1201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: July 10, 2017, 09:48:43 AM
I definitely think that trading is a form of gambling since you are running the risk of losing your funds .
But it sure ain't that much of risk cause you won't lose everything since unlike gambling , trading isn't fully based on luck ,knowledge is very important in this field ,patience is too.
Waiting and knowing when to sell or buy is very important while when gambling you become impatient and can lose everything in no time .
I think you are right. Trading is gambling. Because in both way people will need to put a risk . Both needed to put an investment and i think skills are needed in both way. We need to be skilled in order for us to get the price that we needed. And also luck. Sometimes we are being wrong on the coins or the game that we are playing so luck will save us.
But this kind of gambling can make us millionaire someday if we will be able to master trading, I've been training hard and I also learn
from my experience because nowadays it's not possible to make money in trading especially in crypto world.
The information that we can read online for free will be able to help us if we will bother to read.

Personally, I think both are very much similar. Risk is same in both, I guess trading is better than gambling. We can have some strategy in trading but nothing will work I'm gambling if you're unlucky.

This is what expected and West Indies showed that they are the king of T20 and they can chase any score. India inspite of good start they were not able to score above 200+ and even bowling is also very poor.

Overall, a pretty disappointing series for India. They managed to win the ODI series (after losing a match) and lost the T20 match. Plus this is a West Indies team which is missing most of its regular players. It is ranked pretty low and even stuttered against Afghanistan recently.

Most of the players have come play only this match from different countries and they coordinated pretty well. Indian middle order lacked conviction and bowlers didn't got line and length.
More concentration on the women's world cup now as England, Aussies and Indians are topping the table.

Why is there nothing on twitter about this? The team is so bad at making the public aware, I think this is what's holding it down.

In next days its will be everywhere! Big advertise compain will start!
All crb community need to help. Dev team only work on developing, not advertise.we community need to do rest job 👍🏼

I have seen your signature campaign here manged by Yahoo, why didn't you start a Twitter campaign then.? It is important for every new coin to get familiar with everyone. It's not an easy task but someone has to do it.

i dont think, that this will happend ^^
expect any Coin Creation Provider or guys who get scared about loosing a few Dollars
start bitching around

That may happen very soon so putting my entry in the early phase. My number would be 6014. It was my roll number in the college which was very unlucky for me. Let's see what it holds right now. Thinking about the coin already.
1205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 09, 2017, 05:19:00 PM
South Africa already lost 4 wickets and in a deep trouble right now because one more day is remaining and 300 more runs to win.
West Indies opted to bowl and looking forward to India's hitting today.

With Quinton de Kock, they still have a chance. And with youngster with desire to show their talent, 300 in an average of 90 overs with 6 wickets remaining is not a huge deal.
4th day saw many wickets. let's see how the pitch behaves in the 5th day.

England won the match with ease. Moeen Ali did a spectacular bowling.
West Indies need to make 191 in 20 overs against India which is actually a defendable score. If the Gayle storm hits then it is nothing for Caribbeans.

1207  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Adding you in skype for a job offer (is it safe or not??) on: July 09, 2017, 04:43:22 PM
I believe that skype is te most secure way to hire someone for a job,you dont have to share your personal info at all and the nema you use doesnt even have to be real

For a chat, yes Skype is best but for business Skype is not. It is vulnerable and lots of malwares and viruses can be affected through Skype. Haven't you heard about ewhoring.?

So I moved a lot of my coins 10 mins after snapshot and I did not receive any Airdrop from the moved coins.  I wasnt aware I had to let them in the wallet until the script/bot arrives at my linked positions and Airdrops me couple hours later. Really angry now and this is definitely NOT the definition of a "Snapshot". Be careful on future airdrops guys.

you were late, that's it. try to be on time for the next one and please keep your "be carefull guys...blah blah blah"

No I weren't. I had the coins in my wallet confirmed by bot for days. I waited the snapshot countdown. Gave it extra 10 mins to be sure. And move most of the coins elsewhere because I thought "snapshot" ment it was actually "snapshotted" at the exact time the countdown says. Which is plainly not the case. Instead the script crawls through the list from top to bottom and creates the TX. Thats NOT a snapshot.

Actually ,thats also wrong
the snapshot Tony used was taken about 19 minutes after the countdown timer ran out
it was the next btc block mined and you can verify that on bitcoin blockchain
if its any consolation ,thats always the way he did it previously too

Didn't know about it till now.. Roll Eyes
I thought it is always at the end of the countdown timer. Though I keep it in the same wallet but this is something user's should be aware of. Hope others didn't got into this problem.
1209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How does an airdropped coin get's its value? on: July 09, 2017, 04:16:25 PM
The coin will get its value based on peoples perception of the value or future of the coin, or just from being actively traded.

As well as how it is used by it's owners and supporters. There are many ways of airdropping and most of the coins go wasted but some are traded and used by different sites because of it's unique features.
1210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your maximum win streak? (Dice) on: July 09, 2017, 03:49:15 PM
Didn't counted them. But my largest wining streak with 33.33%of chance was 10.

Similar. Thought I can go further but busted after 11 many times so left dicing. It's an addiction and the adrenaline will play with your emotions. It's hard to leave about I left it for good now.

Zimbabwe are now growing as a team. Again 300 runs of SL, they have scored 128 for 3 wickets now and if they continue at their current run rate of 7+, they'll manage to win it if they don't lose more wickets. Good to see a new team also playing as good as these seasoned teams. They need to win two more matches to win the ODI series.
Zimbabwe won by 4 wickets DLS method. Zimbabwe innings reduced to 31 overs due to rain and they chased the target just in 29 overs with the loss of 6 wickets. This was an amazing performance from Zimbabwe. I expected that they would give a shock to Sri Lanka because SL team is not good like before it becomes class 2nd team. With this win now the series is equal the 5th match will decide who will win this series.

SL is still good but even though they managed to make enough runs on board, ZI managed to score 219 in less than 30 overs. Their bowling wasn't up to the mark.

On the other hand, sad to see the defeat of India against SA. Lost by 115 runs plus their performance was terribly bad. They were 47 for 1 and then 65 for 7. Because of Goswami and Sharma they managed to reach 158 else they would have lost long before 100 runs.
Ohh my God wants happen to Sri Lanka team it's again lose the match with Zimbabwe, they are playing really well  .

They played well and fortune favors the brave.

Right now am eagerly waiting for the defending champion's vs challengers match. Hopefully this time India will beat West Indies. Looking forward to Gayle storm though.
Had a feeling that the test match will be a draw about it's going that way. Let's see.
1213  Local / India / Re: Indian exchanges to trade ethereum! on: July 09, 2017, 11:30:26 AM
I think India needs some international exchanges who offer more altcoins with bitcoins with lesser than other local exchanges. One of the major problem why people are not showing interest on cryptocurrencies is the price difference.
1214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy more bitcoin or wait for August 1st? on: July 09, 2017, 09:42:32 AM
this is my plan too,but only if the price go down, there are too much risky in this point, and we should also move our BTC to paper wallet in case that hard fork happen.

If segwit was successful on what it is aimed for then you'll not get time to buy Bitcoins on August 1st. So it's better to buy on the dump which happens before that. But it's risky, so be sure to hold them for long time.
1215  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is that safe to buy a used hardware wallet ? on: July 09, 2017, 09:33:50 AM

Is there any danger to use a second hand hardware wallet ?

There could be, if the user is a smart tech savvy person he could reprogram the firmware of the device and steal your coins.

It's always a good idea to reflash a second-hand hadrware wallet before using it.
Yes, it's best to reflash the trezor or hardware wallets. If it supports third party softwares and if the old owner is a techy then it can be easily manipulated. It's best to buy a new one.
1216  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think President Trump should do about North Korea? on: July 09, 2017, 07:07:27 AM
withdraw american soldiers, quit threatening and pointing missiles at it and sign a peace treaty

That would be the best thing to do, with South Korea and Japan expressing little interest in starting confrontations with the DPRK. But I doubt whether Trump will have the balls to do that, given the fact that the US congressmen are extremely aggressive about North Korea.

Even though I don't think Kim Jong Un would not be agree for peace but it's worth a try. Pointing missiles will only make the enemy intimidate. Obama administration was better in handling these situations.
1217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone ever tried medicine to control impulsive gambling? on: July 08, 2017, 05:05:23 PM
I don't think any medication will work for an addiction of gambling. I have heard there are some which one of my friends took but it didn't affected much for him. Only you should understand the negativity of gambling and leave nothing else will make you..

Being a Hardcore fan of wolverine I can imagine what could a normal man can't do forever. My choice would be no. I can achieve what I wanted to in this lifetime only and I will die peacefully. The world is getting crazier day by day and humans are killing Earth.
1220  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When investment goes -100% on: July 08, 2017, 02:55:16 PM
So I'm actually facing this dilemma at the moment. I made three investments in three coins at poloniex.
Now all three of those are down more than 100% of the value that I bought them for, so I guess I got no options but to wait it out. It may take long time to get back to the value where I don't lose too much, but that is the only option I have.
Have you experienced anything similar in your tradings? How do you deal with such situations?

I have invested in more coins and I have seen bigger loss sometimes. Holding them would be the best choice right now and be positive. Don't be too attentive to the price value, it'll just demotivate you. Keep yourself busy in other things. All the altcoins are on the downward side right now so it's same for most of us.
