This is a sad reality. Not everyone that's poor is encouraged to get out of poverty as they can't stay there forever. There are those people that have already accepted their fate and already lost enthusiasm about life. And we've got situations to deal with and that's why others even if they want to invest, just can't spend a single penny because there's already the obligations that they have waiting for them to pay for. Being born as a poor is not a sin, but if you die still being poor is definitely a big sin. That's what most wise people believe so as much as possible, they always grab chances that will eventually change their lives for the better. I really think that if we make an extra effort to make changes, it will always be possible because we have our own talent and skills that we can use to survive. So, this is really affecting the Fiat currency, and investors or people who are really wise enough already knows that they are meant to diversify their assets and money. They are afraid of getting taxed, that's why and have this crypto as an exit plan. I'm not sure if this is the right way but we're supposed to pay our obligations. But this is not how it affects the value of fiat money, there is another reason for it.

yes, the shadow of failure is always there but there are indeed two possibilities, first they will give up and secondly they will make this failure an important experience.

However, does that mean "if x person is rich thanks to his talent and hard work, and y person has absolutely no skill and no intention of working, then x person should be able to hold way more than he needs, whereas y person should starve to death"? I doubt that. Sure let Elon be rich, but make him pay from his networth increase a bit, not a lot but a bit, whereas give people AT LEAST food, like that is not too much to ask, do not let people starve.
