Most of the banks around the world are not "Bitcoin friendly". I have seen so many bankers having negative feelings on Bitcoin transactions.
To OP: I think you should try lavapay. It completes the transaction mostly before 24 hours and works perfect for UK.
And never do trading with people who have negative trust or who have very less history in trading.

The op has gotten right his prediction and bitcoin has finally surpassed gold in price it will be interesting to see if bitcoin can stay there for some time or if gold will overtake bitcoin on the next weeks regardless of that these last months have been eventful for bitcoin and I’m glad to be part of it.
Yes. Crossed the gold value and increasing still. I don't feel it is right to compare Bitcoin with gold but those are the two major investments used by people around the globe so.. The major advantage with Bitcoin is that you can mine it where as you can't do the same with gold. So Bitcoin will always be better than gold.  |

Yes, a trustworthy person for both the parties of a transaction. There are some deals in which the 2 parties won't be mutually agreeing on who will send the money first, they can hire an escrow for that. He/she will take from one party and send it to the other. It's not as easy as it looks. Lots of complications will be there with many of the transactions. And he'll be a decisive person to complete the deal. |

Countries which does not support or support less cyptocurrency is due to that uncontrollable and untraceable feature of bitcoin. Government wants under their purview and should come under their regulatory body and must be traceable.
Countries can only regularize Bitcoin but they cannot ban it. There is only one thing which is necessary to use Bitcoin and that is internet. So the only country where people are not able to use Bitcoin is North Korea. Governments always try to hold and manipulate the currency according their profit but as Bitcoin is decentralized, no one can do that. It's the major advantage with Bitcoin. |

The Chinese miners must be loving this. Maybe they will do neither activate Segwit nor hard fork to BU to maintain the new status quo. High fees and killing the network to make way for the new and shiny PBOC coin coming this June.
I too feel that they are doing something fishy in the background and this delay is just a curtain for those things. People are already frustrated about the delay and even when everyone know that segwit is the solution, it is not getting implemented. Higher transaction fees will make things worse for Bitcoin. |

there are lots of things wrong with this topic. first of all saying "get rich with bitcoin" is stupid and wrong. if you are in it just to make more fiat and get the hell out, you have already failed to know what bitcoin is. secondly, stop thinking 1 whole bitcoin. there is nothing called bitcoin there is only satoshi you are buying 100,000,000 satoshi and that amount is expensive so buy less satoshi. and if profit is all you care about think of it this way: you missed buying low and you are still missing buying higher than before but still low. in a year or so you will look back and say i missed buying super cheap the day i made that topic  So so true.. There were people talking about the same thing last year also and it'll be there in the coming one's. Stop seeing Bitcoin as an investment. It's much better than that. If you are a long term holder then buying would be a great idea right now.. As much as you wait, it'll be a loss for you only. |

So I had a good amount of bitcoins, then decided it was good to sell all of it during $1185.
I was thinking I would buy again at $1170, but obviously the price just kept shooting up and I was shooting my foot for selling too early.
With the boring USD I am now holding, do you any experts out there suggest I sell at some during this point or just wait and hope it goes down again?
Just wait, but the final decision on 11 march. If it gets another delay and thanks for yourself to sell your bitcoin on that price. The bullish trend will be turning into the bullish trap and red candle will be coming asap, but it will never reach below $1000. Rate will not get to that low now. It'll be disastrous if that happened because lots of people are eyeing on $1300. It needs some time to get stable. The bullish market trend should get less before turning to a gradually increasing one. |

Do not call them legit for first 10 days. Those 10 days are just the baiting period to make you come back with more capital to invest with them I never called those sites as legit mate. They are scams but we can scam those scammers if we are a little smart and fast to know those type of sites and make profit from them. I know that it's risky but if you have the skills and with some luck we can make some profit with those hyips in the early days. They all are scammers, sooner o later they'll scam everyone.. Not in this forum, but we can where referral exchanges are allowed people are rushing to find referrals for those sites in those 10 days. They will stop promoting them only they face no payments from them. People do fail to find the indication of getting scam when they are intensely looking for making money in quick time. Their greedy will go in favour of scammers. Anything which will target your greedy must be a scam. I don't think even now it is too late for long-term investments in Bitcoins. There are many more countries who haven't used Bitcoin for it's potential yet. So prices will climb up as they start using it and still you can make fortune with Bitcoins. We must accept finite disappointment, But never loose infinite Hope. I would agree on that. Some governments are reviewing bitcoin to legalized for public. If it was approved and be supported by government bitcoin's value would increase as many people would use it for legal transaction. It's very significant to behold for its potential. Yes. It may be a problem for government's because of the decentralized feature of Bitcoin but politicians and other big names have understood the importance and value of Bitcoin much early and invested in it. using my bitcoin converted into cash I can go to a place that I don't usually visit and buy things that I am not able to buy before . I am only earning from signature campaign, I am saving most of it and I am only spending some amount whenever I am actually in need of money and I only have a few cash in my pocket .
to me as i am earning from signature campaign but i also do trading and i think i am earning a lot of money from trading as compare to the profit of signature campaign i am also saving most of my bitcoin but i also use it for shopping and other things. Earnings from trading and signature campaigns is really different because of the amount that you could able to earn,trading does really give you good decent amount of money if you do have skills on doing it but if not then trading would be very hard that's why there's signature campaign does act as alternative. Bitcoin does many have usage. yes although trading is one of the most important and good way making money but it depend on your experience, skill and knowledge in trading and if you have these abilities then you can really make money in trading. 1.experience 2.knowledge 3.skill yeah these three point is very important in trading if you have these abilities you will never face to risk in trading and trading is really a good way to make profit in short time and make profit in unlimited amount. 0.1BTC is more than enough to kick start professional trading. I had started with 0.035BTC at first. Because that was the amount I was not worried to loose. If you know the basics of trading then no money is less, it may take time but eventually you'll make some profit.
