PM
Maybe they should consider make their wallet open-source again since they could obtain volunteer who,
1. maintain code for specific cryptocurrency/token
2. run full node/server which used to obtain address transaction history

I thought that most wallets make through the fee for each transaction. They will put a small mark up with the transaction fees and that's it. I didn't know that they're asking the same thing just as the exchanges to keep a coin listed and supported.

Most likely fee you see on most wallet are transaction fee which taken by miner (for altcoin it might be people who stake coin/run node), not fee which taken by developer of the wallet.
Is there any guarantee that the wallet would last for long if it's open-sourced?

Since the whole project might be voluntary worked and the one that could makes them keep working , kepp updating the wallet is money, i can't see any guarantee an open-sourced wallet could survive for long time enough. That's why there must be something to gain , listing fee is just one of them but for reasonable one asking 2btc for just a maintenance reason is way too much, they are not an exchange though.
2064  Economy / Economics / Re: Why criminals prefer cash (Fiat) on top of crypto? on: October 19, 2020, 10:25:08 PM
Bitcoin, actually, got its popularity thanks to not quite honest people in this world who used Silk Road!
And still remains the number 1 currency in Darknet... Not Monero, not fiat, just Bitcoin! Wink

So true.

Without these people I don't think Bitcoin will be as popular as it is right now. They are the ones making transactions in these illegal sites generating more transactions making Bitcoin popular. There are other things that people did to make Bitcoin popular, one of them is the 10000 bitcoin pizza.
The world is changing tife after time .. and it's a bit irony to know that thesedays you need something controversial to get popular and in this case yes indeed those bad things involved criminals taking advantage on crypto characteristics that in the first sight it was perfect method to run the crime action in smooth way. We have witnessed that nowadays people blackmailing by asking for bitcoins .. money laundering through bitcoins etc

That's all what makes bitcoin known , yeah unfortunately such terrible moments are the one that makes cryptocurrency talked by the whole world, that's okay for the first step as long as it didn't last forever that bitcoin knwon as such bad thing.
2065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 19, 2020, 10:02:47 PM
West Brom 0-0 Burnley (HT)
I could have guessed this game would he a bore draw, let’s hope for more excitement in the 2nd half.

Well now that's the 6th draws of the week!

Is it a new record? You know having 6 matches ended with a draw in a matchweek it's incredibly rare. The 0-0 or 1-1 might be normal tho .. but have 3-3 , 2-2 and other big numbers at the same time it's just abnormal.
Should we stop betting on favorites during this pandemic? As that's all what i feel, the game has changed.
The low odds mostly beaten!

Leeds v Wolves should be a better game later.
Even though leeds dominated the whole game , it's fact but sadly wolves managed to get one effective attack and it was Jimenez through his shot from 20 yards and deflected to kalvin Phillips.
Unfortunate leeds, they still remain become a black horse as a newly promoted club. Decent odds on them but this underdog should be really considered as a killer of big teams.
2066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people avoid bitcoin? on: October 19, 2020, 02:42:23 PM
I think because bitcoin not yet legal in several countries. So they (people) still in doubt do it transaction using bitcoin.
Maybe you can share their reasons ?
Yupp one of many reasons is that even though they know how bitcoin has a lot more benefits than any other payment  processor such western union that charge you extremely a lot. It's not that easy when you realized that to have an access to convert bitcoin into your own currency is forbidden and too complicated to find a way out of that problem especially for a newcomer .. so that time they decided to look for another way which they think it's better to pay the fee rather than confused think to look for the solution.

That's what i found when i talk to someone who work overseas and want to transfer the money through bitcoin but things looks impossible to do.
2067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 19, 2020, 10:36:30 AM
Midweek will be the inaugural match for the Champions League in the group stage, maybe at the beginning of this round there will be no interesting matches because it is almost certain that the big clubs will have no trouble qualifying for the next round, but there are several groups that will experience difficulties like Inter Milan. who must face tough opponents to qualify for the next round. However, it is too early to predict who will qualify for the group stage. Big teams will have no trouble qualifying for the breakup stages like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus and Paris Saint Germain.
You better to not forget that the last few weeks league matches there a lot of surprises!

Aston villa hammering liverpool on 7-2 thriller
Hoffenheim beat bayern munich 4-1

And the latest one..
Barcelona lost 0-1 to getafe
Tottenham draw 3-3 after leading 3-0

Can't really mention all of them, too much unexpected results and Champions League could be the next one.
Let's put on moneyline for the underdogs and see how profitable it is.
2068  Economy / Economics / Re: rich people super rich are taking loans now why? what it means ? on: October 19, 2020, 09:50:57 AM
As a result of pandemic banks were forced to give loans for very less interest rates so rich people are using this opportunity and take loans to invest on something, they know how to make money so its just a free gift for them.
+1
The other reasons is that the money held in the banks need to be in circulation especially during these crazy tough times where recession happened almost in every single country around the world, so yeah sometimes the banks themselves more to force us to take loan with very interesting offers.. they need to bring the money out and those hyper businessman won't just stand there seeing the big opportunity to make more money passes.

I still think that till this date , the uncertainty will last little longer and the opportunity to taking loan and make more money out of it through the financial market uncertainty includes cryptocurrency market which looks sexier than ever.
2069  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin sportsbook bonuses on: October 19, 2020, 07:46:56 AM
I think it's reasonable enough on how there's not much sportsbook holding a welcome bonus promotion even with 40x rollover... it's too often such rollover cleared in sportsbetting. I remember how coinbet24 held the welcome bonus and they discontinued that for some reasons which i believe it's not profitable for them.
A lot of people interested in this kind welcome bonus but unfortunately they aware about that marketing strategy isn't really meant to be there to grow the business.

100% welcome bonus a lot available in fiat sportsbook even it's as low as $25 or so but not in crypto sportsbook, why is that tho?
2070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 19, 2020, 05:04:44 AM
this was the round of draws:

Everton 2 - 2 Liverpool

Chelsea 3 - 3 southampton

sheffield 1 - 1 fulham

Crystal Palace 1 - 1 Brighton

Tottenham 3 - 3 West Ham

I wonder how much money people must have lost in these games
Fuck bruh.

I didn't realize there 5 draw in the first week of premier league after the international break. Wonder how much the total odds for those 5 draws accumulated too , must be crazy odds combined as a parlay!
Moreover the amount of goals scored pretty scary to see especially those people who love to play under goals , that's a nightmare that happened once in your whole life.
The Premier League are indeed feel like a friendly match thesedays.
2071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 18, 2020, 07:28:57 PM
I think you are too emotional and your enthusiasm, it will be dangerous for you
There are some things that humans don't know about, one of which is death
If I were you, what I would do is still make a $ 500 purchase every month this is less risky
this is the worst case scenario when you get fired, who knows? unless you are ready for all the risks that I convey you may be more daring than me
At some point you'll have a thought to go yolo to take higher and higher risk once in lifetime ..

Such action to take loans is reasonable as long as you do understand the whole market situation.. the technical factors etc. Not just buying it blindly.
Never do that if it was for speculation purpose, you'll ended up in misery. That's the point.
2072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 18, 2020, 05:52:41 PM
Ibrahimovic is a legend!!!
Even in this age that he is, he is able to win difficult matches and lead his team to get the 3 points.
Congratultions to them for winning and staying on the first place in the league table. Would that be a good season for Milan and return to the Champions League again?
He said ' milano has never had a king, they have a god ' typical ibrahimovic.. we love to see and heard him saying something out of the box like this lol.
But yeah since ibrahimovic arrived it seems he carries ac milan .. i just can't imagine ac milan without ibrahimovic as he often scored goals in a crucial match like  against inter yesterday.

I'm not sure if they could become a real threat for Juventus in serie A title race , the squad depth needed as in this pandemic situation it's often a player got infected by the virus and can't go to play. Fighting for Champions League spot is still reasonable.
2073  Economy / Exchanges / Re: localbitcoins is still exisiting im surprised on: October 17, 2020, 10:41:34 PM
I'm not using local bitcoins often but when i needed it .. i mean it's like the last few option to acquired your bitcoin as buying through an exchange are impossible like what most people talked above on how certain country completely ban bitcoin activity such as in india or pakistan , I've once had an experience in the past when I'm going to make a deal and the payment method i preferred is bitcoin and the receiver of this payment are Pakistani living in india and found out that is impossible to go through this deal until i look for localbitcoins solution and everything just went well.

It's not the most ideal to make a transaction for me , but given the fact that there's no option but using localbitcoins .. that is very helpful in some cases.
2074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: October 17, 2020, 10:11:37 PM
Football is really changing no one can predict it now.
No more big team and no more smaller team anyone can win and any team can lose. Weather big or small.
Barcelona  should realise passing the ball around is not enough to win the game. They missed the chance going top of the table as Real Madrid also lose earlier tonight. Smiley
This corona thing f*cking up the world , there's too much strange results thesedays in football , start from the unusual goals scored in one giornada  ... favorites teams got defeated unexpectedly at the same time, and many more might coming .
Holyshit .. I'm not sure if the bookmakers or we are as a bettor get more benefits because of this. The favorites teams like Barcelona and real madrid have 2x multiplier even they play at home! Guess that the fans pressure when they able to attend to the stadium has a big impact in both the result and odds making.

I bet there's a lot of beautiful parlay with nice payout busted because of these two unexpected result.
It's just really strange seeing getafe, granada, cadiz and real betis on top of the table . This is extraordinary.
2075  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: October 17, 2020, 01:44:36 PM
Everything was free until someone from cowboy land claimed himself can make something out of that free stuff. They called it a business.. well fuck that business classic aliby .
The first bank in history known (monte pio) built to help middle class people , now it's transformed into a monster.. destroy the middle class with its high bank interest , fees and many more cruel services.

Unfortunately those banks now backed by the most powerful businessman in the world , warren buffet is one of them. You can't leave that fact , banks will always find a way to remain exist , even if we don't need it they will come after us, even we have a solution in this decentralized thing , we still need banks. Yet it doesn't mean we can't live without banks though.
2076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 17, 2020, 01:26:27 PM
Its 2 -2 by now. Everton is really good. Ancelotti does change the face of the club and make them become stronger than ever. I believe Everton will go a long way this season. Who knows. They might become the champion of the season like what Leicester did in 2016. Make your big bet on this black horse and definitely, they will not make your regret
I know this kind topic will appears ..

The thing is that winning a league requires a well built mentality, so far so good for everton but doesn't mean it would be easy to maintain it even in case they managed to stay on top for the first half of the season.. things in Premier League could changed in secs!
Still yeah there's no harm to put $20 or $50 in it , the odds won't be as great as Leicester 5,000x but I'm sure it would worth the risk too if you do it by now in early season.

It's 2-3 now anyway.. Liverpool scored through Henderson at 90+3' with great assist from mane , everton played with 10 mean tho after richarlisson sent off.
Liverpool takeover the top spot for now.
2077  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos with free withdrawal fees on: October 17, 2020, 10:56:32 AM
I just helping others who looking for the casinos / sportsbooks that offering free withdrawal fee but found out that none of them trusted enough , so yeah just giving my option though, no disrespectful intended.

Are you referring to the sites listed on this topic? If so, I can fully agree with that statement.
Fortunejack, Luckybit, Sportsbet, Bitcasino, do you think that these site are not trusted enough?

Yuppp.
I'm not saying those sites you mentioned above aren't trusted enough tho. Just saying those people who struggle to find that rare criteria that having zero withdrawal fee would instead served by bunch of unpopular, new and low rated casino lists which it's vulnerable for the newcomer to get lured to play there. Let's just stop it here we might misunderstanding to each other about this , i appreciate all of your response and opinions though.

Added:
Jacksclub.io
See? I never heard this jacksclub.io panjul07 , more random casinos coming tho ...

You have never heard about it does not mean that it is just a random casino, you need to explore the gambling board more IMO.
Jacksclub has their own official ANN thread in this forum since months ago, I have tried this site and participated in some of their tournament in the last few weeks.
FYI, Jacksclub is managed/owned by someone who were Rollin.io's team.

@Yogee, why dont you put the ANN thread of each listed casino or a direct link to the official website (both will be better).

That's better, to avoid misleading information... as anyone could Added random sites to the list.
2078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Not User Friendly Yet on: October 16, 2020, 11:32:52 PM
Just like internet ...
Years ago , people not interested in internet due how complex to operate it and not much people can afford to get the access.
Now everything is about internet, people make a living there and yeah internet become the premier needs as time goes by , as everyone else adopted to how this world running  ..

The same thing could happened to bitcoin where as time goes by .. using digital money is inevitable. It's the matter of time though.

Digital money has long existed... For example, PayPal or banking applications...
So, you need to prove to people that they need to decentralize or Blockchain, not money!
Well you can't jump talk about decentralized stuff .. blockchain stuff .. they would get dizzy.

Introduce how this shit actually a digital money , then talk about the difference. Paypal bla bla bla .. indeed they are existed long time ago yet some people don't understand how that's work still till this date , so yeah that's a big challenge.. big task to Introduce the whole concept of bitcoin as a decentralized digital money.
This education to know decentralized concept won't be available urgently needed for now , but in the future they would forced to educate themselves about this as they will need it.

I don't think that people want to know how the phone works when they talk on it! Or how TCP/IP protocols work when people put likes on Facebook to their favorite celebrities! Grin
With bitcoin it can be the same ... Downloading a wallet to your smartphone is not very difficult.... Wink
The bolded part is your contradictive statements..
Now I'm confused which one is your origin notion? The one who ask me to prove to people about the decentralized/ blockchain? Or the other that tell me you don't have to know things work?
The one that ask me to convince people 'it's blockchain all you need!' Just convince them like that? Without explaining how it works? Is there any other way mate?

The point is that bitcoin still a taboo thing and whenever someone try to approach to use it they are mostly struggling to understand how it's started.
2079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question: Is there any websites where I can gamble crypto under 18? on: October 16, 2020, 10:26:14 PM
How the F he knew about gambling since 15?

Oh Well yeah i think it's the environment... when people around you talk so much about gambling and then as a human nature you'll be curious and find out by yourself , try it for once or twice and then feeling good at first.
Eventhough it's not advisable to gamble by under 18 , it's online world! come on noone knows if you are 18 , 40 , 70 or even if you are an alien! Until of course if they asked you for a KYC .
Grow up and learn about responsibility first and then noone will stop you to do whatever you want , the rules invented for good reasons so you better obey it.
2080  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a new $2 trillion bill bring back the US economy to pre pandemic levels. on: October 16, 2020, 04:24:59 PM
The last time they had a similar stimulus measure was sometime in 2009-10, after the economic recession. It helped in restarting the economy, but most of the money was used in recapitalizing major banks and other corporations. Very small fraction ended up with small and medium-sized businesses. I hope that this time it will not be the case. Because small and medium sized businesses are disproportionately affected, and they need this help badly.
It's happens everywhere not just in US where small & medium business disproportionately affected.

But here we talk about US gov stimulus specifically. People do care so much due how big the impact of US investors into crypto market, large groups of investor bluntly announced they are doing crypto business... become a large financial advisor in crypto market and so on.
People now will get back to their business to have more than just primary needs with stimulus in hand as nothing to worry about how the future looks like with economic collapse, they do need this stimulus but could always be a boomerang as well.
Then,
What if the stimulus failed? I'm sure the instant effect will take place just like we are all witnessed the price of bitcoin moving fast from $10k to $11.5k . More than just like that , the economic damage is there haunting.
Beware , this gonna be a crucial moment.
