For me is hard to explain bitcoin to children so I just give them link of video especially on youtube that they can get easily what is bitcoin all about and what ways they can also earn. Social media also can help children to know about digital currency so I encourage them to search it.

In my own opinion, I dont think bitcoin will replace dollar soonest. Though bitcoin is already popular in any countries still dollar is being used as currency in the world.
i am thinking the same as you because bitcoin need to do more to replace dollar and bitcoin need to be approve by many country and people using bitcoin for their daily life. we need more years to see that bitcoin is replacing dollars and until that time is come, we only can make money by withdraw our bitcoin into fiat and send it in our local bank. you need to do some analyzing on the mempool sometimes. i have had some 100 satoshi/byte fee transactions in the past few days which have been confirmed in less than 5 minutes!
as i have said multiple times, the big number you see in the mempool (60K, 90K) are mostly spam attack not real transactions which means most of them have pretty low fees.
