2122  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Wallet for sale on: January 18, 2018, 02:27:30 PM
Hi,
I have a 0.1 BTC paper wallet that has not been touched since 2015, I don't know if it is any more valuable since its untouched ? Some one might want to offer some more for it, I don't know ?
Why sell it? You can take the fork coins from it and you can even earn more from that.

Try the collectibles section.
But if OP really wants to sell it yes he can sell it there https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0

Imagine that you got it when price was lower than $1,000 and now selling it at $11,000? Why not just hold it and just take those free money out of it.
2123  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Banks to become Exchanges on: January 18, 2018, 01:02:19 PM
I foresee that banks will start to accept bitcoins in near future and will allow customers to trade and do bitcoin lending activity as well. What will be it’s impact on platforms like SALT  or ETHLEnd ?
I don't know if this the right section for this discussion. It's like this comparison.
North magnetic pole = bitcoin
South magnetic pole = banks

2124  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: For a country still illegal against bitcoin? on: January 18, 2018, 12:09:57 PM
In some Asian countries bitcoin is very influential for people to invest. why it is still illegal for a particular country. to be more clear and can be received by the government like where?
This has been discussed and told that bitcoin is illegal in some particular country because they don't want their citizen to engage in such coin that is being used to criminal activities. This is their belief since bitcoin has been used before to those activities that we can't deny but now there is another coin taking over that job that bitcoin took before. They don't understand that bitcoin is in a new level today and it's on the mainstream and is being use as store value and investment.

Okay it takes time because of the low fees
What accelerator do you use to accelerate low fee transactions?

We can speed up confirmation by rebroadcasting the transaction to the bitcoin network.
Are you just rebroadcasting it with the use of this one https://blockchain.info/pushtx Huh
I rebroadcast it in all bitcoin explorer not only blockchain.  So miners can see it
Okay thanks for clarifying that thing. What software / broadcaster are you using to be rebroadcast it immediately?

2128  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price drops because Korean exchange removed by CMC on: January 09, 2018, 10:37:28 AM
I'm not surprised before that the whole market is on red alert and I only thought that the reason behind it. But with that single moved it made majority of the alt coins into tragedy and I thought that the logic when bitcoin is moving down, others will move oppositely but what happened was totally different and that's something new.

2132  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin fall again soon? on: January 08, 2018, 01:41:14 PM
When we say fall we want bitcoin to decrease it's price so that we can take the advantage of buying it at lower price. It will not fall but there will be a drop, bitcoin is on a different level now unlike before where fluctuations are only ranging from hundreds of bucks but now it's moving from thousands and is speculated to reach new heights in the future.

Right. So basing the movement from how it was last year is pretty inaccurate. More people are keeping btc now compared to last year though i agree that eventual corrections and drops are bound to happen but a fall or crash? Nah
The concept of saying that bitcoin is crashing or falling is something that they want or thinking that bitcoin will not recover that quick. They used to see bitcoin moving quickly upwards and they are not willing of accepting it when it drops. We have to make it and see bitcoin that it's taking time to recover when correction happened.

2136  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: January 06, 2018, 12:00:21 PM
Teaching kids about bitcoin will be a challenge for those people that will teach those young ones that doesn't have any idea on what technology is. It's better to teach those kids a little by little about what bitcoin is. Let them download those apps that they can enjoy and will give them satoshi's in return.

2138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I sell some XRP (Ripple)? on: January 06, 2018, 10:51:26 AM
I want to suggest binance but they just recently closed their registration. Try out hitbtc and bitfinex for it or try to look for someone that's willing to buy it and do a peer-to-peer transaction. Sell it now while it's on the peak, I can sense that there will be a massive sell wall orders on XRP.

Bitfinex has stopped letting new users register until as late as January 15th. If the OP doesn't want to wait that long I suggest he use shapeshift to trade them for bitcoins if he ins unhappy with HitBTC USDT trading.
Yes I forgot about that thing since I used to keep my coins there and managed to pursue my trades, I haven't noticed that they are closing new registrations. Shapeshift.io is also a good exchange to and it all depends on how you will see your Ripple investment.

Try EtherDelta or Binanace they are both quality options. Both don't require verification and both you can withdrawal a substantial amount, good luck!
Etherdelta is a good one although it has been hacked lately but with binance, do you know what's the latest about them? They are temporarily closing new registration's.
