The type of coin you hodl will determine how you will panic when the bearish market hits hard on cryptosphere. I only have a relaxed mind if am hodl top altcoins in my portfolio cos whether good or bad the market must bounce back to their favour just a matter of time and patience. But as for newly created altcoins, I shiver cos I can ascertain what the future holds for them during the bearish market

I have been trying out Latoken exchange for a last few weeks and guess what you will find coins pumping 1000% from $1 to $1000 and eventually dropping down to $0.001 within few days. I had invested into Arbismart which had good market cap and I bought this coin for $120 and within a week it dropped down to $0.5 and now it's trading at $0.6. i have lost capital in other three coins as well in this exchange I know it's my fault that I invested without much research but most of the coins have made people either a millionaire or a bankrupt overnight. I believe there is a some high level of manipulation happening with this exchange. What's your thought on this?

I have come up with a simple understanding that in this life, money kept in the bank will not yield profit for you rather it will make you poor cos you keep withdrawing it to solve your daily needs.
Money invested in legit firms will make you rich but if you desire to be wealthy in life, invest in crypto.

But what I can offer you regarding online trading from home is to be careful when listening to others. There are good online courses for trading, but they cost money. Getting trading tips and advice for free is always tricky, because we don't know if the other person is actually selling us something. Asking why someone is recommending a particular coin is important and try to understand the reasoning behind it. Another tip I would give you is to not worry so much making mistakes, it's part of the game. A lot of learning in trading comes from doing it regularly. I've been giving this a lot of thought lately, Which kind of  business model would you prefer, will you prefer the kind of business where profit can be  from both the rich and poor, that is huge profits occasionally and small profits daily?

 Or the the sort that only attends to the rich, and the poor cannot afford it, that is your profit is from the rich alone and usually huge, and comes occasionally?

It would be even crazier if you look at the smart contracts straight away. If creating a coin with its own blockchain may take time due to many considerations. But making tokens on the BSC network is very easy and cheap, even I see almost every hour there are always new coins.
