I was reading the blog and found some really good articles in general and there was one with a review of the game Cash or Crash and I was shocked to see a slot having 99.59% RTP because I haven't seen a game with that kind of RTP and even originals have 1% house edge normally which I believe constitutes to around 99% RTP and a third-party slot is paying even higher than dice and crash, wow!

Going to try the slot tonight when I log in and make a deposit. I would also request you to consider adding USDT on Tron blockchain because it is pretty costly to deposit via the Trc-20 blockchain.

Some slots usually have lower RTP because their bonuses are larger, and vice versa.

I want to ask a question to Daniel, the CEO of TrustDice. Here is an email he has sent me recently:

You state that TrustDice is not taking any extra fee for the withdrawal.

Here is a screenshot of my withdrawal request:

As you can see a fee of 0.00001271 BTC was deducted.

Here is a transaction with my payment:

I can see that it was sent with a four times smaller fee, 0.00000304 BTC. It looks like your statement is a lie.

Same story with your live chat. As per your email, the answering time should be under 2 minutes.

Here you can see that the live chat agent has started to type the answer only after 12 minutes:

Shame on you Daniel. You need to double check the facts before making those promises and false advertising your casino.

Hello there! In fact, TrustDice does not take withdrawal fees, what you pay is the blockchain fee, which depends on the Bitcoin network. Normally, when BTC price goes up, the transaction fee goes up too because more people want to make transactions. You can check the details here.

Regarding the response time, this is our median FRT (last 7 days):

We are sorry about your previous experience using our Live Chat services, but as you can see, this does not reflect our standards at all.

How do you explain that?

Here is the fee that was deducted from me on withdrawal: 0.00001271 BTC

Here is the screenshot of the cashout transaction. Here you can clearly see that my cashout was sent with: 0.00000304 BTC

You state that you are not taking any withdrawal fee and I only need to pay the blockchain fee. The blockchain fee of my wihdrawal is 0.00000304 BTC.

0.00001271 - 0.00000304 = 0.00000967 BTC

So where is my money? Who has stolen 0.00000967 BTC from me?

Thanks for asking such a good question! Grin

Due to the high volatility of the gas market, in a small number of cases we are unable to predict the exact fee – remember there is a time gap between the withdrawal request and the actual transaction. Nevertheless, when this happens, the fee won't change much from the one on the withdrawal page, for example, in your case, the final fee was even lower!

TrustDice differs from other casinos that usually charge high withdrawal fees. For instance, Stake has a fixed BTC fee of fee is 0.00007 per withdrawal. In this way, players can avoid the blockchain high volatility, but that does not mean it's beneficial, since the casinos' fees are mostly higher than the transaction fee TrustDice players have to deal with.

It looks like that you have taken something, that does not belong to you.
I understand that 0.00000967 BTC is not a big deal, but this whole situation goes in confrontation with your marketing story.

If you state, that only the blockchain fee is deducted, then you need to think about how to organize the cashout process to follow this statement.
If you cannot predict the exact fee, then please stop false advertising that you take no extra fees, because it is not true.

1) Players regularly cash out big wins at TrustDice, as we do not require KYC for withdrawals, unless there is a suspicion of fraud or other illegal activity in relation to that account.

2) Certain services and games may not be available in a few regions, so we allow VPN when this happens. It does not go against our rules.

Lol, you just contradict yourself, why the hell you are allowing people to play if they are banned by regional laws? this the very definition of ILLIGAL.

Same goes in other or most casinos as well on where they do secretly allowing users using up VPN despite of regional laws which it isnt surprising because actually it cant really be known if someone will really make out
some trace up on each users which means these kind of bypasses wont really be that much of a problem and they could just let it be and for the sake of profits or revenue then this wont really
be an major issue or matter. So dont get too surprised with these kind of decisions but this one they had just voiced it out.lol

Hello GamblingBro,

To answer your question, I just got back from the product team with more details: due to the blockchain's high volatility, in some cases, the gas fee at the time of withdrawal request is not the same as the gas fee of the actual transaction – there could be a time gap between the withdrawal request and the actual transaction. Therefore, sometimes the final gas fee is a bit less, and sometimes it is a bit more. But regardlessly, at TrustDice, the players always pay much less for withdrawals than they do at most other crypto casinos.

Remember: we do not make any money from withdrawal fees - as sometimes we pay more, and sometimes we pay less to the blockchain. In essence, it is caused by the nature of blockchain volatility, and the delay happens beyond anyone's control. Yet still, if you believe we should instead charge a fixed withdrawal fee like most crypto casinos, which will be higher than the gas fee itself, I will forward this to the product team as a piece of customer opinion.

@Coinbox1, perhaps you might want to add dynamic withdraw (slow, med, fast) or some disclaimer to reduce the misunderstanding? For instance:

Quote
*Final withdraw fee might be subject to change due to blockchain activity.

The faucets actually look decent. Site design is good as well.

However, I'm not sure how the risk free first bet and the deposit bonuses would work?

I'm a bit skeptical given that people could technically just keep creating new accounts and claiming that first bet risk free. Is there anything in place that is preventing them from exploiting the system like that?

Was it possible to close the deposit bonus if you turn on the deposit bonus? In regards with sikke I think they can prevent it by looking at the activity of some users or through their IP addresses but I think they already think before about the exploiting and abusing the system so they already have a solution for that.

Do you really think that I should care about how your system is calculating the withdrawal fee? If you state that there are no additional fees deducted on the withdrawal, then this should be relevant for EVERY customer. If you state that the answering time of your live support is under two minutes, then this should also be like that for EVERY customer. This is your problem, that sometimes something is not working as you state.

If you are not sure, that the service works exactly as you promote it, then your need to add the word 'usually' or 'sometimes' to your marketing outreach activities. Otherwise, you are false-promoting your service, which is not something that trustworthy casinos should do, right?

The faucets actually look decent. Site design is good as well.

However, I'm not sure how the risk free first bet and the deposit bonuses would work?

I'm a bit skeptical given that people could technically just keep creating new accounts and claiming that first bet risk free. Is there anything in place that is preventing them from exploiting the system like that?

You do talk about this?

Deposit Bonus up to 3BTC / 150ETH / 30,000 USDT + 25 FREE SPINS! Free coins in Faucet. VIP program: 20% cashback, free spins, more bonuses

Of course whenever there's a bonus or perks then expect that there would really be rollover requirements.
