if you are a traders, or a gambler, then you will not be able to count all bitcoin amount that has been lost. maybe more than 1 or 2 BTC, or even more. Well, we need to consider is how we generate profits. If bitcoin fell under 100 usd dollars then yes, price would matter if you have purchased it at the current price it is today. There are more variables though in which to look at bitcoin, other than the price, which are usability and market cap, plus technical potential. I am more concerned as to how many people are utilizing bitcoin rather than just the price.
Even it will not fell under 100 or whether it goes up. It does really matter for all of us because it depends on how many bitcoins you are holding and how much bitcoin do you earn with your source of income. If you are concerned on how people utilize bitcoin, well most of us do really care for the price of bitcoin because most of us think about profit. Of course the price of the bitcoin matters, if the price of the bitcoin is high that will bring more people to use and that is a good thing for us because more people using bitcoin the more investors invest in it and the more we could use it in our daily needs like shopping from the supermarket or eating in a restaurant. I don't think there are big guys who try to keep the price lower. I think it is rather a big amount of people woth some sums of btc thinking it's the best time to sell everything now. I think the price will fall more and will stabilize around $650, so next week we'll see something like $730 as a btc price. I hope this won't happen, of course. People say this time when the price hit $1k it was different from two years ago, so maybe the price will grow again.
I wish that they can not push more decrease back below and i think the price from $1k value is just a panic sell because of trending news that they seen in reddit.. and other forums. . and i think the price could be rise more soon much better to wait more weeks that the price could be rise back even in 900 level.. To my mind it won't come under 650$, I think this time it's price won't be so changable like it was this summer after bitfinex hack. Also now there are many factors to think like that, mining won't be profitable with low prices which automatically means price rise because more and more people are interested in bitcoin and many famouse companies like starbucks and etc are adding bitcoin as a new payment system, so while number or bitcoin customers are growing, it means more use of bitcoin, if there aren't so many bitcoins, this means price rise up.
Same here its impossible that the price will touch again to $650. i believe that the price can stay in 800 level and will increase this coming april or may.. this is just my own speculation and i think the price can stay long more in 800 level. There are just those people that are totally risk taker and they attain to gamble higher what they afford to lose.
You will be surprised to know that some people actually gamble the money that they cant afford to lose, they call themselves risk taker and I prefer to call them insane. Wrong, i think bank will adopt blockchain technology and make lots of promotion to prevent users from adopting bitcoin such as discount when use their services and "security" protection from hacker  Or bitcoin will be centralized because mining is dominated by Chinese, blockstream bullshit or LN. Banks will surely adopt Blockchain technology. Near or in the future bank will continue to provide their services. Already in several countries banks have been under trial for their own Blockchain which might come to effect soon. I advise you to buy a bitcoin with all the money you have today. because bitcoin is currently located at declining prices. many people and expert digital currency that bitcoin would have found a fantastic price in the future. and it began in 2017. Yes, current bitcoin prices are another opportunity we could buy more to make quick profits as bitcoin prices are going to test again $1000 prices by end of this month itself. I guess the price manipulations from China people will get finished off as their leveraged trading is got heavily regulated. It must be a good time to buy more bitcoins but definitely not for selling off. I think the chance to win the game is really small. I hope you calculate your income from gambling, are you really get profit or lose money. I think saving bitcoin in long term is good investment but the best way is trading.
