i think between a job and bitcoin have correlation because for now i work with bitcoin like doing trading for example, i consider this is my jobs and what i am trade is bitcoin and altcoins. and i think bitcoin is able to change the level of a person's life for the better and that person can make a lot of money from bitcoin. |

I know maybe a little bit about bitcoin right now, I haven't bought any yet. All I've done is play some stupid gambling games like pocketdice ( fuck that ). Now after researching, I decided that I wanted to get serious about bitcoin... I know I should just Google it, but I wanna know more from the people here who are pros at this business... As a newbie, how should I start it? Should I buy BTC and just hold it? Is there any trustful and safe ways to profit it? Is investing in cloudmining like Genesis a good thing? ( probably not ). One reason why peoples not using litecoin regularly is just because bitcoin is still exist. When bitcoin is gone, litecoin will be dominate crypto currency. We don't use litecoin because the price is under $100, you can look back how bitcoin is not interested when the price is just $5.
And this happen on litecoin. Imho
so if bitcoin is gone, i don't think that litecoin will be dominate crypto currency because there are many chance and opportunity for other coins that have big volume than litecoin and i don't think that the other coin will stay and not act because they want to be the king. i think the reason is there are other option to us to select which coin that could give us big profit and there are coins like zec, eth, xmr, etc that can do this. |

Nope, i don't use any strategy. i wish there was one working strategy, but in game of luck the strategies don't work. i think my biggest loss would be ~4 btc.(in 2012) Did you recover your loss or stop gambling ? No, unfortunately i did not recover my loss, actually i quit gambling for long time and now i gamble in controlled manner/for fun with least amount possible.  Many people lost a lot of money in the process of recovering their earlier losses. The reason is simple, gambling is not for making money, but we need to spend money to enjoy these games. But most of the people thinks other way and try to find ways to earn money and end up losing money in gambling. Yup,that's the risk in gambling mate,we can't really tell whether we will or not. That's why we tried and tried until we win,that it ends up losing more of the times. So grab the chance when there is,when the momentum strikes then push your luck but if it not show any possibility of winning better stop. Learn to control. well its really hard but it is the best practice to learn when to stop and control yourself a lots of time we forget about limitations, the more we carried away the more we lose our control and the big possibility to ruin our game. it is not good to continue playing gambling just to recover our loss because its only makes us get more loss and many people has proven this. if you can learn from this then i am sure that you can control yourself and you can stop the games when you think that you are not have a luck and only lost in gamble. |

Even money isn't a problem when gambling, i still wouldn't gamble because i could do something else such as my hobbies for fun or invest my money on stock, bitcoin or another type of trading. But, i might gamble if i play together with my friends its good for you so you can safe your money for another purpose. but i think if money would not be a problem to me, i will continue to play gambling because playing gambling is fun activity that we can do especially we play together with our friends. but i will not playing gambling for every day because its not good for me, better to play in once a week. |

i think i can make a good living trading for btc but i am not using paxful for the third party because i am directly contact my friends when i want to sell or buying bitcoin so its more easier to me. so far, i think i can handle and make a good amount in trading so i will increase the chance to make more profit. |

I personally believe the disadvantages i am going to state will probably be an advantage in the near future :-
First of all there are only a few countries that accept bitcoin
Even only a few famous companies accept bitcoin.
Secondly , very few people prefer to trade in Bitcoin.
Moreover , only few people (by few i mean 5% of the total population) know about bitcoin.
So these are the disadvantages of bitcoin which they have to overcome.
I beg to differ my brother, even though Bitcoin isn't known to many people worldwide as we'd appreciate but the population of people involved in bitcoins would topple all countries around the world individually except China, India and a few. The real disadvantage of bitcoin in my opinion is rather its lack of proper security systems to check its negative usage(ie. Money laundering, drugs,, etc.) by "bad" people and organizations that's hindering its full-time implementation by governments around the globe. In my opinion the items that you mentioned can really bring huge disadvantages to bitcoin. If Money Laundering, tax evasion, drugs, selling of weapons and other illicit activities will continue to rise the government will possibly ban bitcoin to stop this illegal activities. But aside from that the slow transactions also is the big problem and existence of scammer and hackers is the main disadvantage in bitcoin that must be resolve fast. with the biggest disadvantages of bitcoin, then i think that team behind of bitcoin will fixing the problems and make it work properly. beside that, i think bitcoin community itself will prevent for illegal activity that being used by bad people, because i am sure that bitcoin user is a solid community that want bitcoin to be mass adoption in every where. |

In the mind of the gamblers, we are always positive to win despite of the fact that our chances is low, but who cares, that makes it more exciting to be optimistic.
No matter if you are optimistic or pessimistic, it wont make any difference at all. Actually the chances are quite high depending on how low the return that you want to get. If you wish to get high return then it is not possible to have high chance of getting it and if you wish a small return thrn the chances are very highAnd still you might lose two or even three times in a row playing with 90% winning chance. I've seen it before. A guy was betting 10k with 90% win chance having 1k profit on win. After losing a bet he raised the betting amount to 100k to recover the lost 10k, but he lost again. Then he raised the betting amount to 0.01 and lost it too. and its mean that guy is only loss much of amount in gambling and its not good for us too and i think everyone looses in the long run and it makes us to hard to recover our loss because the chance is small and without luck, we can not recover all of our money. |

That is true, dice has claimed so many people who tried their luck and hoped they would beat the casino. But in the end they were the ones who were defeated. That's how it is. They all go broke trying and only a minute few do get some profits out of it. I do recommend people to just stop it, they won't win against the casino. playing dice is trying to test our luck but only few people can get the big profit because so far, i am see that don't work for all of gamblers but i think there any method that will work to win some money from dice games. but i think if i never made any profits in dice games, then i will not play for some times and i will trying to change my games. |

I would say sports(If you have the knowledge). But, if you need to stick to the casinos, I would say stick with Poker or Blackjack. $50 a day EVERYDAY is almost impossible though. They call it Gambling for a reason. It's not called winning

Yeah, sad but true, so we need to understand first how gambling will control our life if we get addicted in to it, especially to those who are already has a responsible in life.
Gambling dont control your life, you do . This is a totally fail reasoning that people made up in their life so that they wont really be seen as a failure. Some people ruined their life because they are addicted to it however Im pretty sure that they were the one that didnt consider to stop when people has asked them to stop The sad thing is that there are gamblers that they are letting gambling control their whole life and it is a very a bad thing that there are people like that. It is hard to cure with this type of mentality and you are just letting gambling conquer with everything on your life. There are also some gamblers that wants to come out of their addiction but still do have hard time with it. Yes, gambling does not control anyones life. A person is in control of its body. No casinos can ever control your body. The addiction you are having is the result of your mind being confuse. But you still have the chance to change as any addiction can be stop by proper social care. Spending time with your family can help you get rid of addiction. no doubt for this and as long as we can control our self in gambling, then i think we can avoid to become addiction in gambling so we need to manage our mind in gambling to not push ourself to get winning. but if we are losing control and become greedy, then i am sure that we are going into the dark hole and we only getting loss and its hard to recover our loss. |

I usually start betting when I've got 0.1-0.2 BTC, or somewhat same in altcoins. The goal is a round number, like 1 BTC I have lost many times 0.7 - 0.8 BTC's while triing to reach my goal... I should have been stopped. However it was so close, I wasn't able  it is too much amount for me for just make a bet for playing gambling, i can not imagine what will be happen with me if i am loss in that amount. it would be good for us to get a nice winning but so far, i am lost much of amount but its not in a second loss, but its for many times i am playing gambling. |
