2141  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Discussion]What work would you do for 1$USD per hour? on: April 14, 2016, 04:28:29 PM
Thats the question. Would you keep a twitter account a live and post? Would you translate from english to your language? Would you solve captchas?

What would you do for 1$USD per hour?

Can you do it for 8 hours a day?

And for 2$USD? 10$USD?
This question is highly dependent on the country of participants. I am sure that citizens of first world won't bother to do any of these activities for $1.
From the other hand people from middle east, parts of Asia, Africa will be gladly doing anything for that kind of money.
2142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Types of Bitcoin Users on: April 14, 2016, 04:19:57 PM
You can't determine with precision who are exactly bitcoin users. There is simply no way to ask everyone who ever used bitcoin.
And if you base your assumptions on some social media feed, or rising trend on the internet you are doing it wrong IMO and only lick tip of an iceberg.
2143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS STILL FAMOUS on: April 14, 2016, 04:17:12 PM
People need to understand that price of bitcoin is not regulated, we don't have central bank which will lower interest rates or manipulate markets to fix price of bitcoin.
Pumps and dumps are expected to happen. Believing that our current price, or price of BTC in the future will fixed forever is rather naive.
2144  Economy / Gambling / Re: MY WEBSITE help Me QUIT GAMBLING. on: April 14, 2016, 03:06:10 PM
So Op wan't so cure gambling addiction of others by... requesting that they play on his DICE site. I don't think that it will work like that.
As Op said he switched from gambling to development of this site - and that was the factor that kept him from gambling.
2145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long do you play per day gambling like Dice ? on: April 14, 2016, 02:55:21 PM
hi, everyone Smiley
I want to ask how long you spend time each day to play gambling dice?
and if you get bored with the game of dice is what you do so that you can produce BTC every day?
I sometimes have loss because I feel unfocused and getting bored  Cry

 Thank you
So you think that your loss in dice is caused only by your attitude and if you were focus you could win? How exactly you figured that out?
Because from my point of view you being focused or not has nothing to do with winning your DICE rolls.
You being 'unfocused' can bring you a loss in poker or maybe blackjack - but in Dice? I don't think so.
2146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: April 14, 2016, 02:48:47 PM
Barcelona is fucking my life from last few matches and making me cry there so loud because i am losing continuously on it that is really strange how it lost against Atletico Madrid last night, gambling is always suffering people like this.

Gambling will always make you cry and that is very bad. I hope that more people will realize that gambling is very bad and that they must know that.

Well I think he realized now the bad effect of gambling towards him, and I think sports betting has a large percentage in winning, I think you should have research first or take an advice to someone who's really know the players or team you would bet in other wise you would lose not knowing the thing people do when betting sport bets.
I also do not think if barcelona can lose, but I also bet for him, maybe we expect too much in barcelona, and eventually lost. do not worry, you're not sati only ones who want to cry here  Cry
Barcelona is not undefeated champion of the world. No football team has clear record like this. They are usually are stronger team and people expect them to win every game but upsets happens.
If you bet your whole bankroll on Barcelona (or any top team in any sport) every time - expect a loss, sooner or later.
2147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: April 14, 2016, 02:33:00 PM
Recently I thought about gambling addiction and I figured out that if you are really truly addicted then alone you have no chance.
People don't usually have strong enough will to say "I sill stop" on their own. There MUST be a push from the outside world for you to cease your gambling activities.

2149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: April 13, 2016, 04:09:28 AM
What is the most interesting thing about this thread is that no one said - that he is already rich. No one. Is everyone here really so poor?
We don't have rich gamblers reading this thread? It is something I thought about and it is really depressing...
2150  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: invest in my gambling on: April 13, 2016, 03:44:48 AM
I play on Pokerstars.  $75 would represent 15 buy ins for .02/.05 ($5 PLO).  While this is still a somewhat risky (I estimate ROR to be 5%, although that can be mitigated significantly with a plan to move down to PLO 2 @ say $40) my point was more to demonstrate that we could get started for a relatively minor investment rather than to suggest that exact course of action.
From what I know pokerstars is not accepting bitcoin as payment. So you expect someone send you money via bitcoin tranfer, you will exchange it to FIAT and then play on pokerstars with it.
Then if you win you will convert it back to BTC and send it back? Couldn't you try to play on bitcoin accepting poker sites?
2151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ALL IN!!?? on: April 12, 2016, 12:20:35 PM
Ever go all in  Shocked  and have a positive result?
Only if you have excessive amount of money and can afford to lose it. I wouldn't recommend doing this because it extremely risky move.
I only go all in when I know that I have higher chances of winning, but in gambling it is almost impossible to know.

Where exactly is this quiz located on your site? I logged in and I can't find it anywhere? Or it is only a time specific event and it won't show up now?
2153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling is Exploding on: April 12, 2016, 12:10:28 PM
Of course bitcoin gambling is exploding. The reason is stupid legislation of some countries which prohibit online gambling.
But the fact is that you can't control whole internet and it is not limited to your country. So people will find a way to gamble.
And instead of profit from government regulated casinos with government's license authorities shoot themselves in the foot there.
2154  Economy / Economics / Re: John McAfee (Libertarian Candidate) On Bitcoin And The Economy on: April 11, 2016, 03:49:07 PM
He is partially right. But I don't think that Feds will be be watching quietly as crypto revolution swipe them away.
All I know - there will be fight for your money, and taxes. And to fight bitcoin Government could soon introduce cryptodollar and all other altcoins will be declared illegal to use.
2155  Economy / Speculation / Re: 420 on: April 11, 2016, 03:35:30 PM
It is not a drop of price. It is normal fluctuation of currency. And with volatility of bitcoin movement of +-$10 are considered total stability.
I wooed rather advise you to buy some BTC before we still can - halving is getting closer and closer.
2156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: April 11, 2016, 03:23:17 PM
I think the only truly safe method to gamble is to gamble with free money.  I'm talking about deposit bonuses or sites with faucets.  I know faucets hardly give you anything, but I believe it is the only safe way to gamble.
Deposit bonus is not free money. Why would you think that? In 99.9% cases deposit bonus is additional funds that are added to you existing bankroll deposited on casino.
In addition there are certain terms and conditions - usually you have to roll set number of times or wager certain amount of money before you can claim that bonus.
2157  Economy / Gambling / Re: [ANN]BitVersus - First 1vs1 bitcoin gambling game in the universe. on: April 11, 2016, 03:20:16 PM
So in short it is just a lottery or more specific dice game but with higher numbers and instead of The House gamblers fight vs each other.
Or this game has something more to offer and I miss it?
2158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: April 11, 2016, 03:14:17 PM
My gambling problem comes and go's..
If it gets bad, Girlfriend intervenes (Thank God) & I am done for a month or so..

Saving money becomes my addiction after an episode of gambling a lot,
that feeling when your account makes 10k plus in savings..
Its the best.

Bills first, beer second. then gamble. Tongue
jk

Cheers

If you already have problem deciding whether you want to pay your bills or spend your money on gambling, you should really stop for a while and think about it.
I may be no that apparent at first but life expenses are the most important for everyone. Don't forget that. It is really beneficial that you have support of your girlfriend.
2159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The top 3 best rated bitcoin exchanges - Spring 2016 Report on: April 10, 2016, 11:07:11 AM
wow this article is good dude  Grin
maybe can be useful in the future, bookmarked.  Cool
Bitcoin business usually changes very rapidly, same goes for exchanges until January we usually had Cryptsy picked as one of top bitcoin exchanges.
And now this is failed exchange and no one in his right mind won't use it anymore after that security breach.
2160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan is starting to love bitcoin again... on: April 10, 2016, 10:28:32 AM
Probably not , what happened with Mt.gox really made Japan look to Bitcoin with another way .
But Mt.Gox was not Japanese exchange - it was only company registered and conducting operations from Japan.
You can't really blame country and link it with incompetence of Karpeles.
If MtGox was running in my country I wouldn't change my mind about bitcoin after its collapse knowing more details about it.
