Ah, I get it. To withdraw, the the user has to complete the following: Users need to be at least Level 1 (Old Levels system)/Level 5 (New XP system) and have a previous deposit in order to withdraw.

I was reading the blog and found some really good articles in general and there was one with a review of the game Cash or Crash and I was shocked to see a slot having 99.59% RTP because I haven't seen a game with that kind of RTP and even originals have 1% house edge normally which I believe constitutes to around 99% RTP and a third-party slot is paying even higher than dice and crash, wow!
