The best idea is to pre-generate plenty of addresses, encrypt wallet with AES-256 (7-zip supports it) and store it both at home and in various online places (GMail, file hostings, etc).

Using e-wallet runned by untrusted individual who even doesn't provide his real name is totally stupid. Who lost money here could only blame himself.

Is there a countdown timer? You said on previous pages that it has been implemented but I don't see it. I just see "come back after a few minutes" when I try to request free coins.
Come back after an hour. Currently timer counts only with 1 hour step. If case of less than 1 hour appears message "come back after a few minutes". I will fix that and show remaining time with 1 min precision.

1. A captcha
2. Not allowing emails from disposable email address sites
3. Possibly IP checks, also check if IP is a known proxy IP

My faucet have implemented similar methods, but despite this few hundred cheating attempts was prevented using additional statistical algorithm. If I would checked ONLY with methods you described above my faucet would be dry now.

I don't think people will make up a fake email just to have a chance at winning..
People will not, but robots can do this easy.

It's ran by ads, so the more hits the better.
These hits are worthless, advertisers want that real people see their ads not bots or cheaters.

Bankrupt? How? Do you even understand how this lottery works?
I good understand. If you don't provide enough bot and cheater protection, no advertiser will want to place ad on your site.

P.S. I am running ad sponsored faucet and can tell you that there were few hundreds attempts to cheat me and get a ridiculous amount of 0.0005 BTC or even less.

How do you prevent multiple requests by one person?

It is quite difficult task. If you cannot do this most probably your service will go bankrupt after few days.
I spent about a month to write a heuristic statistical analyzer that detects fraudulent behavior and it already rejected thousands suspicious requests on my site, but even so it doesn't give 100% probability. Checking e-mail and IP is not enough definitely.

Technical savvy user can easily cheat you by registering many emails and requesting ticket via proxy or TOR node, diluting winning chance of legitimate users.
2090  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anyone use StrikeSapphire from within the US? on: August 01, 2011, 08:04:59 PM
Send me 10 BTC and I will register at your site from super-private VPN (which is not in your blacklist) and provide any documents you will ask from me. If you could catch me, I will refund.

P.S. I am just proving that methods you use are not sufficient to guarantee U.S. players detection thus have no defense in court.

Отдача (CTR) примерно 2%, что является довольно неплохим показателем.

Nice site. But how do you plan to protect buyers from fraudulent sellers? Your service just opened and there are no any sellers history and feedbacks.

I tried with IE. When I used Firefox, there was no problem. So for the future, I will always use Firefox for your website :-)
I will add to FAQ that old versions of IE are not supported.
