2121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: January 31, 2022, 06:23:01 PM
on the other hand you also have to know that stakes are business people and we can't make anything or order anything, promotion is something that is natural and not excessive either.
the most important thing is how the person who gets the email (in this case the OP) reacts to it.
addiction is the personal fault of the gambler as for the gambling house I don't think it has anything to do with it because they are businessmen and their source of income there
Its business but they should have at least followed on what the user had requested on when it comes to those kind of blocking or self exclusion because this is really part of their responsibility

but pretty much sure they had done it but this is actually on users fault in most case since he does know that he requested out something like that which he should presume that he wont

really able to play and make out deposits and if he able to receive emails then its just right that you should ignore those things.
in gambling, both online and offline, of course, customer satisfaction is the best, but on the other hand we can't make what we want and indeed from the stake will not prioritize just one member because I believe they have quite a lot of customers.
even though they can complain about it, of course, customers must also be aware that the service provider will definitely need time to realize this.
Yes, they do need time considering on userbase but it wouldnt really be good on looking at on which it did really took so long on clarifying thing and we know on whats the reputation of Stake on this market which cant be denied that they are one of the best and this issues is just really small for them to go down even if they decided to make this un resolved. So far we didnt hear out admins
words or advices about this condition or situation which is somehow an odd kind of thing or whether its already been resolved behind and the community wasnt aware of that.
2122  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not meant 4everybody on: January 31, 2022, 12:55:49 AM
on my opinion everyone can trade and can be successful. With the right strategy, a strict money management and patience. It’s very easy to take one or two trades and earn money. The key is to become a profitable trader in longterm.
One thing you should think the most is on how to be sustainable because you cant really say that you are good in trading if you do only done a few trades and become profitable.Yes, is a good indication but you should

sustain that kind of results in long term but its true that trading isnt for everybody which means that no matter how hard and long you've been trading but still ending up on not to be profitable then it is just

sensible that you would really quit up for good but be sure that you should really consider out before making out conclusions.

I would bet with you that everyone can trade with the right instruments.
Of course it’s not only the understanding for a chart, it’s more like controlling the emotions.
I have an good indicator which helps me to find good entries and control my emotions.
But I would say: technically everyone can be successful in trading.
You could really be successful but would really be depending on how much effort you do put on it and not all would really be having that kind of behavior
which you would see that there are different types or kinds of traders in the market and the ones who do succeed are the ones who do really able to sustain
themselves and which counts those people who are really that serious and does have passion on doing trading or does really mind off their
investment that wont really go to waste.
2123  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Qubit Finance got hacked, suffers $80 million loss on: January 28, 2022, 08:45:23 PM
Crypto exchangers hacking are now occurring frequently. Every week news comes out that any exchange got hacked. Qubit Finance is the latest decentralized finance Defi protocol hacked. According to their tweet hackers steals over $80 million from Qubit Finance.  Hacker stole over 206,000 Binance Coin from QBridge protocol. The coins are worth like $80 million. The protocol does not accept any deposit asset in the platform.

Source: https://twitter.com/QubitFin/status/1486870238591594497
Decentralized my ass? Exchange hacks do really happen and thats why its never been ideal nor worth to stay up your coins nor make out some investment on 3rd parties or something like that.
These places are the best spots or honeyspots  for these hackers yet this do involved millions of dollars for them to steal in and once there  would be some vulnerabilities then expect that this would surely happen next in line.Is there something we can do about recovery? None... I feel sorry for those people who do mainly lost up the money involving on this hack as always.
2124  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market sentiments ? on: January 28, 2022, 06:53:46 PM
Big sums of money leaving crypto market in one shot (whales cashing out) are responsible for that. Sentiments come only later, when every investors else realize what happened, so they become pessimistic about the currently market conditions, what can lead to further corrections in bitcoin's price, and consequently in altcoins' prices as well due to panic selling.
Anyway small investors (most of us) don't have a big impact in bitcoin price: positively or negatively, it doesn't matter. Bitcoin drives crypto market and whales drive bitcoin price...
As it should always be on where we would really be aware when its already late or the things had been done and in talks of reality on which whales could really be giving out that significant impact whether they do tend to accumulate or tend to cash out their profits which could really make out some effects in the market which it is really that somewhat important if we do really study up
fundamentals aside from technical if you are really trading on this market on which you should really be aware on whats happening around or tendencies that whales would make a move
specially if there are some news which you do see that would be relevant into those possible movements.
2125  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moonbet - Become the Owner of a Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: January 28, 2022, 05:36:19 PM
What happened with this project? Are investors actually receiving their %s? Thanks
Better if we do hear off into those people who had invested on this casino and made out % but i doubt that this one would be personal but it would be best if moonbet itself
would make out some reports?

What you mean about what happened on the project? They are already operational.

2126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investor Psychology on: January 27, 2022, 11:51:07 PM
there is an explanation for that. observe what happens to anyone new to day trading, the new person always buys at the top because he thinks the price will continue to rise and he never buys on the fall because he thinks the price will continue to fall a lot and he would be in a lot of losses, but we are in a market and there are no feelings here, if someone is losing that is the person's responsibility and if someone is making a profit that is the person's responsibility
Profitability would really be depending on someones action and if he does have that kind of mindset and beliefs then for sure he would be fucked up by the market thats why you should really learnt up on things that you should gonna learn because it would be the best tool for you to sustain this market even though it would be hard but doesnt mean that it cant be done thats why results will really be varying with those factors.Dont take things too easily and confidently because these are the common factors on why people do really mess up.
You are right, in fact, whenever a person enters trading or investing, they must be clear about many fundamentals at an economic level, if a person enters the market without knowing anything about financial education, what first comes to mind will be, or maybe they will start playing or trying to guess what can happen, and that would already be gambling, however if a person buys and their stock or currency goes up, they win but they cut the profit (most of the time it happens) and when they lose they have always the hope of not going out thinking that they will recover, in the case of BTC it is something else, because there will always be the Hodl mode that is safe, but that for a novice does not understand very well.

Everything that does involve analysis and you are the ones who hadnt able to apply those factors then you would surely be doing gambling because you wouldnt know on what you should gonna do next.
It is really just basic that you would need to analyze and make out some research first before you do make out actions and not on making actions without even thinking on whats happening.
For some point there are situations which no matter how hard we do make out some research but still ending up on getting blanked then those are unavoidable circumstances but with due
experience and knowledge then you would able to bare up the situation.
2127  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Company on: January 27, 2022, 10:14:13 PM
We also should not trust the reviews blindly because a scam site can pay to group of people to write good reviews about them or further they can pay the site and ask them to put into the recommendation list. So research on the public forum is better after picking the sites from reviewing sites.
Yes, there are services that are being offered to the web to give good reviews that shall make the company's output look at its best. But they're just words and will put the customers into shatter once they're into it already. A broker or any company that just randomly emailed you should always be cautious. You don't trust any of them easily unless it's just an announcement coming from the official exchange that they have partnered with a broker and always apply DYOR.
Whenever you do get those emails randomly then you shouldnt really pay attention which most of them are just frauds and yes, there are companies which do offers these fund management
yes they are legit but doesnt mean that they would assure about being profitable because making them handle out your funds wouldnt really be that much giving off that ease feeling
and you would really get stressed and its better to trade with your own funds rather than letting others do the work and if you arent that confident then its your choice
to deal with these services but dont easily believe that they are profitable.
2128  Economy / Gambling / Re: This is why I love this forum...and we should make it more powerful on: January 27, 2022, 08:48:31 PM
Yep, it is a very useful platform to publicly expose those that are trying to scam people, and that includes such conditions that appear out of the blue, or are in the finest possible print and are aimed to make withdrawal expensive, painful and sometime simply impossible. I even wonder why would anyone go to play online with crypto and not bother too look into the number one resource for reputation checking.

That's simply because not everyone knows about this forum. Many people are not aware that there's a forum called bitcointalk created by Satoshi himself.
Also, there are some people aware of this forum yet look for places elsewhere to find reviews about casinos.
People keep asking where they can find out which is a good casino and ask for websites which provide casino reviews and bonus offers etc...
All matters on someones awareness because there are people who do really keep on researching up things until they do find out the right place to ask and consider on reading up real time reviews
and recommendations and its true that not all is totally aware of this forums existence on which they would really be mainly looking various informations of things on social media or in other
forums or other places which i couldnt say that it could really be trusted but on the time that you had been redirected into this forum then for sure you would really get information
from real experiences and dealing which you could really decide whether you should proceed on or not basing on what you have read on.
2129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why people keep "investing" money in shit/memecoins? Genuine question. on: January 27, 2022, 07:18:09 PM
It is something that bugs me till today. Are they mostly newbies trying to find a path to enter cryptouniverse or experienced people who are just gambling to score a moonshot on luck?

This is the "meme" rank on coinmarketcap, there's millions on deflationary tokens with no effort from the "devs" at all. Just copy/paste a code, copy/paste a whitepaper, eventually pay few bucks for a domain and that's it.
Why people fall for that, yet?
This is what you called risks taking and we have seen that several shit memecoins did really make out some significant move because of sudden recognition.Just take a look on what happened on SHIB?
Who have really thought for this coin to gain that much attraction nowadays? Even myself had ignored out this coin in the past because i have that kind of mindset on not to deal with these shitty
coins but look at on what happened? Whenever the community or public would really consider out something  then no matter how shitty it is, then it would still possibly be that become valuable.
This is why people do really tends to play with fire and take out risks even they are aware that they are dealing with something which isnt worth to invest.
2130  Economy / Speculation / Re: Always have an exit strategy on: January 26, 2022, 11:50:09 PM
I still think we are overestimating those people, in my opinion newbies with that kind of attitude do not even think about the possibility of losing, they are so convinced that they will make money that they disregard any other scenario, then when the market finally begins to go down they are completely unprepared for it and that is when they panic, after all it is not as if they are electing to invest in a solid coin like bitcoin, those people select new coins that can disappear overnight and they know it, which leads them to sell their coins in panic.

Can't say nothing but to agree, there are more people who invested with new coins that promise a lot, they've been allure or being invited by other people to join, without proper understanding they are not prepared to what possible things that may happen along the way,  and when the value of their assets fall so hard, the only thing in their mind is to sell and avoid losing everything, that kind of fears always lead every investors not only newbies but other people around who are not prepared with these types of environment.
Which is why it is important to do our homework before we begin to trade, trading for real is not a game it is a serious activity that requires to prepare ourselves, if this is true for doctors, lawyers and engineers why people think this is not necessary to become a trader? In my opinion at least six months are needed to be proficient enough as a trader to not lose everything when you trade the market, and yet most people just read a few articles on the Internet and decide to trade, which explains why they panic sell at the first opportunity they get.
Dealing with it on first tries then its inevitable that you wouldnt really commit out mistakes on which you do really need to learn from those if you are really serious on dealing with trading.Yes this isnt a game on which you could confidently make out actions without even thinking because on the time where reality faces you on then you would realize that it isnt really that simple or easy on dealing with it.Exit while you can or does have the opportunity to do so but if you do see that it does have potential then its your choice to make whether you do hold or secure profits.
2131  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 PlataØCrypto.io 🚀 - 1st Play to Earn x Provably Fair Crypto-Casino on: January 26, 2022, 11:17:16 PM
The last reply from @OP was on January 14, 2022, saying that the game would be live on 01/17/2022 but I already rechecked the site. It still no update related to the games so I guess they are still preparing the launch and working on that. But I do not check on their Discord since their Twitter is not updated yet. So we can only guess that their teams are still busy with the preparations. We can still wait for the next announcement from them and hopefully, they will remember that they already have their ANN in this forum.
We'll just have to wait until this month ends whether it will be launched or will it just be bullshit on this site, considering that many people have been waiting for it for a few weeks, but if there is no update in January then we don't need to follow this thread because for me it's useless they don't take this seriously.
So I just think the OP is more concerned with forum threads than launching the site first and it's pointless to wait.

Well it may be that OP is also very busy and they have to take care of things with their developers, or maybe they have too few developers to be able to keep up with the casino, if they are a representative of the casino, it must be understood that there are things that sometimes they get out of hand, as well as marketing, there are things that require a lot of attention, it would be good to wait at least until another week to see what would happen.

Thats not how to handle a business on where you do make people hanging and dont have any idea on whats going on on which the site does already have some error and there were no words been said about the situation whether the site had totally failed or died or would still have plans to have launching. We do really just need some updates even just a single line of words to be told on whats happening so that people would have at least aware and not just keep on speculating. It would be good for this thread to be locked up by mods for now.

2133  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont just borrow money but for the right reason on: January 26, 2022, 09:47:27 PM
The online loan trend makes it easy for anyone to get into debt, I think this is a serious problem because most people borrow just for fun and very little is used for investment, as long as we borrow online and use it for productive things, it's certainly better.
As it should be but we know that everyone does have their own mindset when it comes to things on where we do really end up on different choices and preference and when it comes to risk taking then its also different. Some might really love to play with fire but there are some who do want to play safe which is definitely considerable thing or a must to be done and not just taking actions without some having problems when it comes on repaying some debt.
2134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Diversifying Your Portfolio in Crypto on: January 25, 2022, 11:50:49 PM
If we can take a look back at the ones who diversified their long-term portfolio in Ethereum, BNB... (you get my point I guess) I am sure they don't regret it!
But, how many of us got skills to identify the right coins to diversify among 10k options (I read that there are around 10k different cryptocurrenices and tokens are being traded on exchanges). I mean that the options in front of you to diversify is countless which leads us to end up in shitcoins in most cases.

Well, the ones with skills have a higher success rate, the ones without for sure have some good hits! I think there are some basics when you are checking some project, you do some research, you try it if you can, if there's a product or not, etc... and of course, there's a risk!
BNB is a good example, did we risk buying BNB at a $1 price and trading it at the $10-$20 range for a long time... where it's now? So they had something good already, a big exchange, something was happening, and they made nice records last year. So it's simple, find something good that you like, that you tried and it's working well, that project probably has a big potential, risk it and invest!
We do have different takings and decisions towards certain project and if you do really find out that this is something worthy to risks on then go ahead and invest but if not then try to seek another one as if there are lots of coins in the market which you could choose from and this is where you do really make your own success in the market. If you dont risks then you wouldnt know on what would
be the result so its better to have different investments on different coins as long you do have the money to invest and tend to put lots of eggs on different basket on which it could
possibly give out chances to earn more.
2135  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: January 25, 2022, 10:47:33 PM
for each possible advertisement or streams that in relate with marketing but as a viewer/fan then we arent that dumb on not to notice things or could really make out some verification

first before do making some such step because we do have our own self will on doing things and not needed for some sort of those extras.

Man, i had seen drug advertisement on youtube few years ago  Grin
Here it, news about this case, but in russian (you need to translate a little bit) - https://vc.ru/flood/25751-youtube-hydra

So it's weird to ask Youtube for moderating of gambling advertisement in video, if it can't properly moderate it's own video prerolls  Grin
And i think, that Youtube do not want to moderate it. So, all hopes for the regulations.
Any persons that is waiting for the regulation of influencers content is wasting their time because Youtube are making their own money from content viewers which makes it difficult for such expectation. Individual gambling should take necessary precautions to avoid being scammed or interacting with fame projects.
What happens is that for there to be a regulation it is very difficult, since now it is not possible to determine what is a scam or not, because there is no regulation in this regard, and there are many complaints worldwide to regulate everything related to crypto , for example NFT games, because metaverses and games of metaverses are coming, many hope that there will be a regulation like there was with ICOs, but I think that this is not the solution because when there are regulations it is very difficult to adapt, there is a clear chance with the metaverses, just wait and see how they can handle certain vulnerabilities.

Back in the past on which people do really whine off about regulation about those ICO projects back in the past which it didnt really happen and now they are asking the same thing with the current hype and interest on the market. You wouldnt really be dumb on not to make out some research in regarding with these things and when you do see something which isnt out of your taste
then its not really bad to make out some considerations on making out some research first before dealing whether its regulated or not.
2136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Busking to promote Bitcoin on: January 25, 2022, 09:41:20 PM
I've been given a Fender DG60CE electro-acoustic guitar. If I learnt to play it, and busked to ask for Bitcoin, would this help to increase awareness of Bitcoin?

I'm asking this because Bitcoin seems to be moving away from the common people, and finding its way into the wallets of the bankers and investment houses.
If you busk on this forum, you may get paid a few bitcoins on condition that you play the guitar properly and your voice is not discordant. Grin
I think you'd better sing in public in a crowd using your guitar with a self-composed song, the title is "bitcoin", and then it will make more sense to be able to promote bitcoin to everyone and besides that you earn money because you busking while promoting bitcoin in the crowd.
Would be a win-win situation? Of course because you might able to get some money and at the same time you are spreading awareness and exposure about bitcoins existence. It is really good to look at that there are people who are really that willing to make these things in public just for the sake of exposure and adoption which is really something commendable and only a few could really have able to take this idea and would realized it.@OP, if you do love on having that way then go for it as long you dont violate something then its up to your own will and rights on doing so.
So good luck for this one.
2137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 🔺let's admit it, Bitcoin time is over, now DEFI Time 🔺 on: January 25, 2022, 08:26:36 PM
Cant really be denied that when it comes to revenue then low caps or low value  could really give out those kind of chances for you to make money but speaking with recognition and
adoption then it cant really be denied that bitcoin is far more superior and come to think into those people who had made out profits on those DEfi,Nft's etc. are
converting always their profits into BTC? That surely proves out on how much trust they are really putting into.
2138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your reason for buying altcoins? on: January 25, 2022, 07:12:42 PM
I bought altcoins because I saw the potential it has, there are many options for me to invest where we like. And that became one of the reasons for me, why I bought altcoins. When the price of bitcoin is like now, yes, altcoins are an option for us, so we can still take advantage in situations like this.
The steps you have taken are indeed right and it is not wrong to take advantage of the current situation to buy some Altcoins, but you also have to look at coins that have the potential to recover faster at the time of purchase, don't buy immediately without considering this because there are many people who regretted in the past for choosing the wrong Altcoin at the time of buying it.
Criterias?

1. Potential
2. Liquidity or volume
3. Real use case
4. Recognition or popularity

Primary factors which you do need to consider before jumping into investing but choosing one wont really be simple as it sounds.
There are still coins/projects which are still undervalued and most people is trying to find it.
2139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: January 24, 2022, 11:41:00 PM
I think the most important thing I pay attention to before I register at an online casino is whether KYC verification is required. I believe that in cryptocurrency casinos there should be no KYC verification at all, and I avoid casinos in which verification is required.

KYC is a thing that you should expect to implement in the future.
That's a reality. It started from the exchange and now slowly implementing on crypto-gambling sites.

But for this simple registration, KYC shouldn't be asked. For small or not decent withdrawals, KYC shouldn't also be asked.

But for big wins, alarms, suspicious, KYC can be considered to be asked if it's really necessary and won't hurt the other party.
So far it isnt really that fast for it to be implemented but i wont really be shocked nor get surprised if it would become some standard in near future because government wouldnt really just let
these things to slip out without having some regulation being imposed which these businesses or platforms wouldnt really be having no choice but to make out such changes even if they do know
that their customers or clients would really be much affected since we do really value that no KYC thing or totally anonymous which most people on this
market do really mind of.
2140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about staking? on: January 24, 2022, 10:42:00 PM
Yes, Indeed. This is a good way to increase assets. I didn't use this kind of platform but, as far as I know Staking cryptocurrency is a way to grow your crypto holdings without buying more. You’ve probably heard of people making money by trading cryptocurrencies. But there’s a different way to grow your crypto holdings without having to buy more. Staking is a way of preventing fraud and errors in this process. I know that platform but don't visit it most of the time.
Yes staking is a way to growing your crypto asset but it also has a big disadvantages compared to the benefit one can make when you stake a token or coin. I could  remember the loses I made when I staked one of the token I was holding. When the token was teased to me after being staked with interest, the token has already lost value which brought heavy loses.
