so mining-dutch still has the old 42 up for mining? thats weird. i couldnt find any other spot to mine 42.
and now i have all this 42 coin and nothing to do with it. Sad
Brazilman37

Check Lasergun's PM. From now on 42 can only be bought, PoW mining is possible but the reward is only 0 + tx fees, so your best bet would be to buy it Smiley
It's getting exchanged here for BTC: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=42_BTC

wow and right now the price is at 4.15btc per 42-coin? i cant even afford one btc let along one 42-coin. lol
i wish they had a posting on the 42 mining page letting people know that is the old chain user beware. instead they have a notice up saying there is a backend issue and they are looking into it. lol
im hoping to exchange what i have that i mined, i learnt my lesson the hard way again. lol

It was 0.11btc on the old chain. You can buy like even 0.00001 if you want Cheesy

the withdrawal fee from cryptopia is only 0.00000002 42.
Also i sent request to coinmarketcap to change their listing from the old chain to the new one, let's see if they are willing to do it.
fees is 0.00000002 - then the price of X10000 vs bitcoin ))

Haha, let's hope so. that would give us a market cap of 420000 BTC which is roughly 375 100 000 USD.

up up, account still up for sale, price lowered to 6$.
You will not possibly find any account cheaper for CS:GO, the price is really low.
Also remember the hours of work put onto this account, basically im giving this for free except there is a small payment fee of 6 $ Tongue

Is the campaign still going on? Also what would be the estimated shipping time to finland?
I assume that you are shipping from USA if it takes that many weeks for international.
Cheers, Onni

We found a quote from one of our backers, Anthony Di Lorio.  I believe he was an Ethereum Founder and started the Jaxx wallet system:

Looks very good, looks like QTUM is gaining alot of attention currently. Just wait untul launch, that is when there will be even more attention. Cool

Cryptopia currently charges 0.01 for 42 withdrawal, i made a support ticket and asked them to lower the fee because i think the current fee is ridicolous as hell.

Admin replied that withdrawal fee and minimum withdrawal ammount has now been updated.

Thank you for the update lasergun! Im very happy to hear that.
Also everyone please do join us at: https://kiwiirc.com/client/chat.freenode.net/?nick=username&theme=cli##42coin

If we want to success, we need to build a community. It's easy to go there, and if you want to signup on  the freenode services, you'll only need to enter "/msg nickserv register nicknamehere emailhere" we do not have much people there yet but i do think that if we want to success we need to build an community.

Hello to all,
I am fairly new to this coin and looking forward to being a part of the conversations here. I am mining on Mining Dutch and noticed they have a notice up that they are having backend issues and have halted payouts. Is there anyway of knowing if this is a short term problem or a long term one? Also, is there a plan for a mobile wallet for this coin?
Thank you all and forgive me if this in the wrong format or not done correctly. I accept any corrections form seasoned veterans here.
Have a great day,
Brazilman37
 Cheesy

You are mining on the old chain, i that you cannot even swap them anymore. Only way would be to buy coins from new chain on cryptopia.

2091  Economy / Services / Re: OroCoin [ORO] Translation Bounties - Earn up to 0.01 Per Translation! on: January 16, 2017, 06:10:35 PM

i'm to complete the task on or before January 15th sir but why Bounty payments will be sent on or before January 31st?

ok fix me waiting

Because one of the most important parts of the task is keeping the threads updated, so we want to allow a bit of time for us to make sure that is occurring as agreed.

I could be trusted to it sir
I do not in doubt
I need BTC sir
Can you send it now?

Not trying to sound toxic but, to me it seems like you have been translating the whole "translated" ann thread with google translator, read the rules please. It clearly says when the payment happens, if you have been following the rules.
2092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Spectrecoin [SPEC] Untraceable Tx | Ring Signatures | Tor | Exchanges on: January 16, 2017, 03:11:48 PM
Can mine this coin?
Thanks

No, 20m spectre was generated at genesis block, rest are generated by PoS (Proof of stake).
I kind of miss fair coin launches where there is no premine or ICO's, only pure mining.

Source: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/spec/block.dws?1.htm

The thing is that it is difficult to run a coin without any funds. I have been part of many so called fair launches and many are now dead and buried because they have no funds.
Yeah i understand premine, but ICO's are always shady as fu*k. That's why i never buy into ICO's. Too many devs run after getting the ICO funds, that is why i am very skeptic.

Do you mean they charge  0.01% of the coin or 0.01 42?

They charge 0.01 42 for withdrawal, not percent. I already did send a ticket but they closed it and did not even answer. Seems like they don't really want people to withdraw from there. If we go with current rate of 42btc/ 1/42coin it would be 0.42 btc withdrawal fee (of course there is no much volume but still) since sending from wallet the fee is only around 0.00000003 42.

I pmed you. I have pretty much knowledge of basic linux functions, so i think i am the man for the job. Also i enjoy working with them, so i think we should stay in contact Smiley
I have also ran a cryptonote pool, and i do currently run a node for 42coin (new chain).

The dev has left and never updates this thread ,it's now up to all holders on how they will increase the value of this coin, almost caught everybody here with his scamming plan,I don't know if those buying this coin still aware of the issue, well invest what you can afford.

I never invested on the ico, just bought around 600k to see if i can make any profit with it, investing on a coin that has no wallets or source avaible is generally a bad idea.
4.58BTC volume currently on C-CEX, we'll see if we can make into the top markets today. only 7.74 BTC at sells before 10 sat, thats not really that much to be honest.
2098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XBY - Bitmox ** ICO CROWDFUNDING LIVE NOW ** ZeroCoin Anonimity + BaaS on: January 16, 2017, 01:08:17 PM
I will take part but I will gather the bounties and go from there. If it survives that long I can reevaluate the situation. Unless I make a huge mistake and I should have bought more and then it is too late later on. Though we dont know what will happen exactly only predict to a degree .

Setup a buy on 1 sat if you want to buy more, as you can see the volume is going up. Yesterday someone told about xby pump happening today, i just bought incase that happens. It would be nice if there was even a source for this coin.

Guys remove your walls from c-cex, the volume is growing. No need to sell low.

You guys are idiots! if you upload a .rar file for the love of god don't change it to .zip because that's annoying, it causes the downloader to spend 11 hours trying to figure out why it won't decompress. don't be a dumbass and change the extension. if it's a .rar UPLOAD IT as a .rar

what file is this in relation to? lol

the wallet .zip and the blockchain .zip windows 7 native zip archiver won't open it, says it's not a zip file, after hours of screwing with it I figured out it's a .rar file and you changed the extension from .rar to .zip before uploading. change it back to .rar and reupload it plz.

verge-qt-win.zip needs to me renamed to verge-qt-win.rar and reuploaded.
same with the blockchain one. you're not the only coin that did this, it seems every one of them do that and it's annoying. don't change the file extension, keep the correct file extension.

uhmm.. im pretty sure its a winrar .zip archive and not actually a .rar file..  if you are having issues with alot of files "seeming" to be .zip's but they appear to be .rar's, you should get winrar or 7zip..

well that's what you did wrong, use winzip, not winrar. winrar zip archives are actually rar archives. you have to change the file extension to .rar and use universal extractor, universal extractor and windows native zip utility detects it as a .rar. use winzip. winrar is useless to windows users.

thats completely bizarre. im a native linux user, but i have been using windows for a long time. i guess you learn something new every day =]

I'm kinda stuck on windows, some of the coins I mine are only available as windows QT wallets, their sources are visual studio project files, written in visual C languages with a QT type interface so even cross compiling them on linux isn't even possible.

I think that dev who does not pay attention to source that can be compiled on UNIX/Linux should not be developing coins on the first place.
