We all don't have any control with the price of bitcoin. So, we cannot do anything unless we sell all our bitcoin with a cheap amount. But if I were you i will still hold and wait for the price to recover. Selling your bitcoin is not the only way to test the current situation now. If you sell it in a cheaper amount you're having panics and the best way to prevent that for now is you must hold and save your bitcoin, because eventually after this fluctuations with such large drop of price, this will rise again ang gain greater value. So have patience and everything will be back to normal pumps will happen again next days to come. I agree, even if bitcoin price drop I think bitcoin will still recover. So, if I were you, I will still hold and for the price of bitcoin to still rise for me to gain profit  and of course for us to gain not only me but also us. |

Hello, as we all know that Bitcoin is heading straight to the moon. Me, as an employee, do also invest with this cryptocurrency, and I kinda need to divide all of my salary for my needs, and on how much should I invest in? Let's talk about percentage. Anyone?
It is depend on your everyday needs because in my situation maybe I can just invest 1/4 of my salary and the excess is for our daily needs and bills. As much as possible if you can invest half of your salary then why not? As long as you have a good profit with investing. Same as you I would surely invest a little percentage on my salary since I can't afford to see it loss if we will be beaten on our investments or trades. And I have so many needs that needed to be care off thats why I'm not going to invest the all of it and maybe I will think more than twice ahead since money is more valuable for me by this time. That's true, all of us especially who needs extra income have a lot of expenses in our everyday needs, our foods, bills, emergency uses like medicine, in schools, so not all of our income can go in our trading activity, we also need to be extra careful for our trading activity because we need to value our income for our family and we need to be responsible. |

I think that trade is not like gambling, because with the acquisition of experience and knowledge it is possible to consistently receive a good income unlike gambling which is based only on luck.
I agree they are different they cannot be considered the same, gambling is only base on luck which we don't know when we will make profit from it, unlike trading we can use our knowledge and analization we can make a good profit from it.. They are different but not completely. Anytime a gambling may become trading and trading is more vulnerable to become similar to gambling. A trader is betting on prices and a sports betting gambler is betting on a football player. If you go for deep consideration you may realize the exact similarities between these two. I don't agree that they have similarities, we bet in gambling while at the same time we play a game. Trading is not a game, we all know when we enter trading, we wants to gain profit right? And in gambling, we all know that we can win and we can lose, so there is no assurance at all. Trading cannot be gambling. |

actually, they're both more risky. Whether you do gamble or investing into something. But majority of the people they choose to invest than to gamble their capital, unlike in gambling winning or jackpot mostly depend on luck only. Yeah, both are risky gambler and investing, but a lot of people choosing investing is maybe because they know how it works, they know when to buy and sell stocks, investing is best way to earn profit in a long run if you have enough knowledge and if you have enough capital to invest for it. You will not learn anything unless you experience it. It's good to hear that you're very lucky. But for me, I'd rather experienced losing so that I can learn many things in life and make me more stronger. As far as i know you'll learn a lot more when you get to experience setbacks and losses. Gambling and pofit in the same sentence is something you dont here everyday but certain games allow you to make some money like poker, but when its you against the house that should be for fun because it never ends well as the house always wins.
Where did you get the information that the house always win? If that is the case, there shouldn't be a single player playing dice or roulette or the like because they will just end up losing every time they play it. I guess he was just saying that the house always get profit by the end of the day even there are gamblers out there wins there are some that loses which the house gets their bet. But I agree that not all the time house always win. Some casinos get bankrupt and not all the time they are always winner by the end of the day, maybe because they don't have enough knowledge to operate that kind of business or maybe they don't have enough experience on how they will handle the house to have a successful business. We all don't know the history of every house, we just playing because we are just an ordinary gambler. We lose and sometimes win. I think it is worth to hold btc for 5years, as you can see, bitcoin price now is rising thinking how much the bitcoin price way back 2009. So, I think bitcoin is worth to wait and hold for a long time for us to gain profit, it also like you invested a money and it gain a profit in a long term. But of course you have your own thinking and knowledge and you are he one who will decide to yourself whether you wait for that long or you sell it already. |

Weeks ago, I am discussing Bitcoin to my sister and my future brother-in-law (then) When they got married recently, both of them were unemployed and have been trying to get a job immediately after their marriage. Up until now they have no luck. My sister then decided to talk to me about how do I earn Bitcoins. I gladly explained it to her and then she decided to do it too. She was so happy that she is already earning bitcoin and had some extra budget while they are both unemployed. And now, she is so eager to learn more how to earn more coins.
Being unemployed drove her into engaging to Bitcoins. Maybe some people are like this. They grab Bitcoin when they are in need of money. And since that these people are now engaged in Bitcoin, I am sure that they will stay in Bitcoin and treat it as an investment even though they will have a decent paying jobs in the future.
That is also good she has a determination to earn bitcoin while she has unemployed, it is a big help for them just like me. I am now unemployed because I need to focus on my son. So I decided to stay at home with my son because of his condition, good thing that I knew bitcoin so I can earn even I am unemployed. |

With fiat money, I can pay rent, go to restaurants, buy clothes. But with BTC, there is basically no stores that accept them in my country. Sure it's easier online, but then again the stores might not have the best products or is the cheapest/best value.

You are right, we can use fiat everywhere, but you can use bitcoin and convert it into fiat for you to use your bitcoin anywhere, but of course it will takes time for us to convert and wait for the confirmation. But I think it is also just fine for me. I am also not using bitcoin to pay rent, go to restaurants or buy clothes. First, I will convert it and then after that, I can use it anywhere I wanted. That's how bitcoin can be. |

I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.
Bitcoin is a crypto-currency it is not a type of gambling, we can just use bitcoin to bet in online gambling games but bitcoin itself is not a gambling, I don't know where do you get that bitcoin is gambling. We use bitcoin to bet, to trade to invest. So we earn it and work hard for it for us to have bitcoin. |
