2121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gambling and Trading Sites are awesome!! on: September 15, 2016, 07:02:05 AM
Yes, and after trading altcoins if i have got profit gambling website are good places for making fun, and if i don't have profit gambling website has becoming bored places because of i don't have money for play it.  Grin
Yes trading is a good source to earn if you are knowlegeable in that nature of work, its better than investing in hyip. and i gamble using the free btc that gambling sites are offering, if i have free time i gamble to not get bored when im home.
Trading is one of the best ways to earn Bitcoin, 100%, however there is a fair amount of effort and risk involved, but the money you can make is absolutely insane if you do your work and guesses right. I know some people who make a fair amount of money off of trading on places like poloniex and so, ad they are quite satisfied with what kind of money they make.

Trading is tricky but if you're lucky you can certainly make mind-boggling amounts of money. Back in 2014, I missed probably a once in a lifetime opportunity to make around $100k in 2 weeks. I was heavily trading altcoins back then and I'd been monitoring one coin in particular for a while, Auroracoin. I'd already planned to buy $100-150 worth, at the time AUR was brand new and they were going for around a few cents each. I was about to press the buy button but then at the last second I changed my mind and invested in some other lame coin. A week later AUR peaked at $98 per coin before going back to being worthless. I don't think I would've had to strength to wait until it was in the nineties to sell, probably would've sold at $50. Still that would've netted me over $50k. With an investment of only $150  Cry
Wow, cool experience bro, you just missed a once in a lifetime opportunity, maybe if I were in that time I would invest big amount of money on a coin that has a good potential, I hope we can see that happen again so we will not mess up this time, just risk and ride though.
2122  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: September 15, 2016, 06:54:54 AM
I just automatically cash out my bitcoins to fiat if ever I need money to pay my bills but I also consider using my bitcoin in different investment in the community like participating on ICO of a coins that has a good potential, and also I do gambling with my bitcoin.
2123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: September 15, 2016, 06:44:01 AM
Well i also don't know the answer. But if i win my bet i'm so happy and wanna make more win and be greedy and its not good. and if you lose you double your bet. that circlejerk will not stop until you bankrupt. that's why its so hard to stop gambling. wanna make our money back from loss

In short, that "emotion" is what keeps us betting, if we fail, we double our bets to make our gain faster, and if we win, we want to feel the same again so we repeat each bet, not realizing that it will not be the same the next time around... I think if there's a bad part in positive thinking, it will be when you are gambling, You are always positive that you would win even if the result is not... it would just hook us in gambling...  Smiley
correct! this lust inside us always wanting to keep trying our luck and instinct without realizing that we are already addicted and it is really harder to move away because what inside our mind is to make good strategy win back our loses worst thing is we keep on losing from time to time.
If you will let your self addicted in gambling then I would say that would be the end of your happiness in gambling because you will be a slave in gambling and your decision will be base on what you feel during the game, when you lose you will likely to make a bad decision that you will regret in the end.
2124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investing in Bitcoin Casinos are really worth it? on: September 15, 2016, 06:26:59 AM
I think you must make bitcoin casino by your self, because if you want make investment with play gambling it will be hard in my opinion there are not way for wins constantly from gambling except you have website gambling. But it is just my opinion can be right and wrong.
LOL, that was easy to say it but it hard to realize that kind of plan, you need to have a good capital to create a good casino. Of course you do not just want to waste your money and effort therefore you need to spend on the promotional side which I believe you will have to spend big.
2125  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: September 15, 2016, 06:22:49 AM
Well having to use your BTC wallet can be handy as you won't bring any wallets, cards, or pocket money in order to pay, also you prevent it from losing money from loose pockets, having to pay the exact amount. Well everything would be benefitial but ofcourse it must be available for everybody in order to bring no extra cash.

You don't have to carry your regular wallet or card with you but you still need to somehow have access to your Bitcoins in order to make payments. This means you'll need to have your phone or some other electronic device with you. Not only that but if your battery dies or you're in an area where you don't have internet, you're stuck. Whereas paper money is not dependent on any of these things.
Cash is very simple to use and that is the only main advantage on bitcoin, I earn bitcoin and I like to spend bitcoin but it is not that popular in our world and you can only see few stores to accept bitcoin and mostly they are located in a progressive country so I have no choice but to use my cash.
2126  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: September 15, 2016, 06:17:32 AM
In my opinion it is worth, it is a revolutionary way to send and receive money, without intermediaries, in an efficient and reliable way, because it uses blockchain tech.
No doubt in will dominate the online world in the future, bitcoin is an amazing tool to use for online transaction as it is very fast and cheap compared to other payment processor so we are lucky we are on board very early and we are also given the opportunity to invest.
For me, I am already contended that I am earning bitcoin online and bitcoin is worth to me. I hope I will continue to earn in the future so I can grow my savings and soon I will start to invest big on the possible good investment here.
2127  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: September 15, 2016, 06:04:40 AM
I would like to use it as an investment but right now I am unable to do that since I’m short on funds, so currently I am using it as a currency, but I expect to change that in the next year or so.
I think you better focus first on savings before you plan to invest, do not mix things up so you will achieve a good outcome. Investing is good but only up to the amount of money you can afford to lose so when you have not savings you cannot invest.
2128  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: September 15, 2016, 05:54:18 AM
if you want growth your bitcoin
you can trading, trading altcoin the best choose growth money
You cannot just easily say that because there are also traders who lost a lot of money trading in altcoins, most likely the game is just a pump and dump game and you need to have the right timing to stay in the game, it is only profitable for people who pay attention.

Quote
Which young player would you rather have Justise Winslow of the Miami Heat or Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns?

I think Miami should have drafted Booker in last year's draft and I think Booker will have a better career, but Ira Windermann who is a beat writer of Miami Sun-Sentinel says that Winslow fits the Miami Heat culture better and will be a better pro than Booker. What do you all think?
I think booker is a good fit because he has the offense and defense which Winslow lacks, booker could be a main man while winslow is just substitute. He is one of the main reason why suns were able to compete when their star players were injured, more aggressive I think.
2130  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 15, 2016, 05:44:21 AM
I believe it is better to invest, but only if the investment has good potential and it's not too risky. It's also important to have savings, because you never know when you will need it.

you're right, safety is very important.
I think that is up to us to determine which investment has a great potential, we need to be educated and read all the necessary information on a certain investment we are putting our money, never follow the hype because most of the time it will lead us to be failure with our investment.

Planning and  have enough information about  on investments would  be must  consider first before  we put our money on said investment because  the risk of lossing your money is always there. In my own plan  we must  invest our money and diversify it in able to get profits so that we would able to save more on those  profits that weve made.

Key word here that most people miss is "diversify." This is one of the core principles of investing. No matter how good you think a deal is, diversifying is a requirement for protection.
And I believe that should be the standard in investing, we need to diversify our investment so we can minimize the risk, there are many good investment here but we will see one investment that would really attract us but we need to control ourselves not to put our investment in one basket.
2131  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: September 15, 2016, 05:37:44 AM
No one can give 10 BTC to other  Cheesy

If you'd be a billionaire, you wouldn't really care about that $6k. I've seen people on PrimeDice giving away Bitcoins, so.. Cheesy

Yeah exactly just like think about Bill Gates he is earning millions of dollars daily and for sure a lot of people he's been helping since he have been a successful person. So that is not possible that someone is going to give 10 bitcoins to someone. And if someone is going to give me this, I will just going to keep on holding it.
lucky for us if we got someone that will be generous to give us that much but just in case better to spend it to something that will be profitable like business or trade investment.
I think no one will ever give us that amount for free, maybe if we can win that in gambling the better because when we are lucky there is a chance we can hit that big amount, in sports betting it is possible where you can do as many parlay bets just to arrive that payout.
2132  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: September 15, 2016, 05:29:24 AM
I think you could make a better decision considering diversification, because both have potential, but also problems. And one can compensate for the failure of the other.

Well you are right with it and for me it is really an advantage for all investors if you are going to get engage with both of it.

Many are saying gold is better than bitcoin and others do say bitcoin is better. Well we have their own opinion regarding to this kind of topics.

But for me, instead of choosing only one from them. Get an advantage and do both of it, invest in gold and bitcoin.

Getting both investments would  be possible but  it really depends on your budget or money since it would require big money. Thats why people  would only have  to choose one  instead of  getting both . For me   i would  really choose   bitcoin since we could get on small amounts compare to gold.
Exactly, if you have a lot of money to invest then better invest on both because investment is a great way to make money and I can say that both investment are profitable, depends only the time as bitcoin is good for short term and long term investment but gold is only for long term investment.
2133  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: September 14, 2016, 10:20:40 AM
I would hold'em until the BTC price skyrocket, then I would sell at the peak and buy again when the price lowered. Hold BTC as mutch as I could and don't trade for small price fluctuations.

You lacked the "if" statement. What if it didn't skyrocket, instead it dropped drastically.
What if the price stayed lowered for a long time? What if... All what ifs.
We should watch out for that always.

Holding can be risky if price goes down in future and it will waste your time as you need to hold them again for higher price and no one exactly knows when it will boost up again after falling down.

yah botton line I sell then when it goes bellow 550-500€ to make some fiat. But I really think holding to BTC is the best option.

If you don't want to experiment with your coins and if you want to play safe then best choice is to hold them and sell when you see higher price allowing you to make good profits.
Well, for me that is the safest way to do but you need a lot of patience on that matter because we cannot predict when the price of bitcoin will increase or there will be a crisis that will come, if you do panic then end of the game, your investment is gone.
2134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be pumped-and-dumped? on: September 14, 2016, 10:16:22 AM
Bitcoin is a big market now and we barely see a pump and dump game because the real movement of the price is because of the true event that is happening in the market, you need to keep yourself abreast of the latest information if you want to be a successful investor or trader.
2135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: September 14, 2016, 09:48:18 AM
There has never been a safe way to gamble and there never will be. Simply because that is what gambling is: An activity where you are taking a risk and thus are gambling with something of value in order to accumulate a profit from taking a chance with that level of risk involved.
True but we can reduce our loss if we follow some strict plans and restrict our bets.
For example if we are loosing 0.05 btc daily and we want to gamble in safe way then we can make a rule to ourself of not depositing more than 0.01 btc in a day and hence we can not loose more.

Exactly, if we can't gamble safely then we gamble into smarter way by reducing the chances of losing. And you can do it alone if you are going to start your capital very low.

And as you are winning in the long run, for example. You must be responsible to save already some percentage of your winnings so that you are going to have secured your money.

Because if you are not going to do that for sure you are going to lose your winnings and as well as your capital.

Even you play smarter on gambling  you could not really avoid on lossing its just affecting on the bank roll that it could sustain a longer period of time  compare to have  no plan at all. Self control would  be a big factor  that would help you on your decision on when to stop and when to bet.
I think playing smart is to minimize your loses because it is already expected in gambling that we lose in the long run so it is betting to lose an amount that we can afford to lose and enjoy gambling at the same time that lose all our money and ruin our life.
2136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: September 14, 2016, 09:45:41 AM
Most of the time it will wreck your life because gambling is risky and it can let you lose a lot of money, I think it will not fix a life a lot, only some people have this kind of luck.
If I think about myself I do not see it happen...
But what is important is we can recover from our loses, actually I have lose a big amount of money and of course I feel sad for a while but a real gambler do accept the reality and move on for the next game and that is what I have been doing ever since, so it will never wreck my life.
2137  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: September 14, 2016, 09:43:44 AM
Everytime I see the word investing it makes me cringe.  Embarrassed

Nobody gives money away and that is what people are doing believing that they will profit from these companies or individuals that give you their word that you will get a return for your investment of money, assets, bitcoin or whatever. Roll Eyes

People time to wake up! Those are only looking out for themselves and not for you or your best interests. If there is money to be had then they would be wanting it for themselves.

There is a sucker born every minute as they always use to say. Now in this day and age of the internet there is one born every millisecond it seems. Undecided

If you bought some bitcoin a few years ago, and hold until now. You have made some money. But it is risky.

Holding is good but its an boring process to make profits as you need to wait too long to see higher price of bitcoin, so its better to play with them in trading and keep on making profits regularly.
You will easily get bored if you are only holding your bitcoin with a little amount, holding is more challenging when you are putting a decent amount for the future and I believe also it could give us a good income when bitcoin continues to succeed.
2138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: September 14, 2016, 09:33:18 AM
I would not gamble anymore because gambling is risky and if you do this it can let you lose a lot of money soon or later.
Even if you are rich you always should stay smart and not just do everything what you want because than its all spent in a minute.
Staying away in gambling when you are rich is not always smart because when you are rich you have the opportunity to enjoy gambling and you an do anything you want as long as you know how to control your self you will be able to protect your wealth and enjoy gambling at the same time.
2139  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 14, 2016, 09:29:33 AM
I'm preferring the bitcoin above the gold  due to the fact that you can make a  lot more profit on a short term and I do not have the patient for gold.
Its also more riskier, it cannot be safe to do this plus its also that bitcoin is way easier..
Definitely true, bitcoin can give us more income if this will be successful in the future, gold is also a good investment but we need to wait for a long period of time because we can get our profit, though it is safe but we need more capital to invest so not really investment friendly unlike bitcoin.
2140  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: September 14, 2016, 09:24:48 AM
Lots of ways to earn bitcoin. If you have writing skills, web designing skills or any other skills, you can post at the services section. People there are always looking for good candidates. You can also join a signature campaign like what other people suggested. If you have your own blog, website, you can have ads posted there for bitcoin as well. Or join bounties and write articles for your blog. Trading is the last option, as it is a skill that needs to be well studied before you dive in.
You have more opportunity to earn big money on that because that kind of jobs are in demand online so it is better to develop your skills now if you have not work for a job because although there are a lot of opportunities here but the competition is very strong, remember that we are global.
